She recently sold her Los Angeles home at a profit.

FBI employees have repeatedly been caught red-handed taking bribes to derail cases, engaging in criminal obstruction of justice in favor of criminals, against innocent victims of crime (FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating). The Judiciary Report has covered this subject repeatedly in the past, as the site was made aware by an international source that disgraced and publicly slammed outgoing FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, took a massive bribe in this case.

After the aforementioned story was published to the Judiciary Report, another story broke in the mainstream news regarding one of Mueller's FBI agents taking a bribe in a connected case - the Anthony Pellicano Hollywood wiretap, hacking and racketeering trial, of the mobster Hollywood stars used to attack and terrorize their perceived rivals in illegal acts that violated the Constitution and U.S. Code.

Now another case has surfaced of an FBI agent taking bribes. Mobster turned FBI informant Mani Chulpayev, a man who was convicted of kidnapping, extortion, arson, racketeering and running a stolen car ring but walked free thanks to the FBI, helped to murder local Atlanta, Georgia rapper, Lil Phat
Lil Phat's brazen murder was an outrageous killing that occurred outside of a hospital of all places, endangering others, while the rapper went to visit his pregnant fiancée, who was giving birth. He was gunned down at the hospital.

The FBI looked the other way to the crime many publicly accused Chulpayev of committing. Mani Chulpayev's FBI handler, FBI Agent Dante Jackson, took big bribes from him to cover up the Lil Phat murder case, which is inexcusable.

Chulpayev bribed FBI Agent Jackson with cash and lavish gifts such as watches, luxury cars, VIP nightclub packages and hotel rooms. Chulpayev continues to engage in criminal felonies, while being protected by the FBI. In acts of further corruption, the FBI threatened an ABC News reporter at WSB TV for daring to do a lawful, constitutional investigative report on Chulpayev. ABC News unmasked the corruption and were immediately called by the FBI, who again sought to protect lawbreaking Chulpayev. Local police in Atlanta stated their hands are tied and he can't be arrested.

How ironic, that's the same thing the Miami Shores Police told me about the Aisha v. FBI case regarding Madonna's criminal activity, stating the FBI has assumed "jurisdiction in the case" and their hands are tied...while the FBI drags its feet, after FBI Director Robert S. Mueller took a bribe from Madonna to derail justice in the case and continue with her criminal behavior, according to one of my unimpeachable international sources who is well respected.

This marks another case of the FBI aiding and abetting criminals. The current criminal trial in Boston, Massachusetts of mobster James "Whitey" Bulger revealed a number of FBI agents took bribes from the criminal and looked other way as he killed people.

Congress has failed to clean up the corruption at the FBI in matters that are discrediting the government to the nation and the world. Just know it's bad when a mainstream news network like ABC is now covering rampant cases of FBI bribery. But you can't say the Judiciary Report didn't warn you, as the site has been writing about FBI bribery for 5-years in articles that are time stamped and copyrighted regularly for authenticity and to prove date of authorship.

The Judiciary Report stated in yesterday and shall state it again today, the U.S. Congress is going to have to quietly bring in retired members of the military, such as generals with integrity, to discretely investigate and clean up the corruption taking place at the FBI, an agency committing more crimes than it solves.

When a reporter from ABC News' Atlanta affiliate WSB-TV confronted Chulpayev earlier this year, he said he received a phone call from the FBI office in Atlanta asking why he was interested in Chulpayev. NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal was sued by mistress, Vanessa Lopez, who claimed the star had begun harassing and intimidating her when their fling came to an end. Lopez hired high profile attorney, Gloria Allred, who later backed out of the case when discrepancies in her client’s testimony began surfacing.

From the beginning of this case, the Judiciary Report stated Lopez would have credibility issues (Mistress Sues Shaq For Harassment - Part 2). As the case wore on, Lopez lied about issues that affected her credibility even more, such as illegally charging $10,000 in clothes and jewelry to the credit card of basketball star Kenyon Martin, which she obtained without permission while he was sleeping, after having sex with him in a hotel room.

