Fantasia Loses Mansion In Foreclosure After Wasting Money On Married Man

American Idol winner, Fantasia Barrino, is the latest star to lose a property to foreclosure. Rather than fight the foreclosure, Fantasia signed the $1,100,000 North Carolina house over to the bank. This marks the second time it entered foreclosure territory. Barrino even tried selling the house for $500,000 less than she purchased it for, but there were no takers.

Problems occurred when Barrino began living beyond her means and wasting money. The Judiciary Report has consistently written that people should save their money, not spending it all at once, expecting more will roll in.

Fantasia bought too many luxury vehicles and designer clothes. To make matters worse, she began wining and dining a married man, Antwaun Cook, buying him expensive clothes and taking the adulterer on lavish vacations. Said money could have gone to paying her mortgage. Another option would have been renting out the property.

With all the single men about, Fantasia should have chosen one of them and saved her money. The Judiciary Report stated from the start Cook did not love her and was only with her for the money and fame. Now one’s gone and the second is fading.

Due to my dad’s job and that of many of our family friends, I’ve seen and heard about many stars hitting hard times, after being famous. That’s how the industry has always worked. One minute your up and the next, not so much.

To survive fame, you have to keep your wits about you, save your money, pick safe investments and do not indulge in vices such as drugs or end up on the scrap heap, broke and broken like so many before you. When you think about it, fame can be a sick game.

Humphries walked away with nothing, though he was auditioned like a member of staff and used as her husband for a big payday under the supervision of Kardashian's stage mom Kris Jenner.

Kardashian, who didn't respect Humprhies enough to wait under their divorce to become pregnant for another man, rapper Kanye West, got to keep the $20,000,000 the E! Network paid her for their sham marriage that lasted all of 72-days. For the past few months, West, has been hiding from Kardashian in Paris, France, after knocking up the media hungry star, who became famous for a sex tape with another rapper, Ray J.

Many journalists and bloggers have speculated that Kardashian became pregnant for public sympathy and publicity, after the terrible backlash her 72-day marriage provoked in 2011. While some bloggers do not believe Kardashian is pregnant at all, stating she is wearing a prosthetic belly bump, as singer Beyonce was caught doing. Who knows, but the troubling message she has sent of taking marriage lightly is not a wise one for anyone to follow.

In the disgraceful track, Ross rapped about drugging a woman with ecstasy tablets (called mollies), taking her back to his place and then raping her. The lyrics state, "Put Molly all in the champagne. She ain't even know it. I took her home and I enjoy that. She ain't even know it."

Someone should pop a molly in Ross' drink and let a bear have its way with him. The bear would have a martini in her hand saying "I'm enjoying that" (a bear buffet). See how he likes it. No woman deserves to be raped. Date rape is not something to promote."

The Judiciary Report takes serious issue with most of Ross' lyrics. They are sacrilegious, blasphemous, demonic, crude and violent. Kids nor adults should be listening to his music. Ross is a fraud, who hijacked a dangerous, incarcerated drug dealer's name, image and persona, completely faking it for fame (Freeway Ricky Ross). Now he's bought into his own hype and delusion, much like most of Hollywood's self-branded "illuminati" believing they can say and do anything without consequence. No sir.

The Judiciary Report supports Reebok's decision to drop Ross. He, like other rappers such as Jay-Z are giving the public nothing but poison via music and video. There are much better rappers in America not pumping this breed of insidious garbage into people's homes, trying to indoctrinate impressionable folks into the ways of violence, greed and avarice.

When I was a kid in the 80s, there were positive rappers such as Kool Moe Dee and the late Heavy D - intelligent well spoken men who tried to uplift the community. Then came gansta rap in the 90s and everything went downhill. It paved the way for the current negativity dominating airwaves and destroying the moral compass of an entire generation.

The fact of the matter is it is not just music. When you start to live and emulate it in how you treat your family, friends and loves, it becomes apart of your life in a very negative way. It's not just music when you start to take depraved artists' advice on greedy, illegal shortcuts to wealth.

Rick Ross Reebok Salary Revealed As Rapper Asks For Forgiveness

Sources close to the rapper revealed to TMZ that Ricky Rozay, will reportedly lose between $3.5 and $5 million stemming from the deal, which he announced last month.

