British Government Working To Rein In Jihad Hate Speech In Wake Of Lee Rigby Murder In Woolwich

Lee Rigby

After the unprovoked grisly murder of British soldier Lee Rigby, it has been announced the British government is working to rein in Jihad hate speech. For YEARS the Judiciary Report warned said Jihad hate speech is dangerous and poses a threat to society: Islamic Hatemongers To Terrorize Britons Via March and U.K. Home Secretary Jacqui Smith Causes Controversy and London Development Agency Tears Down Largest Christian Church For Massive Mosque Being Built By Terrorist Backed Group Tablighi Jamaat.

The fact of the matter is threatening Jihad is not free speech - it's a death threat. For anyone to stand up in a public area issuing death threats is an assault on innocent people's ears and social well being. However, one of the two suspects, Michael Adebolajo, among others, have repeatedly done this in Britain for years, to the distress and discomfort of others. People don't want to hear that when they go out. It's hardly a soothing saxophone or a tuneful trumpet by a street musician. It's certainly not Shakespeare in the park.

Rigby's mom Lyn and stepfather Ian

Adebolajo, who was raised a Christian, converted to Islam nine-years ago and became violent with terrorist leanings. In 2006, Adebolajo, vociferously complained outside police stations that he should be able to "behead" those he believes have disrespected Islam. In 2007 he openly "preached" about beheading British soldiers. There is no Western nation where a citizen or resident can legally behead another. Yet, Adebolajo, among others, openly advocated and promoted this on Britain's streets.

Free speech is the right to peacefully dissent and disagree with others' points of view. However, it is not a right to threaten then practice murder. The law in the West has always been clear on this matter to those who study and observe it, but political correctness is killing innocent people.

Protests in Britain (2009)

Semantics and political correctness may preserve feelings in attempts at creating a homogeneous society, but it can costs lives. How homogeneous is it when some are screaming for the beheading of others and trying to carry it out, all over a difference in opinion.

In trying not to come across as racist, bigoted or intolerant, too many concessions are being made. There should be no gray areas where the law is concerned. It must be uniform for everyone.
The Judiciary Report is for free speech, but not threats of violence and murder, wrongly camouflaged as the right to speak one's mind.

The Judiciary Report would like to discourage others from engaging in violence, as it only begets more violence and is simply wrong. People should not give into stereotyping and hatred towards any group based on religion, race, nationality or sex, due to the conduct of select people, such as the Woolwich murderers. However, government must take a proactive approach to rein in hate speech promoting Jihad.

Woolwich attack: New bid to muzzle the preachers of hate

11:09PM BST 25 May 2013 - A high-level task force is to be set up in a fresh attempt to muzzle Islamist clerics who radicalise young men through extremist preaching. Woolwich attack: Britain will never give in to terrorism, says David Cameron. The Prime Minister is determined to challenge the poisonous narrative of extremist clerics.

David Cameron has ordered the setting up of the new body in the wake of last week's killing of Drummer Lee Rigby in the street in Woolwich, South London. Made up of senior ministers, police officers, security officials and moderate leaders, the new committee will study a range of options, according to reports.

These include banning extremist clerics from being given public platforms to incite students, prisoners and other followers – and forcing mosque leaders to answer for so-called "preachers of hate." It was being made clear in Whitehall that the launch of TERFOR (the Tackling Extremism and Radicalisation Task Force) should be seen as an overhaul of the government's counter-terrorism strategy in the wake of Drummer Rigby's murder.

A senior Whitehall source said: "The Prime Minister is determined to challenge the poisonous narrative of extremist clerics and confront religious leaders who promote violence. We are looking at the range of powers and current methods of dealing with extremism at its root, as opposed to just tackling criminal violent extremism.

"We will look at ways of disrupting individuals who may be influential in fostering extremism. We cannot allow a situation to continue where extremist clerics go around this country inciting young people to commit terrorist acts. ‘We will do everything we can to stop it."...