The case has dragged on for years, costing O’Neal a significant sum of money in legal fees he may never see again, which is not fair under the circumstances. The court has dismissed Lopez’s case citing fraud.

Chris Stokes And Marques Houston Are Harassing Me (Emails)

As many of you know, music producer Chris Stokes and one of his main artists, singer/actor Marques Houston of Immature/IMX have been the subject of child molestation allegations for the past few years. The allegations were made by former B2K band member, Raz B and singer Quindon Tarver.

When the alleged (*rolls eyes*) booty raiding tag team duo of Stokes and Houston, were accused of this misconduct against children, the Judiciary Report and many other socially conscious sites online did not keep quiet. Apparently, in Stokes and Houston's eyes, we should have shut up.

A year ago, while I was in London, trying to enjoy my delicious Marks & Spencer cheese and onion sandwiches, Sainsburys fresh fruit salads and Tesco horsemeat in peace (I still love you Tesco) here comes this email from a legal representative stating he is acting on behalf of Chris Stokes. He stated the contents of the Judiciary Report articles on Stokes were defamatory - a first for the site - and he wanted them removed or he will file a lawsuit (a legal case doesn‘t scare me, as I haven‘t done anything wrong).

In the 12 years I’ve been writing articles online, no one has ever accused me of defamation and or asked that an article that is alleged to be defamatory be removed. I don’t do take down requests and I am careful with people‘s reputations. If I wrote something it is with reason.

I responded to the email from Stokes’ rep with a strongly worded missive, indicating I will not remove the items in question from the site, as Stokes needs to address it from the source of the allegations - his former artists alleging he molested them as children.

A whole year passed and nothing from Stokes and company. Then, in May 2013 (last month) I did a follow up on the BBC pedophilia scandal the Judiciary Report broke first in 2009, alleging there are pedophiles at the BBC mixed in with law abiding people at the network (Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal).

Within a few days, Stokes, who clearly got jumpy, had a lawyer send me a new email with basically the same contents, but this time adding Marques Houston’s name, alleging the articles I authored, based on Raz-B and Quindon Tarver’s allegations of molestation, are defamatory and they will sue if they are not removed. Once again, I responded in writing, stating they will not be removed, as Stokes has not disproved the allegations and under established case law, websites and blogs are allowed to re-report items from other published stories.

I did not originate the story/allegations, Raz-B and Tarver did and I have to be frank, at this point in time, I still do not believe Stokes or Houston. I informed them if they wish to sue, they are free to do so. Child molestation allegations are serious. It’s not something to be swept under the rug. It should be investigated by the federal government, who has legal jurisdiction in such matters.

After I read and responded to the aforementioned email, I did a brief Google search and it turns out, Stokes is also targeting rapper/reality star Ray-J, IP617FM.COM also known as IP617RadioTV and the Straight From The A blog. So many websites and blogs carried the same story with the same general response and are not being sued. Even acclaimed Vibe magazine carried the story, with Tarver's account of what transpired. However, the Vibe magazine went out of business due to revenue problems, with the article remaining online to this day, but there’s no money for Stokes to get from them.

Based on published reports of a lawsuit against him, it’s obvious Stokes is having money problems and is looking for some quick cash to finance his next film "Captivity." He’s been going around Hollywood trying to raise money and it’s not going well. Stokes was recently sued for borrowing $10,000 from a woman for his kiddie film "Battlefield America" and never repaid her in one month as promised (as reported by TMZ). In fact, he never repaid her at all. The movie flopped.

I am not helping Stokes finance one of his wack movies, via a potential lawsuit against me that is without merit and flying in the face of established case law. Stokes is not the first accused pedophile that contacted the Judiciary Report requesting an item be removed, after being written about in an article on the site that re-reported allegations from another published piece.

I didn’t remove an article for anyone else, why would I do that for Stokes, someone I have serious doubts about. Society loathes crimes against children. His former artists allegations necessitates a federal inquiry, especially considering the fact Stokes keeps working with young boys ("Battlefield America" is full of little boys).