Since the termination of his contract, the Maybach Music Group honcho released the following apology; "Before I am an artist, I am a father, a son, and a brother to some of the most cherished women in the world. The expensive phone was commissioned by a businessman in Hong Kong. Don't Let Her Bankrupt You

Relationships can be difficult. Finding the right person for you, especially when you have money, can be tricky. Some women are shameless gold diggers. They use their looks to get men they do not really have feelings for to get to their money. Women of all races have done this, rather than supporting themselves. It really isn't fair to deceive a person that you care for them, when you're after their money.

One woman I know married a man twice her age because he has money, but she's not in love with him. They are as unhappy as can be. That's not to say people with age differences can't fall in love and marry, because they do all the time and some happily make it work. Older men often have their act together in terms of knowing how to treat a woman, where as younger men are sometimes immature.

There's a guy I know whose girlfriend is using him for money. All of us can tell she is using him for his money, but for some reason he is not getting the picture. She's always asking him to buy her stuff - everything is "get me this" "can I have that" "I want this" "buy me that" or "I need this." She is slowly but surely bankrupting him, as he has racked up some serious bills trying to make the gold digger happy. And when she does bankrupt him, we his friends, will have to help him out.

But men do this as well. One of my friends has a lot of money, but you would never know it as she lives a fairly modest life. However, as my family helped her with a financial transaction, we know she has a lot of money hidden all over the place. She is very shrewd and the one boyfriend that tried to burn her in the area of money proverbially got dragged through court upside down for it. We haven't seen him since (LOL).

However, another of my friends fell in love with this guy, who was a salesman. She thought he cared about her, but he was using her. She is a very giving person with a kind heart, so to help him with his job, she used $10,000 of her life savings to buy from the company he works for, as he would get the commission for the sale. I never trusted him and begged her four times not to spend the money, telling her to save for a rainy day (especially in this economy).

He led her on and they dated. She was happy for a little while and I was happy for her, but got a bad feeling about it. She bought him an expensive mobile phone because he said his was giving trouble. One day she came to me asking about buying a computer, because I'm the tech expert in our circle of friends. I told her she didn't have to buy the high-end computer she was asking me about and I'd get her a good low priced built one that does all the same things. Then she told me it wasn't for her, it was for him and the high end computer is what he requested. Oh, I nearly lost it. I walked her right out of the computer store. I don't like it when people take advantage of my family or friends. 

Usually I'm very polite, but the one time I met him, I was giving this dude some serious "side eye" (I was staring him down like my name was Suge Knight) because I like to follow my instincts and got a bad vibe about him. Months later, she found out he is married with kids...this is after he borrowed money from her, on top of what she gave him in sales. She was devastated. People don't think when they use others it has an emotional effect, while some just don't care, only in it for themselves.

The sad part is her boyfriend before him was nicer, did thoughtful things for her, got along with everyone and anytime anything went wrong, he was always there for her. Thankfully they got back together after she gave the married male gold digger the boot.

In closing, I'm not a materialistic person, but in this world money is a factor. If you're in a relationship, it's great to be kind, generous and loving with each other. Just make sure you aren't being used and taken advantage of by someone who really doesn't care about you, only about your money. Because when your money is gone, they will be too.

19-year-old pop star Justin Bieber, recently did an interview with Teen Vogue, in which he lashed out at critics, rumors and people with ulterior motives. Bieber told the magazine, "I don’t need a bunch of friends to make me happy. I get good vibes from people all the time, and I probably could get along with them and be their friend, but now I just don’t trust anybody. Literally, my phone never rings. I only have, like, four people that I keep in contact with. I don’t need a bunch of friends to make me happy. I just need the people close to me that I love, that’s all. They don’t see me as Justin Bieber, but just see me as Justin."

Isolating one's self and limiting one’s personal circle to four people is not a good idea. It’s how the late Michael Jackson became a drug addicted recluse. It’s okay to have friends, but choosing the wrong ones, such as rapper Lil Twist, has brought Bieber more trouble than he bargained for.

Bieber’s had a rough year and is currently the subject of a criminal investigation in California, with a local sheriff in Los Angeles recommending charges be filed against him for threatening and spitting on his neighbor. Bieber reportedly snapped at his neighbor who told him he can’t drive his Ferrari up and down the street so loudly. Bieber reportedly yelled at his neighbor, "Get the f**k out of here. I'm gonna f**king kill you."

