Girls Gone Wild’s Joe Francis Threatens Lawsuit Over Stolen Sex Tape

Abbey Wilson and Joe Francis (Photo Credit: Splash)

40-year-old Girls Gone Wild smut purveyor Joe Francis is receiving a dose of his own medicine as an explicit sex tape featuring him and his 25-year-old girlfriend Abbey Wilson is being shopped around for sale and publication.

Francis has stated the tape was stolen from his girlfriend’s bag. He is threatening to file a lawsuit regarding the tape and any potential distribution thereof, which is ironic, as he is a man who has exploited women and underage girls in his Girls Gone Wild series, leading to many lawsuits.

The violent misogynist once forcefully twisted a female journalist’s arm while slamming her against a car. Recently in a separate incident, Francis was convicted of assault causing great bodily injury and the false imprisonment of three women after a night club incident. He was also jailed for tax evasion and fraud.

Francis has made a fortune filming women and underage girls nude and or in degrading sexual situations. Many of these women demand the DVDs be pulled and now he knows how they feel. However, as the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, to illegally access (hack, steal ect…) a sex tape and publish the contents is completely unethical and should be a federal crime punishable by imprisonment.

Jermaine Dupri Set To Lose His Music Catalog Over Loan He Defaulted On

Music producer Jermaine Dupri, famous for hits by Kris Kross and Mariah Carey, is in danger of losing his million dollar music catalog. Dupri, who lives very lavishly and has lost most of his assets as a result, borrow $4,800,000 from SunTrust bank in 2009, using his music catalog as collateral, much like affiliate Michael Jackson repeatedly did with his stake in the Sony catalog.

However, where Jackson's share of the Sony catalog was worth a few hundred million dollars, Dupri's catalog is worth a few million at best and does not generate the kind of revenue needed to repay a $4,800,000 loan, after his expenses and wild spending.

Suntrust is now stating the loan is in default and suing Dupri for $1,900,000 plus interest and penalties. It's another blow in Dupri's ever widening financial problems. His Atlanta mansion went into foreclosure twice and is facing auction, he was hit with a $3,000,000 tax bill that he paid off recently, he lost his restaurant, record label and Janet Jackson, who dumped him for his cheating and married a billionaire. Dupri was also hit with costly lawsuits for copyright infringement, alleging he stole music from others.

SunTrust suing Jermaine Dupri, So So Def for $1.9M

Updated: 7:30 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 | Posted: 9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013 - Atlanta music mogul Jermaine Dupri and his So So Def Productions have been sued for $1.9 million, accused by SunTrust Banks of defaulting on a loan. The lawsuit filed this week in Atlanta appears to be the latest in a string of financial challenges for the Grammy winner, one of the most prominent music producers in the nation.

In SunTrust’s lawsuit, the bank alleges that Dupri is in default and still owes money toward a $4.9 million loan from 2010. The loan is backed by copyrighted music owned by Dupri, So So Def and other businesses, as well as a building on Briarwood Court in DeKalb County that houses two recording studios.

Neither SunTrust nor Dupri, listed as Jermaine Dupri Mauldin in the court documents, immediately returned messages seeking comment Thursday. The debt originated in 2009 as part of an earlier loan that Dupri took on to pay off income tax and other liabilities, according to a separate court document...

News Report: The IRS Targeted Christians (Videos)

This is a follow up the articles The FBI And Ethics and Congressional Senator Confirms The IRS Politically Targeted Conservatives Just As The Site Stated, regarding a scandal the Judiciary Report broke first in regard to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) targeting conservatives and people who criticize the government online.

A news report today indicates the IRS also targeted high profile Christians and Christian groups with online and or TV presence for harassment when filing tax returns. As my regular readers know, not only have I been criticizing the government online (an issue the FBI emailed the Judiciary Report over a few years ago) I am also a Christian with an online presence, reaching millions.

Congressman lauded for tearing the IRS a new one in Congress last week:

So based on the above mentioned criteria, I fit every check box for the harassment that ensued at the hands of the IRS, leading me to break the story online a few years ago. I wasn't trying to start trouble, but at the end of the day, we're all human and entitled to basic rights. No one deserves to be harassed, defrauded or discriminated against. This was a serious misuse of the IRS.

President Obama has publicly denied any knowledge of the harassment campaign, but today it was revealed member of his cabinet at the White House knew and sanctioned it. What I find ironic is the FBI is investigating the IRS in this matter, when they were involved in the misconduct against select people they sent the IRS after, as a form of harassment.

President Obama Fires The Head Of The IRS For Targeting Conservatives (Video)

Oh, This Just Got Serious!

U.S. President Barack Obama has fired the head of the IRS, Steven Miller, over the current controversy, regarding the agency targeting conservatives based on political leanings. Obama fired IRS Acting Commissioner Steven Miller, regarding an upsetting scandal the Judiciary Report broke first, after being targeted by the agency, in conjunction with the FBI (The FBI And Ethics). The president branded the misconduct by select IRS employees "inexcusable." Congress is conducting its own review of the matter.