It was revealed yesterday that 17-year-old rapper and ex-con, Chief Keef, is engaged to butt model Pretty Mesha. He tweeted photos of her in his bed. She posted a photo of her engagement ring. Keef, real name Keith Cozart, signed a lucrative recording contract worth millions, which included a large advance (lump sum). He also earns an estimated $13,000 per month in royalties, this is in addition to the money he makes from appearances and shows.

Keef is under a court ordered supervisory program regarding his finances, as he is a minor. It will be interesting (to see), not to mention advisable that he obtain a prenuptial agreement in the event the engagement turns into marriage (as he also has a child by another girl, whose financial future and interests he needs to protect). No offense intended to the couple, but history has shown, sometimes when marriages don't work out, one partner tries to financially wipe out the other one, especially when infidelity is involved. Nonetheless, the Judiciary Report wishes the couple well.

Rappers Faking Finances (Jay-Z And Diddy)

Some folks try to emulate the lavish lifestyle of rappers, not realizing many of them are faking it. Years ago rap group the Roots had a music video humorously revealing the fact, most of what rappers flaunt is often rented. Many rappers are pretenders. A recent hacking of financial data revealed both Jay-Z and Diddy, two of the most famous rappers in the industry, have debt problems and items in collections.

However, their public image is that of bragging about their mansions, cars, clothes and jewelry. They are seen partying and sipping expensive champagne that some of them couldn't even pronounce correctly (see: Jay-Z). They insert themselves in political and business circles way above their stations in life, with no sense of decorum or humility regarding their actions (see: Jay-Z).

Jay-Z is a crook and ignoramus stealing people's copyrights and business plans, he does not understand and promptly runs into the ground, while pretending to be an entrepreneur (another word he pronounced incorrectly while bragging about his alleged business accomplishments that are without merit).

Due to his bewildering, inexplicable ties to the President of the United States, Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce, a woman who has been sued repeatedly for copyright infringement, theft, fraud and bad business dealings, believe they can do anything, even if it is illegal. So much so, the couple recently embarrassed President Obama and placed his job in jeopardy, regarding a trip to Cuba they tried to blame him for when the brown stuff hit the fan.

Everything Jay-Z touches turns to garbage. The ex-drug dealer, who still brags about selling drugs, stole business plans for restaurants, a hotel, a management company and a sports company, with all of said ventures hitting the wall shortly after being launched. His so-called hotel failed before the doors even opened. His restaurant in Vegas was involuntarily shuttered. His sports bar in New York was sued by employees he treated like slaves, refusing to pay them and was temporarily shuttered by the health department for gross code violations regarding the food.

His former record label Rockafella, which he started with drug money, was closed - this after Jay-Z fraudulently inflated the value thereof, only for the public to find out the company and accompanying clothing line were worth very little. His stake in the New Jersey Nets (Brooklyn Nets) was very minor and severely diluted, though he went around like the emperor with no clothes in claiming he owned the team. His stake therein was valued at $350,000 - peanuts, especially in comparison to the real owner's share of stock in the multi-million dollar team Jay-Z has been pushed out of. He didn't even own 1% of the team. At the end of the day that's not an owner - simply an investor. That's like buying a few shares in Apple then going around telling everyone you own the company. Delusions of grandeur.

 

Diddy

At least Diddy went to university for a time and has some understanding of business. His clothing line Sean John was professionally done and maintained a level of quality worthy of a global brand. His label Badboy did sell a lot of records for a time (however, the music was very negative and profane). But Diddy spends too much money and parties to extremes, which would destroy just about anyone's finances. The hack revealed Diddy is millions in debt and had a big foreclosure on one of his properties.

Years ago a friend of mine who is a songwriter, was given Diddy's number and told to give it to me, regarding my songs (I have a copyrighted catalog of over 15,000 songs that I began authoring when I was a kid, as I come from a family of accomplished published writers, playwrights and journalists). My dad, one of Jamaica's top radio disc jockeys and musicologists, whose radio show is broadcast to millions around the world every month, didn't want me to get mixed up with Diddy. I wasn't too keen on the idea either, so I didn't call when my friend gave me his number. I'm not into that wild life Badboy is known for.