Bieber’s break up with girlfriend Selena Gomez is now being blamed for his angry, erratic behavior. However, it should be noted, Bieber is behaving like his friend Twist, who is confrontational and wild. Twist is the one egging him on and it's causing serious problems. Prior to Twist, he did not behave in this manner.
Bieber needs to ask himself what he’s getting out of his friendship with Twist. Good advice? No. Someone to keep him out of trouble? No. Someone to encourage him to go good and right in life? No. So what exactly is the purpose of that friendship.

Friendships are supposed to be built on honesty, respect, loyalty and human decency. Not someone using you for your name and what you have in your bank account. Ask yourself this, if you weren’t rich and famous, would Twist, who runs with some hardcore people, talk to you.

Marrying For Money

A good friend of mine married a millionaire years ago, because she thought he was stable and would be a good provider. She didn't marry him for his money per se, but his financial stability was the dealmaker. However, she really wasn’t in love. Now she’s miserable. He’s kind of getting the picture that she married him because he was a friend and good earner, but her heart wasn’t in it.

The man she was actually in love with didn’t have his act together at the time. He wasn’t bad or anything, just undecided about what he wanted to do with his life. Not long after he figured it out and is doing very well (he went to med school). Now she has regrets.

Women shouldn’t sacrifice love, as it is very important. You can’t beat the feeling you get when you’re in love. It's priceless. Your true love may very well be rich. Then again, he may not be. But you shouldn't judge a person based on how much or little they have in the bank.

Marriage is a serious commitment. It’s supposed to be for, "For richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health..." Money can disappear just as fast as it appears. To enter into a marriage because of it is not a good idea. At least love lasts.

"Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star Porscha Williams, 33, was blindsided this week, after she read on a blog that her husband, former football star, Kordell Stewart, filed for divorce. Williams, who is a bit of a braggart, rubbed 41-year-old Kenya Moore's face in the fact she is 8-years-old than she is and unmarried. Now it looks like Williams is about to become unmarried as well, as in a divorcee.

It is unclear what caused the problems in their fairly new marriage, but the Judiciary Report is of the belief they are making a mistake in getting divorced, rather than working things out. Williams, a former video model, made appearances in clips of famous rappers. She met well off Stewart and moved into his Georgia mansion. Things seemed well for a while, but the so-called reality show curse struck and the two are now in divorce court.

Reports indicate, Stewart, who has been plagued by gay rumors, wants to give Williams nothing in their divorce. The judge in the case has awarded Sanders full custody of his children, leaving Pilar baffled. However, her past conduct, via physically attacking him, most likely went against her.

There are reports Pilar is searching for all of Deion's "$250,000,000" fortune, seeking a substantial share of his dividends. Pilar has been complaining about the alimony payments she has been given, as she cannot afford the luxurious lifestyle she had with Deion on said monthly sum.

Deion's prenuptial agreement has protected him and the Judiciary Report is in favor of the legal document. When people are hurt and fighting in a divorce, rationality will fly out the window and spite will enter the picture, in seeking to financially wipe out a spouse.

The one time A-list actress was livid regarding the diss, which is one of many from other entertainers and the pop culture press.

Bieber apologized hours later stating, "My post was only up for a few minutes but I realized right away that what I said at the end was wrong and distracted from what I was trying to say. Lindsay threatened to beat you up, didn't she. Be careful Bieber. Lindsay, who is in court on probation violations, has no impulse control, will get drunk and try to upper cut you, as she has done to others in publicized incidents, believing she will never spend any real time in jail for her actions. Some jail time would be beneficial giving her time to dry out and face her addiction head on.

Thirdly, the Judiciary Report is the site Bieber is referring to when he stated today, "And to those comparing me to Lindsey Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements ;)" as I did so in the January 26, 2013 article "North Carolina Disc Jockey Accuses Justin Bieber Of Spitting In Her Drink And Telling Her To "F*** Off"." In that article two months ago I stated regarding Bieber, "Getting into confrontations, mooning people, taking drugs, getting drunk and bedding numerous women is not the way. You'll end up like every other former child star who crashed and burned. Learn from them and do not repeat their errors anymore. That's how Lindsay Lohan got started."

However, I was more referring to Bieber avoiding drugs to save his health and finances. Lohan is a former child star, who made a lot of money fast, but has fallen in with the wrong set of people that are basically drug carriers (for further reference Justin see: your friend Lil Twist). At the height of her fame, Lohan had about $60,000,000. Now she has next to nothing. It has happened to many child stars thanks to drugs, which led to other bad decisions that destroyed their wealth.