Deadly Terrorist Attack On British Soldier In South London (Video)

A brutal, grisly terrorist attack occurred yesterday in Woolwich, South London (Britain). A solider was stabbed and hacked to death by two Muslim men complaining about the British army, which has a unit in Woolwich. The soldier was hit by a car, butchered with knives and meat cleavers in front of horrified onlookers, then dragged into the middle of the street.

Terrorist's hands covered in blood of soldier, as he holds meat cleavers

Police were summoned and the two men tried to attack them as well and were subsequently shot. The British government is treating the incident as a terrorist attack and understandably so. South London is a nice place. I spent a lot of time there last year and always felt safe. It is obvious this soldier was targeted. This was a senseless attack that will not garner sympathy from decent people. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to the soldier’s family and friends.

Obama Speaks About The Heavily Criticized FBI's Handling Of The Boston Bombing Case

Barack Obama

U.S. President Obama is defending the beleaguered FBI, who are on the hot seat in America and around the world for the agency's failures under director Robert S. Mueller. As stated previously in the column, evidence has surfaced that the FBI was given "multiple" tips in advance that Boston Marathon bomber, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, is a terrorist.

Sorry, but if I were in a government post of said nature and I received a report from a credible foreign intelligence agency, such as the FSB, stating a national in the country was speaking about waging jihad, I would have had the person immediately deported. There are provisions under U.S. Law for such legal action. Therefore, the FBI has no excuse. The behavior of someone with deadly views exhibiting intent to kill can be equated to cancer. You don't wait to see where it goes, if it will metastasize. You catch it early enough and extricate the cancer, lest it kills.

I don't understand, did the FBI think the tip was a trick from the Russian government. Use your heads. What would they have accomplished by tricking you regarding a tip from a wiretap (or did you think they were trying to frame Tsarnaev, as you've done to men like scientist Bruce Ivins). America and Russia are fighting the same war against jihadists.

A part of the problem is the FBI's Director, Robert S. Mueller, is a paranoid schizophrenic, with emphasis on the word "paranoid." He thinks everyone is up to something. He thinks every foreign government is the enemy, which is crazy. Mueller also hates blacks, Arabs and Chinese, as illustrated by credible court cases.

This week Obama stated regarding Mueller and the FBI's failures in heeding tips 2-years ago regarding Tsarnaev, "There are still suspicions sometimes between our intelligence and law enforcement agencies that date back 10, 20, 30 years to the Cold War..."

So what was Mueller's excuse for ignoring tips from America's greatest ally, Britain, when MI6 tipped them off about radicalized terrorist, Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab and no action was taken to put him on a no-fly list, barring him from entering the country. As stated before, had it not been for brave passengers, 200 people could have been killed when he tried to detonate a bomb on an airliner landing in Detroit, Michigan.

What was Mueller's excuse for deliberately failing to share intelligence with the British government which could have prevented the London terrorists bombings that killed and maimed innocent Britons (FBI Knew About London Bombing Plot 1 Year In Advance). Once again, Mueller is a sick man with a corrupt agenda. There is no excusing his conduct. There is something severely wrong with his man.

Robert S. Mueller

I've spoken to people in legal, political and security circles, who shall remain anonymous, about the FBI's conduct in certain matters and they all stated, without knowing each other, that said conduct is wrong and constitutes breaches of established domestic and international protocol. People said of the FBI's conduct: "They're not supposed to do that," "That's weird" "Strange" "They are not telling the truth" "They are up to something" "They're dragging their feet" and one that was repeated three times from very credible sources, "They took a bribe." By the way, Congress needs to check Mueller's offshore holdings. He's got a lot of explaining to do.

Time to face facts, the FBI has serious problems. The FBI leadership's way of thinking and operating is archaic, antiquated, illogical and corrupt. People could tolerate unconventional ways if they produced good results. However, the FBI is being given $8 billion dollars per year in taxpayer money and keep failing to act on credible tips, resulting in terrible loss of life and serious injury to survivors. One doesn't have to be a genius to tell the FBI's way is not working.