Just the other day, I saw one of the mothers of Diddy's kids Kim Porter at a restaurant in passing. Diddy pays her (and others) large sums of money in child support, maintaining very lavish lifestyles for the women he impregnates (and it's helping to bankrupt him).

God never intended for Diddy (or anyone else for that matter) to have all these "baby mothers" necessitating one maintaining so many households. He should have been married and kept it all in one place. However, a number of entertainers and athletes are going bankrupt due to promiscuity and the financial consequences thereof.

At the end of the day, be careful who your role models are. The entertainment industry is often smoke and mirrors. Many like to project an image of wealth and success, but a number of people are nowhere near as rich as they claim and rely on illegal means such as copyright infringement, ponzi schemes, financial theft and drug dealing for ill-gotten gains. However, the FBI allows this criminality, facilitating what is essentially a mafia and monopoly.

In closing, be happy with your life and earn an honest living. Stop trying to be like certain people on TV, who aren't worthy of your respect and admiration.

The expensive phone was commissioned by a businessman in Hong Kong. Don't Let Her Bankrupt You

Relationships can be difficult. Finding the right person for you, especially when you have money, can be tricky. Some women are shameless gold diggers. They use their looks to get men they do not really have feelings for to get to their money. Women of all races have done this, rather than supporting themselves. It really isn't fair to deceive a person that you care for them, when you're after their money.

One woman I know married a man twice her age because he has money, but she's not in love with him. They are as unhappy as can be. That's not to say people with age differences can't fall in love and marry, because they do all the time and some happily make it work. Older men often have their act together in terms of knowing how to treat a woman, where as younger men are sometimes immature.

There's a guy I know whose girlfriend is using him for money. All of us can tell she is using him for his money, but for some reason he is not getting the picture. She's always asking him to buy her stuff - everything is "get me this" "can I have that" "I want this" "buy me that" or "I need this." She is slowly but surely bankrupting him, as he has racked up some serious bills trying to make the gold digger happy. And when she does bankrupt him, we his friends, will have to help him out.

But men do this as well. One of my friends has a lot of money, but you would never know it as she lives a fairly modest life. However, as my family helped her with a financial transaction, we know she has a lot of money hidden all over the place. She is very shrewd and the one boyfriend that tried to burn her in the area of money proverbially got dragged through court upside down for it. We haven't seen him since (LOL).

However, another of my friends fell in love with this guy, who was a salesman. She thought he cared about her, but he was using her. She is a very giving person with a kind heart, so to help him with his job, she used $10,000 of her life savings to buy from the company he works for, as he would get the commission for the sale. I never trusted him and begged her four times not to spend the money, telling her to save for a rainy day (especially in this economy).

He led her on and they dated. She was happy for a little while and I was happy for her, but got a bad feeling about it. She bought him an expensive mobile phone because he said his was giving trouble. One day she came to me asking about buying a computer, because I'm the tech expert in our circle of friends. I told her she didn't have to buy the high-end computer she was asking me about and I'd get her a good low priced built one that does all the same things. Then she told me it wasn't for her, it was for him and the high end computer is what he requested. Oh, I nearly lost it. I walked her right out of the computer store. I don't like it when people take advantage of my family or friends. 

Usually I'm very polite, but the one time I met him, I was giving this dude some serious "side eye" (I was staring him down like my name was Suge Knight) because I like to follow my instincts and got a bad vibe about him. Months later, she found out he is married with kids...this is after he borrowed money from her, on top of what she gave him in sales. She was devastated. People don't think when they use others it has an emotional effect, while some just don't care, only in it for themselves.

The sad part is her boyfriend before him was nicer, did thoughtful things for her, got along with everyone and anytime anything went wrong, he was always there for her. Thankfully they got back together after she gave the married male gold digger the boot.

