Tony Parker’s Injury Lawsuit Involving Chris Brown And Drake Being Questioned After Game 1 Of NBA Finals

Tony Parker’s performance in Game 1 of the NBA finals against my wonderful Miami Heat is causing some to question his injury lawsuit against rapper Drake and singer Chris Brown. Parker sued club W.i.P. in New York, among others, over an incident that occurred last year, involving a fight between Chris Brown and Drake’s entourages.

The fight was said to be initiated by singer Rihanna, who was with Drake at the time (seriously, who isn’t she with). Rapper Meek Mill reported a woman started the fight, as females were seen throwing bottles. Rihanna is known for hurling bottles at people, as documented in another incident.

Parker sued stating his eye was injured by a piece of glass, but clearly they didn’t hit that dude in the head hard enough, because his team the Spurs won Game 1 against my Miami Heat. Um, I mean sorry you were injured Tony and I hope you feel better soon. As I wrote on Twitter, Parker I’m going to need you to start messing up – we want that ring!

I hope the Heat guard you like cops circling a Dunkin Donuts shop. A few weeks ago, I walked past a Dunkin Donuts and there were four cops and three police vehicles outside. One of the cops was an investigator in a suit with a badge on his leather belt and all four officers had food and coffee from inside Dunkin Donuts. The cops were standing guard over the Dunkin Donuts smiling their butts off like it’s their happy place. That Dunkin Donuts was the safest place in America and nothing was going to happen as long as those cops were there (LOL).

During the Miami Heat's fantastic game 7 win against the Pacers at the Airlines Arena, the best basketball player in the league, Lebron James, stopped to shake the hand of British football star, David Beckham, who was humbled by the gesture (Lebron, you kissing up to get him out of retirement and over to your team Liverpool - just teasing).

When I saw that, it made me giggle, because I know somewhere, Miami resident and turncoat Lil Wayne was getting his drawers and dreads in a knot, watching the display, as he got mad at Lebron and other members of the Heat for not coming over to him and shaking his hand when he attended Miami games.

Hollywood actor Channing Tatum says he is worried about 19-year-old singer Justin Bieber, who has made headlines often over the past several months, in numerous scandals. Bieber arrived in Miami for game 7 of the playoffs, where the Heat squared off against Pacers and won. The Pacers left the arena looking like they needed pacemakers, after the Heat broke their hearts with a definitive win. But hey, they're both great teams.

But I digress. Outlets report Bieber drank and partied at the night clubs and a seedy strip club, in increasingly worrying behavior, as the once squeaky clean star has deviated from his once wholesome image.
Tatum stated to Vanity Fair, "I worry about Bieber, man. That kid’s wildly talented. I hope he doesn’t fall down into the usual ways of young kids because it’s so hard for someone to be responsible when they’re not asked to be. We’re not asked to do things ourselves..."

The Judiciary Report maintains, Bieber needs better friends and a down to earth, decent girlfriend who will tell him when he is being influenced by the wrong people and manipulatively led astray for other's personal and financial gain. Some could care less about his demise, as long as they get what they want.

In a strange and foolish tirade, alleged singer, Rihanna, slammed the entire New York Knicks basketball team, when an Instagram user asked her about one of its stars, J.R. Smith. The drug addicted alcoholic launched into an offensive tirade stating of Smith, "F**k you and your wack a*s team." Smith responded, "I'm not worried about Instagram, I'm worried about the playoffs!"

The Miami Heat are my favorite team, have been since their inception when I was a kid, but give credit where credit is due - the Knicks are a storied, accomplished team. They have so much history and many great players have worn their jersey. The Miami and New York rivalry has also been sweet for years, due to the sheer amount of New Yorkers living in South Florida. 

But back to my point, why refer to the entire team as "wack." It was disrespectful. It's one thing to joke about a team, but calling them "wack" especially when you have a song deal with the NBA, was foolish and unnecessary. It was the words of a fool believing her own hype her record company paid for in the press.

Miami Heat Star Dwyane Wade Takes High School Girl To The Prom After Repeated Requests (Video)

Miami student, Nicole Muxo, made a video on YouTube asking Miami Heat basketball star, Dwyane Wade to take her to the prom. She also tweeted about it on Twitter. After repeated requests, Muxo, who went to the prom with someone else, had the surprise of her life when Wade showed up at the event. She was thrilled to see him and took pictures with the towering athlete.