After being interviewed by the FBI twice in 2005, I got to see what a mess the agency is and the serious problems it was creating for various victims of crime. They took some tips and used them, but blew it on others that went on to cause terrible harm to innocent people.

They are also disorganized and inept. They lose important items in the mail (not to mention their own weapons), have a broken chain of command, had no email and no working computer system. In 2006 I authored a series of articles on how the FBI could get a proper computer system up and running. I noticed after a short while, some of my tips were implemented, but at the same time, over $200,000,000 in taxpayer money and equipment, went unaccounted for, indicating theft, embezzlement and misappropriation. How did the taxpayers deserve that.

Where is the accountability in any of this. Even the FBI's oversight (Inspector General) turns a blind eye to their crimes or comes up with some cockamamie excuse to justify the unjustifiable. The worst part is the FBI would not want anyone to show their families the criminal negligence and carelessness they show others. They'd be beside themselves, but this is how the agency treats people. I don't agree with the FBI's methods. Justice should always be even, fair and thorough, otherwise it qualifies as injustice.

Obama Defends FBI Over Boston, Won't Commit to Action Against Syria

April 30, 2013 President Obama said the FBI and law enforcement officials worked appropriately and swiftly in chasing down the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing and the country should be "proud of their work," although the country might be more at risk to lone-wolf attacks because of the amount of intelligence gathered and pressure put on organized terrorist networks...

"There are still suspicions sometimes between our intelligence and law enforcement agencies that date back 10, 20, 30 years to the Cold War, but they are continually improving," Obama said. "I've spoken to President [Vladimir] Putin directly. He's committed to working with me to make sure those that report to us are cooperating fully in not only this investigation, but how to work in counterterrorism generally."

Could David Miliband’s Shock Exit From Parliament In Britain Be Due To Hillary Clinton

David Miliband and Hillary Clinton

I love politics, as it is thought provoking and provides a vehicle for real change in society. It’s not often that a top politician abruptly leaves his post for a simpler, more fulfilling life, but it happens. Politics can take a lot of you and your family.

David Miliband and Hillary Clinton

Yesterday, David Miliband, a top figure in the British Labour Party, announced he would be stepping down to devote himself to charity work. However, that didn’t stop me from being a smart aleck about it on Twitter. You see, former U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, had publicly commented on how handsome Miliband is and he certainly is good looking.

Bill Clinton: I'm watching you two! Hey Brit boy, get away from my wife!

Now he has quit his job and is moving to New York, where Clinton lives, to head up a charity. Coincidence, I think not (wink). Bubba (Bill Clinton) better watch his back and his woman. Maybe Bubba can get Obama to deport Miliband if he starts trying to make a play for Hillary, because I’m telling you that English accent works on women (I’m just kidding).

European Governments Work To Secure Integrity Of The Food Chain After Horsemeat Scandal

Having spent a few glorious months in London, England last year and shopping at Tesco, among other stores, for food and other items, I was blissfully unaware of a horse meat scandal that would erupt months later. It turns out horse meat was being passed off as burger meat by European suppliers and made its way to British and French supermarket shelves.

That’s right, I may have unintentionally had some Seabiscuit also known as Mr. Ed. But what can you do. I love horses and wouldn’t intentionally eat one, but in many nations, some suppliers sneak things into products and fail to disclose it to the public.

A few weeks ago the Queen of England fell sick with gastroenteritis and all I could jokingly think was did she unintentionally have some horsemeat. Who knows, but I was only kidding. None of the food I had in England made me sick. Contrary to what some claim, British food is quite good.

British Police Open 600 More Phone Hacking Cases Against Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp While His Native Australia Moves To Rein Him In

Rupert Murdoch

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 80 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters]

Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp and its subsidiary News International have been hit with 600 new phone hacking claims, after a criminal in the case, turned states witness and told the government what he knows. This is a positive development in the case because everyone deserves justice. It is a basic human right under the law.