In closing, I'm not a materialistic person, but in this world money is a factor. If you're in a relationship, it's great to be kind, generous and loving with each other. Just make sure you aren't being used and taken advantage of by someone who really doesn't care about you, only about your money. Because when your money is gone, they will be too.

Lindsay Lohan And Charlie Sheen Can't Keep Their Hands Off Each Other

Two of Hollywood's biggest trainwreck crackheads, Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen, made an appearance on the red carpet and couldn't keep their hands off each other. This lends support to the Judiciary Report's exclusive that Lohan had sex with Sheen in exchange for paying half her IRS tax bill (Charlie Sheen Paid Lindsay Lohan's Tax Bill Because She Had Sex With Him).

Sheen, who is still employable, unlike Lohan, but barely so, has taken the one time child star under his wing. However, as they both lack sound judgment, this could end very badly (and the blogs will be there to capture it all - translation for Lohan and Sheen: watch your butts cause we certainly are).

Let this story be a lesson to aspiring and newly established entertainers - save your money. Be sensible with your cash. Don't spend most or all of your money on partying, trips, expensive clothes, drugs and drinks. Rapper and reality star Ray J is being dissed on Twitter and other social networking platforms over his new, exploitative song, "I Hit It First." The cover of the song is a pixelated picture of his former sex partner, Kim Kardashian, who he sold a sextape of to a porn company and allegedly without her permission.

The song "I Hit It First" which is a reference to sex, is ridiculous on so many levels. Unless you took a woman's virginity, you have no business stating that (what first, he was probably number 500 - furthermore, wasn't TJ Jackson her first love). Frankly, even if you took a woman's virginity, you still have no business stating that in said manner, as it is crude. It's one thing to state you took someone's virginity, but saying "I Hit It First" trivializes it.

It was stated online TJ Jackson was Kardashian's first love. Her first sex partner, who knows...

It doesn't make you a man. Furthermore, Kardashian hands out sex like Skittles. Not exactly an exclusive club you're apart of (yea, I said it). Secondly, it doesn't look right that Ray-J is still using Kardashian's name for attention (albeit a tarnished name). It's all bragging rights and publicity stunts with him. Yet, she's had a dozen guys since Ray-J and rarely speaks about him.

R&B singer Chris Brown has slammed the press for blaming the "little black boys" around his collaborator, pop star Justin Bieber, for his legal and social troubles. Brown stated in a recent interview with Power 105.1 FM, "I just feel like [the mainstream media] are gonna target the little black boys around him and say, 'Hey, so this is why he's doing it.' ... So I pray for [Justin], I pray for myself. I think we both go through it because we're great artists. He's a big artist to his fans and everybody, you know?…"

It’s not a matter of race in this case. Bieber’s confrontational friend, rapper Lil Twist, would be a bad influence no matter what color he was, as he is into reckless driving without a license, driving while high, alcoholism, drug addiction, promiscuity and violence.

I also stated that about Bieber on Twitter two months ago (here's hoping he doesn't end up like Elvis did, which was a sad a tragic end for a talented man):

A good friend of mine married a millionaire years ago, because she thought he was stable and would be a good provider. She didn't marry him for his money per se, but his financial stability was the dealmaker. However, she really wasn’t in love. Now she’s miserable. He’s kind of getting the picture that she married him because he was a friend and good earner, but her heart wasn’t in it.

The man she was actually in love with didn’t have his act together at the time. He wasn’t bad or anything, just undecided about what he wanted to do with his life. Not long after he figured it out and is doing very well (he went to med school). Now she has regrets.

Women shouldn’t sacrifice love, as it is very important. You can’t beat the feeling you get when you’re in love. It's priceless. Your true love may very well be rich. Then again, he may not be. But you shouldn't judge a person based on how much or little they have in the bank.

Marriage is a serious commitment. It’s supposed to be for, "For richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health..." Money can disappear just as fast as it appears. To enter into a marriage because of it is not a good idea. At least love lasts.