Muxo stated, "Never be 2 scared to ask.. They might just say yes...#dreamsdocometrue" and Wade responded, "I had a blast at the prom." That was such a nice thing to do. After the event, Wade stated he is going home to ice his knee that all of Miami is watching due to the playoffs.

A couple days ago, Miami Heat basketball star and the best player in the league, Lebron James, attended a press conference wearing an unusual red sweater made of sofa material. We Heat fans love Lebron, so the Judiciary Report must ask, who put that sweater on Lebron. 

Boo, who did this to you. Was it the Bulls? Was it Jason Terry caused you dunked on him so bad it was trending on Twitter for three days? Was it Russell Westbrook, cause that looks like something he would wear. Savannah, girl, did you do this? I'm just teasing.

Yes, this is a real lawsuit and the Judiciary Report would have loved to see the look on Rose's face when he read it. And all the Miami Heat fans say "Amen!"

Seriously, sweetie, you can't sue people for being injured. That's the nature of sports. Rose wants to play, but if an injury occurs, he, just like every other athlete, has to deal with it as best they can. They can't be faulted for that. Drop the lawsuit.

Hornets' Coach Takes A Dig At Miami Heat's Lebron James

When asked if he "saw a little bit of (Michael) Jordan in (Lebron) James performance" on the court, Hornets coach Monty Williams slyly stated, "(Michael) Jordan played against men. LeBron plays against young boys. That's the difference." In ways that statement is not fair.

There are many real men in the league, exhibiting a great level of athleticism. With advances in sports medicine, these men are in peak physical condition. James is playing phenomenally. He's a joy to watch on the court. Give credit where credit is due.

President Obama Booed In Miami After Making A Chicago Bulls Comment

U.S. President Barack Obama made a stop in Miami, Florida today and during a televised speech, brought up his favorite NBA basketball team, the Chicago Bulls, who recently beat the Miami Heat in a questionable victory. Obama stated, "I’ve got to get into a sticky subject right off the bat, I know you guys aren’t happy with my Chicago Bulls (booing erupts)...But I just want you to know that the Heat are going to be just fine. They’re going to be O.K.. They are playing basketball the right way."

I don't know who told him to say that (LOL). Immediately everyone started to boo the president. It's not that Miami fans are angry the Heat lost the game, thus ending their great 27 game winning streak. Heat fans would have preferred the loss, if it had to come, happen fairly. The loss arrived at the hands of referees making brazenly bad calls in allowing the opposing team to physically tackle and hit the Heat, which is impermissible court conduct, in repeatedly wrenching the ball from them with no penalty. The Heat lost so many points in this manner and it was out of their control.

If the Heat broke the rules like the Bulls did this week, they would have won, albeit the wrong way. There's nothing wrong with aggressive play, but seeing people physically tackled to the floor NFL style, on a basketball court without penalty was disconcerting. My favorite Twitter comment about the game stated, "The refs ended the Miami Heat's winning streak." Indeed.

Young Money rapper Lil Wayne was recently released from the hospital, after a series of serious seizures, due to the illegal street drug "sizzurp." Wayne made a video and released it to the public, thanking people for their prayers and support. Wayne has been trying to downplay the incident. Dude stop lying. You know you saw "the white light" (LOL). Trying to play it off like nothing happened. You know when you were in the hospital you heard "(See You At The) Crossroads" playing in the background. And this point, you guys really shouldn't expect more from me and this column.

In looking at the still photo for the video he released, all I could think was Wayne looks like the dead guy from "Weekend At Bernies" - a film about a man who died and his friends kept propping him up and dragging him around everywhere, trying to make people think he was still alive.

Side Bar: notice the comment in the video above about wanting to go to a barbeque. Black people and chicken are inseparable. Recently, a driver came to pick me and my mom up and I was eating lunch and wouldn't you know it, it was chicken (pure coincidence *wink*). The driver, who is a nice man, was white and there I was with a chicken wing in my hand thinking this is not going to help the stereotype at all about black people and chicken (LOL). But he was nice and jokingly asked why I didn't bring him any.

Miami Heat basketball player Lebron James and his longtime girlfriend, Savannah Brinson have announced the happy news that the two are set to get married on September 13-15, 2013 in San Diego, California. Brinson, the mother of James' two sons, who knew him before he became rich and famous, had been out of the spotlight for a few months, but squashed all rumors regarding their alleged break-up via the  wedding announcement. Rapper Lil Wayne is clearly going through something, because he is going from one offensive PR crisis to another. First he got into a dispute with the NBA's Oklahoma Thunder, in demanding free courtside tickets, while being loud and unruly. He was denied and went on a tirade over the incident.