In Murdoch’s homeland of Australia, the government has begun taking steps to change and tighten laws regarding the media. Many in Australia and around the world are publicly commenting the proposed changes are due to Murdoch’s lawbreaking conduct via phone hacking, wiretapping and hacking, among other things.

Frankly, the crimes have not desisted. Murdoch and company just are as brazen with it. Frankly, people are tired of it, as everyone deserves privacy and peace. A good friend of mine in international circles informed me Murdoch is just waiting for things to blow over to go back to business as usual regarding full on phone hacking, hacking, wiretapping and illegal surveillance via trailing targets every move via private investigators. Frankly, this breed of news gathering and corporate raiding the world just does not need.'

Justin Bieber Goes On A Twitter Tirade After His Label Spanks Him For Terrible PR Fiasco

Justin Bieber

Uh oh, Justin snapped ya'll. The teen pop singer took to Twitter to vent his frustration about rumors he deems untrue - everything from city fines for his London show gone wrong and claims about his girlfriends. This comes after his record label Universal hauled him into their offices and read him the riot act over showing up two hours late for his London show, creating a PR disaster and disgruntled fans. Widely read blog TMZ sucker punched Justin stating his career is ending, blaring the headline, "The tide is turning" on Bieber.

Belt hating bieber flashing his undies at photogs after a long night of partying in London

The 19-year-old's tardiness created a big scandal in Britain, as video footage of him being vociferously booed by the audience when he finally arrived, circulated around the world. Irate parents who paid good money for their kids to watch Bieber in concert, $50-$600, were angry.

"Justin Thiever"

Parents were forced to console their disappointed daughters, then take them home without seeing the show, in order to make national curfew laws set for kids with school the next day. The city of Greenwich has declined to fine Bieber for causing some to break state curfew.

Those pants! Why! It makes it look like Justin needs his diaper changed

Reports in press indicate the next day angry parents went to Bieber's hotel to show him their displeasure at what transpired. He has been branded "Justin Thiever" over the incident, in a picture circulated on the internet. Refunds are in order.

Bieber beware: Record bosses urge Justin to cut down on the partying after O2 concert fiasco

7 March 2013 - He was ordered to a 5pm conference call by Universal chiefs following the PR disaster that was Monday's performance in London. It's the pop equivalent of being made to stand in the corner. Or told to do 100 lines. (As in the schoolboy kind. Not Kate Moss.)

Yesterday an under-fire Justin Bieber was given the telling-off of his young life during a 20-minute Skype chat with furious record label bosses in the US.

The Canadian singer was ordered to a 5pm (UK time) conference call by Universal chiefs following the PR fiasco that was his Monday night performance at London’s O2. After keeping fans waiting for two hours, with no apparent justification, JB was also said to have been less than excited about a subsequent fan meet ’n’ greet. Off the back of a spate of late nights and erratic behaviour, the foetus has been, well, grounded.
Unfortunately for Justin, his verbal warning came just 12 hours after he rolled in from yet another night of partying in the capital.

A source said: "Being amidst a barrage of abuse is uncharted territory for Justin. Understandably he is finding it hard to take. "He is a huge cash cow for the label and of course they’re desperate to keep both him and the fans sweet. "His erratic behaviour and antics are not what his impressionable young fans expect of him.

With Justin Bieber's British Tour Wrapping Up Will His Relationship With Singer Ella Paige End As Well

Justin Bieber being slammed on Twitter by concertgoers and their parents, as he was two hours late to his show, forcing parents to take their kids home without viewing the concert.

Despite her denials, people are of the belief, 17-year-old aspiring singer/model, Ella Paige Roberts Clarke, has been dating and having sex with 19-year-old pop star Justin Bieber. She has been seen going in and out of his hotel at curious hours. Ella Paige, a fan of the pop star, was also spotted exiting Bieber's tour bus with the singer.

Pretty Ella Paige has been squiring Bieber all over her native England on dates to clubs and restaurants and landing in the tabloids and on blogs for doing so. However, once Bieber's British tour is over, will the relationship end.