Why Like Someone You Didn’t Before They Became Famous

 

When people become famous, sometimes there are folks, who didn’t like or care for them before, who all of a sudden do. It’s very insincere. Sadly, women are one of the worst culprits in this regard, but there are some men who are guilty of this as well, regarding the opposite sex.

I don't understand. If you didn’t like a person before they were famous, why like them after and start chasing them down. I'm not trying to be mean, but it has a superficial look to it. Who could feel good about that kind of attention. Money and fame shouldn’t change one’s opinion of a person. It has the appearance that you want something and not so much the person.

Furthermore, someone with that fickle view will not be there for you in the event your fame and money disappears. Learn to read people. Not everyone is true. Some will try to get close to you for money or career advancement. That's not a real friend.

However, some famous people are also guilty of questionable behavior in this regard. They become famous and forget their true friends. Some friends, who are violent and trouble prone, you do need to leave behind, lest they get you into trouble. However, your real friends, who may not be cool or glamorous, you shouldn’t forget. Don’t abandon your true friends, who cared about you when you had nothing.

Do remember, the same people you see on your way up are the same folks you will see on your way down (if your career declines, which happens to most). People often use the phrase "Keep it real." Indeed, be real with people.

Extortionist Cited In Whitney Houston's FBI Files

The FBI recently released a few files relating to the late singer, Whitney Houston. One of the files contained an investigation into an extortion attempt against the singer, by someone she knew, who was threatening to go public with Whitney's secrets if she didn't pay $100,000. To avoid the messy publicity, John Houston, Whitney's late dad, who was also her manager at the time, paid up.

The FBI file did not release the name of the individual, who extorted Whitney. However, a few months ago, Houston's mom, Cissy Houston, stated she disliked Whitney's lesbian friend, Robyn Crawford, as she always behaved like she had something over/on the singer. Unless the FBI names the individual, some might think it was Crawford.

The teen pop singer took to Twitter to vent his frustration about rumors he deems untrue - everything from city fines for his London show gone wrong and claims about his girlfriends. This comes after his record label Universal hauled him into their offices and read him the riot act over showing up two hours late for his London show, creating a PR disaster and disgruntled fans. Widely read blog TMZ sucker punched Justin stating his career is ending, blaring the headline, "The tide is turning" on Bieber.

The 19-year-old's tardiness created a big scandal in Britain, as video footage of him being vociferously booed by the audience when he finally arrived, circulated around the world. Irate parents who paid good money for their kids to watch Bieber in concert, $50-$600, were angry.

Parents were forced to console their disappointed daughters, then take them home without seeing the show, in order to make national curfew laws set for kids with school the next day. The city of Greenwich has declined to fine Bieber for causing some to break state curfew.

Yesterday an under-fire Justin Bieber was given the telling-off of his young life during a 20-minute Skype chat with furious record label bosses in the US.

The Canadian singer was ordered to a 5pm (UK time) conference call by Universal chiefs following the PR fiasco that was his Monday night performance at London’s O2. After keeping fans waiting for two hours, with no apparent justification, JB was also said to have been less than excited about a subsequent fan meet ’n’ greet. Off the back of a spate of late nights and erratic behaviour, the foetus has been, well, grounded.
Unfortunately for Justin, his verbal warning came just 12 hours after he rolled in from yet another night of partying in the capital.

A source said: "Being amidst a barrage of abuse is uncharted territory for Justin. Understandably he is finding it hard to take. "He is a huge cash cow for the label and of course they’re desperate to keep both him and the fans sweet. "His erratic behaviour and antics are not what his impressionable young fans expect of him.

Talk about false economy! Disgraced 19-year-old Miss Teen USA, Melissa King, has lost her crown over shooting a pornographic film in a hotel room, for which she was only paid $1,000. Based on reports there was clearly hesitation on her part, as TMZ stated she was "frigid" during the first take of the sex film, which required a reshoot.

Fast-forward a few months, she wins the crown and an opportunist sells the sex tape of King to a porn site, disgracing her to the world. This resulted in her crown being stripped, pardon the pun. King initially denied she is the person in the movie, but has since gone quiet on the subject. Comparative photos released by mainstream sites reveal an uncanny resemblance between King and the woman in the porn movie.