The next basketball related incident occurred when Wayne attended a game featuring the NBA's Miami  and Los Angeles Lakers. Wayne began heckling the Miami Heat, then making gun signs with his fingers, which prompted police to visit his section and talk some sense into him. Wayne claims they told him to leave, the league denied the claim, stating he chose to go.

Then Wayne went on another tirade, using expletives on Twitter to complain about the Heat. He wrote a string of f-words regarding the team's top players. Not content with the bad publicity and criticism he brought on himself, Wayne went to the NBA All Star Celebrity weekend in Houston, Texas and crudely told the audience that he had sex with Adrienne Bosh (nee Williams), presumably before she married Heat player, Chris Bosh.

Now an old rap song has surfaced featuring a diss directed at Adrienne, stating she scammed Wayne out of money, claiming she needed it for cancer treatments. None of Wayne's claims have been confirmed or addressed by Adrienne. However, he has apologized for insulting the top player in the league, the Heat's Lebron James.

This was just a fraction of Wayne's offending spree as he inexplicable include crude lyrics in his new song "Karate Chop" staying of the late 15-year-old civil rights era murder victim, Emmett Till, "Beat that p**** up like Emmett Till." The teen was brutally beaten to death and dumped in a river by two racists enraged that he flirted with a white woman.

It is clear Wayne is in need of mental help. All his talk about the devil and the Illuminati, coupled with the drugs he is taking, has turned him into an angry, confused person, lashing out at the world, while offending many.

This past weekend, the Miami Heat beat storied basketball team, The Los Angeles Lakers, 107-97. The crowd was happy, with the exception of one high profile guest. Rapper Lil Wayne (also known as Kevin Hart's stunt double haha - kidding) tweeted on Twitter that he was thrown out of the American Airlines Arena, as police reportedly forced him to leave (unlike like his debut album the block got too hot for him).

However, the Miami Heat released a statement revealing Wayne was, "Not ejected. He chose to leave." Previously Lil Wayne insulted Heat stars Lebron James and Dwyane Wade, stating they do not come over and talk to him court side. However, they were working. The game is not about any celebrity on the side lines. Furthermore, Lil Wayne lives in Miami and reportedly took the courtside trash talking too far in making a gun symbol with his fingers.

"Bitter Betty" Barack Obama finally welcomed the Miami Heat to the White House in his capacity as President of the United States, for the customary celebratory greeting extended to winning NBA basketball teams. The event took place yesterday in Washington, DC.

I told you guys Obama was being a hater over his beloved Chicago Bulls not winning the championship, as the President stated, "Even though I am a little disappointed that the Bulls didn't make it. I do want to congratulate the Heat for a well-earned Championship." Tell the truth, you cried when the Bulls lost.

The Miami Heat's Lebron James stated regarding the warm and friendly ceremony, "We're in the White House now. This is like...Mama I made it ." You and the team certainly have and congrats again. In closing, don't let Obama borrow any of your championship rings. They'll just mysteriously end up in Chicago, hand delivered by the Secret Service.

Miami Heat Fan Wins $75,000 In Basketball Shot And A Big Roll Around On The Ground Hug From Lebron James

It's not everyday one can say one has been hugged by the top player in the NBA, Miami Heat star, Lebron James...in a big hug that ended on the floor (That's sweet, Lebron is happy like he won the money LOL). U.S. President Barack Obama is a sports fan like many of us. He is also a major fan of the NBA, particularly his hometown team the Chicago Bulls, who got spanked by the best team in the league, The Miami Heat. President Obama, being a "bitter Betty" was not thrilled with the news his team did not win the championship, after he boldly declared they would. As a result, the Judiciary Report has taken the opportunity to goad him about this topic (again).

After alleged scheduling conflict (something about an election last year) Obama has finally consented to inviting the winning team, did I mention it's the Heat, to the White House, in a gathering scheduled for next Monday, while his precious Bulls look at the photos of the event online (grin). And to the Heat, do make sure you show the President your championship rings. Flash the bling at him. Even their wives have them...did I mention the 2012 Bulls don't (just teasing). At least I've taken the Heat's win with humility and grace. Seriously, the Bulls are a great team too (they just didn't win *raspberry*).