Drug addiction is no joke Justin and you are genetically predisposed to it due to your parents' struggle with substance abuse. It can start off mild and turn ugly on you really fast via full blown addiction. Therefore, it is in your best interest not to have certain people in your circle of friends or on your payroll.

Lohan used to be rich, until she started snorting cocaine everyday and popping pills, which led to wild spending via living in hotels, spending a fortune on hair and clothes and purchasing high maintenance luxury homes and cars. The drugs and Kabbalah led to Lohan becoming so strung out and mentally unstable, she started missing days at work on film sets, until it reached the point she was deemed "uninsurable" and unemployable in Hollywood. Drugs got her and many other former child stars to that place.

So don't think it can't happen to you. It's all based on the choices you make. Therefore, you need to avoid that path. That's all people are trying to warn you about. Other child stars who were huge in their prime lost millions due to drugs: Bobby Brown, Frankie Lymon, Dana Plato and Corey Haim. 

The Government Needs To Cut The Defense Budget And Divert Funds Into Helping The Poor, Students In Need Of Scholarships And Small Businesses

The U.S. government sequester threatening programs that benefit the poor, could have been easily resolved, had the defense budget been adequately cut. Other world nations have been cutting their defense budgets during the ongoing financial crisis, but the cuts suggests in Washington are paltry at best.

The real war in the world right now is an economic one and Washington is losing. Other emerging economies such as China, India and Brazil, have made great strides, while Washington continues to focus on military spending. Economic clout has surpassed military might in the world.

Money wasted by Washington on bloated defense budgets and the FBI illegally spying on hoards of citizens while its officials fly, work and live in luxury, could go to helping the poor in America, creating new scholarships to help the next generation of American business people compete in the world and to aid struggling small and mid-sized businesses. Taxpayer money is going to the wrong endeavors and it is weakening the country.  

President Obama Slams Spending Cuts Labeling Them 'Dumb'

U.S. President Barack Obama is angered that $85 billion in budget cuts have gone into effect, due to the much talked about sequester. The president referred to the budget cuts "dumb." However, as much as the president is not in favor of the budget cuts, the government is spending too much money.

It's a bad sign that even with the economy still facing tough times, members of Congress are unable to compromises, having to force their plans through, as opposed to coming to a mutual agreement. Both political parties are guilty of this.

Lindsay Lohan In More Tax Trouble For Non-Payment

Recently it was announced that trouble prone Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan owes the U.S. Government $235,000 in back taxes she refused to pay, despite earning enough to do so and meet her other financial obligations. After pimping herself out to actor Charlie Sheen, another industry train wreck, but one that managed to hold on to some of his money, Lohan was given $100,000 to pay down her debt.

However, today is has been announced, Lohan is in more tax trouble, as newer taxes she refused to pay, this time to the state of California, in the sum of $57,000, have been added to her tab. When the government sees her renting luxury homes for $10,000 per month, buying designer clothes for tens of thousands of dollars and renting sports cars, but not paying her tax bill, it will infuriate them, causing them to come after her.

It's time for Lohan to live within her means, as no one believes she is as rich as she once was and in trying to keep up appearances rather than meet her actual obligations, such as taxes, she is doing herself more financial injury and turning off potential employers.

U.S. President Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats in Congress have been sparing with the Republican party on the issue of spending cuts, set to take place on March 1, 2013 if an adequate deal is not reached. President Obama and his party are against the spending cuts.

While the Republican party are in favor of it, due to the state of the economy. The newest U.S. economic report reveals jobs losses once again. Americans are also spending less, as people simply do not have the cash to spare. Budget cuts demanded by the Republicans would be helpful. So would the tax increases sought by the Democrats. Things are very uneven in Congress with no workable compromise in sight. Congress can do better than this.

Lindsay Lohan Moves Back In With Her Mom But Now Their Home Has Been Hit With Foreclosure Papers

Lindsay Lohan's financial woes continue. After selling her body as an escort and living the high life for a couple weeks, actress Lindsay Lohan has crashed back down to earth once again, after moving back in with her mom and their $1,300,000 Merrick, Long Island (New York) family home being placed in foreclosure.

Sorry, I have no pity for Lohan in this manner. I've helped people with financial problems, in assisting them with navigating through the legal system and negotiating with banks to save their homes, but these were hardworking everyday folks doing what they were supposed to, but due to the economy, saw their salaries decrease.