It's a shame she did the movie, as the crown is prestigious, socially valuable and would have lead to wholesome career opportunities in which she could have earned the money she sought. Women, respect yourselves enough not to sell your bodies.

While the Nigerian economy is said to be improving exhibiting economic growth, in any third world nation, particularly one with over 160,000,000 people, there will be segments of the population facing poverty.

In a letter stamped and signed by Bayelsa officials, N150 million (approximately a million dollars in 2006) was released from the state’s poverty alleviation fund for the first ThisDay Music Festival in Lagos. The document came to light after a controversy was ignited over how much money American "reality TV" star Kim Kardashian was paid for a brief visit to Nigeria...

Once Again Hiring Lindsay Lohan Comes Back To Burn Filmmaker As Liz & Dick Producers Sued

It's bad enough Lindsay Lohan damaged the late Elizabeth Taylor's film legacy, with a terrible take on the actress' life in the Lifetime network biopic "Liz & Dick" (still think Megan Fox should have done the film - at least she would have shown up on time and not looked like the aged versions of Benjamin Button and Dorian Gray).

It's bad enough that Lohan stole one of Tayhlor's expensive jewels used in the making of the film and trashed the star's historic dressing room. It's bad enough "Liz & Dick" flopped and was panned by critics and viewers alike. But now the producers of the film have been sued for $110,000 over insurance problems associated with the "uninsurable" Lohan.

A man named Michael Braun was approached by, Rick Schwartz, one of the producers of "Liz & Dick" and now says he was scammed out of his money. Schwartz told Braun he needed $110,000 to insured "high risk" actress Lohan, who has a terrible track record for showing up late, not showing up at all or turning up on sets drunk and high out of her mind.

Braun's lawsuit reveals he was only reimbursed $36,313.67 of the $110,000 and wants his money back, plus interest and punitive damages for the violation of their loan agreement. The fact of the matter is "Liz & Dick" was not very profitable and became a massive laughingstock of the film world. If you're going to invest in a film, make sure it's a good one with reliable talent, who take their work seriously (see: not Lindsay Lohan).

Lil Wayne Offends Emmett Till's Family, The Miami Heat, The NBA And Fans With His Statements

Rapper Lil Wayne is clearly going through something, because he is going from one offensive PR crisis to another. First he got into a dispute with the NBA's Oklahoma Thunder, in demanding free courtside tickets, while being loud and unruly. He was denied and went on a tirade over the incident.

The next basketball related incident occurred when Wayne attended a game featuring the NBA's Miami  and Los Angeles Lakers. Wayne began heckling the Miami Heat, then making gun signs with his fingers, which prompted police to visit his section and talk some sense into him. Wayne claims they told him to leave, the league denied the claim, stating he chose to go.

Then Wayne went on another tirade, using expletives on Twitter to complain about the Heat. He wrote a string of f-words regarding the team's top players. Not content with the bad publicity and criticism he brought on himself, Wayne went to the NBA All Star Celebrity weekend in Houston, Texas and crudely told the audience that he had sex with Adrienne Bosh (nee Williams), presumably before she married Heat player, Chris Bosh.

Now an old rap song has surfaced featuring a diss directed at Adrienne, stating she scammed Wayne out of money, claiming she needed it for cancer treatments. None of Wayne's claims have been confirmed or addressed by Adrienne. However, he has apologized for insulting the top player in the league, the Heat's Lebron James.

This was just a fraction of Wayne's offending spree as he inexplicable include crude lyrics in his new song "Karate Chop" staying of the late 15-year-old civil rights era murder victim, Emmett Till, "Beat that p**** up like Emmett Till." The teen was brutally beaten to death and dumped in a river by two racists enraged that he flirted with a white woman.

It is clear Wayne is in need of mental help. All his talk about the devil and the Illuminati, coupled with the drugs he is taking, has turned him into an angry, confused person, lashing out at the world, while offending many.