Lohan, however, is a spoiled actress with entitlement issues that blows every dime she gets. Several months ago she was given $300,000 to star in the television film "Liz & Dick." But rather than buy a sensible condo in Los Angeles for $200,000, she opted to blow the money living the high life in a Beverly Hills rental home and at the Château Marmont hotel, where suites run from several hundred to thousands of dollars per night. You're not Bill Gates. Living at the Château Marmont was not a good idea for you.

Not to mention, when the IRS saw her living it up at the Château Marmont and driving around in a $100,000 Porsche (albeit a rented one she wrecked) and not paying her taxes, they froze her bank accounts. This led to her having sex with fellow cocaine addict Charlie Sheen, who gave her $100,000 to help reduce her $250,000 tax bill.

In December, Lohan became an escort to a rich Arab man, who paid her $75,000 for her, um, escort services for New Years Eve. He allowed her to stay at his family's hotel for two additional weeks with her drug addled mom, before giving her the boot.

Now Lindsay's back home with her mom. However, that security was short-lived, as she and mom, Dina have been foreclosed on by the bank, who seek to seize her childhood home.

There's a lesson to be learned in her story. I keep writing about it and while some listen, some don't believing they have everything under control. When you receive a check, learn to save some of your money, as you never know what could happen. Don't blow it all living the high life, expecting the money will always pour in. Not to mention, that same high life some are living is destroying their name to the public and in the business world.

Getting drunk and or high and or being sexually ambiguous or promiscuous will destroy many potential endorsement deals and sponsorships, as product makers and services never know what said celebrity will say or do and the impact it could potentially have on their products.

They don't know how to brand someone engaging in said behavior and avoid celebrities attached to it. That wild behavior won't seem like fun when you're saddled with addictions, can't pay your rent or mortgage and lost several hundred thousand to millions of dollars in the long run in work and endorsements, simply because you were cutting loose in public. You need to stop. You're hurting yourself.

Furthermore, to opt for living in a hotel for weeks and months, rather than using that same money to buy even a small condo, is not a good idea. Spending your money on flash cars and clothes, then not being able to pay for where you live is also a bad idea. There's nothing wrong with buying small. There's nothing wrong with getting a one bedroom house or condo. Trying to keep up appearances in a massive mansion or mega hotel suite you can't afford in the long run, will bankrupt you.

Justin Bieber's Friends Causing Him More Problems With The Police But Can He Trust Them To Keep Quiet

Recently, Justin Bieber's friend, Young Money rapper Lil Twist, took the star's Ferrari for a joy ride last month, whilst smoking weed and got into trouble with the police, leading to the death of paparazzo Chris Guerra, who was in hot pursuit. Then he was spotted at a party Bieber attended, which led to the teen singer being photographed smoking weed.

According to TMZ, Lil Twist's fellow weed smoking rapper, Lil Za, (does everyone have a Lil on their name) also took Bieber's Ferrari for a spin yesterday and was stopped by the police. He was briefly under arrest for driving without a license and operating a vehicle whose tint was too dark. Za was cuffed and placed in the back of the police car. How did that story about him having sex with an aspiring model, Milyn Jensen, reach Star magazine if someone didn't tell them. How did a picture of him smoking weed land in TMZ's hands, if someone didn't tell them and pass on the photo for a fee.

When I see items about Bieber now, I can't help but think about another child star, who ended up on the same path the singer is on and it cost him dearly - Corey Haim. Bieber needs to be careful, as forming certain life endangering habits can be hard to break.

2/1/2013 12:29 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF - Justin Bieber's at the center of ANOTHER marijuana controversy -- TMZ has learned MORE photos of the singer holding a blunt were being shopped to media outlets. The photos -- which we've seen -- show 18-year-old Justin and his bud Lil Za casually passing the weed-filled stogie back and forth while hanging outside of an L.A. home.

FYI -- Lil Za is the guy who was pulled over and detained for driving Bieber's Ferrari without a license early Friday morning. We're told the marijuana photos were taken Thursday. It's not the first time Bieber's been photographed with grass ... just last month, Justin was pictured with another rapper -- Lil Twist -- holding a smoldering joint at a hotel party in Newport Beach. Ironically, Bieber loaned the same Ferrari to Lil Twist January 1st. You'll recall a photog was struck and killed by another motorist while shooting pics of Twist being pulled over for speeding.