Due to items I wrote on the Judiciary Report, criticizing the government, my mother and I were audited three years in a row and sent a defamatory letter last year that brought the issue to a head, resulting in me informing the agency of my intent to sue to rectify the problem. Once again, the matter has since been resolved, the IRS retracted their claims and without litigation.

IRS targeted groups that criticized the government, IG report says

At various points over the past two years, Internal Revenue Service officials targeted nonprofit groups that criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution, according to documents in an audit conducted by the agency’s inspector general.

The documents, obtained by The Washington Post from a congressional aide with knowledge of the findings, show that on June 29, 2011, IRS staffers held a briefing with senior agency official Lois G. Lerner in which they described giving special attention to instances where "statements in the case file criticize how the country is being run." Lerner, who oversees tax-exempt groups for the agency, raised objections and the agency revised its criteria a week later.

Congressional Senator Confirms The IRS Politically Targeted Conservatives Just As The Site Stated

Barack Obama

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report exclusive articles The IRS Is Woefully Late With Income Tax Returns Under The Obama Administration and The Obama Administration Is Getting The IRS Sued For Using The Agency To Target And Terrorize Political Opponents and More Information On The Obama Administration Using The IRS To Harass And Intimidate Politically Outspoken People. I was being targeted for being a politically outspoken conservative with a string of websites reaching millions.

As you my readers know, I’ve been very outspoken regarding Obama’s FBI and their corrupt refusal to release the Freedom of Information files they are illegally withholding regarding me, the phone hacking case which I broke first (Rupert Murdoch) and Madonna’s criminal copyright infringement (Kabbalah/The illuminati). Just release the files. What are you hiding? I have nothing to hide…but clearly you do (and it’s going in the movie).

Robert S. Mueller

Using the IRS to target outspoken journalists or political rivals is actually a well-known old political trick that gained prominence during the time former President Richard Nixon, who was subsequently impeached, was in office. Nixon got the ball rolling targeting journalists and political rivals in this manner. The FBI is known for this as well regarding the I.R.S., as court documents revealed.

Today, U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell confirmed the I.R.S. was heavily scrutinizing conservatives, especially those with online presence and non-profit status for political activist sites (I’ve never had non-profit status or applied for it).

Mitch McConnell

As stated in previous columns, the IRS owed my mom and I what ended up being $30,000 in tax refunds. The I.R.S. made certain claims in writing regarding us that were wholly inaccurate and requested a mountain of documents from us. I sent them every single paper they requested on both my mom and I via, fax and certified mail (cost me $100). I wasn’t going to give up (I never do). Things got to the point that I had to state in writing that I will file a lawsuit to gain clarity and a resolution to the matter.

A few months ago, the I.R.S. went over the documents I sent, stated they’ve updated their files and sent a letter stating we are to inform our lawyer they are retracting their previous claims. A few months ago, the I.R.S. also began releasing the money and everything is now squared. The I.R.S. stated we should not have a problem in the future. I’m glad things were amicably resolved.

Lauryn Hill Sentenced To 3-Months House Arrest For Tax Evasion And...

9-Months Supervised Release

Lauryn Hill

Sony Music singer Lauryn Hill, was sentenced to 3-months house arrest and 9 months supervised release for deliberately failing to pay taxes on millions of dollars in income. Considering the gravity of the tax crime, that was a relatively light sentence.

Actor Wesley Snipes was sentenced to 5-years in prison for not paying taxes on millions of dollars in income for over a decade. However, he provoked the government telling them lines from his movies such as "always bet on black" in challenging their case against him. When I read he said that I giggled and thought to myself of Wesley, "You’re going to JAILLLLLLL!" What did you tell them that for. However, in other ways his sentence is also just, as he beat ex-girlfriend Halle Berry and made her deaf in one ear, which must have been devastating for her. Snipes was released last month after serving over 3-years on his sentence.

Only fight the government in court when you are in the right, not in the wrong. And tax evasion is being in the wrong, as it is a crime. Hill was honest with the court, admitting what she’d done. She also equated her recording career at Sony to "slavery." At the end of the day, she knew she had to pay her taxes. She needs to be thankful they did not put her in jail and for years.

Lindsay Lohan And Charlie Sheen Can't Keep Their Hands Off Each Other

Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan (though Charlie is twice her age, 26-year-old Lindsay looks his age thanks to wild living)

Two of Hollywood's biggest trainwreck crackheads, Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen, made an appearance on the red carpet and couldn't keep their hands off each other. This lends support to the Judiciary Report's exclusive that Lohan had sex with Sheen in exchange for paying half her IRS tax bill (Charlie Sheen Paid Lindsay Lohan's Tax Bill Because She Had Sex With Him).

Sheen, who is still employable, unlike Lohan, but barely so, has taken the one time child star under his wing. However, as they both lack sound judgment, this could end very badly (and the blogs will be there to capture it all - translation for Lohan and Sheen: watch your butts cause we certainly are).

Let this story be a lesson to aspiring and newly established entertainers - save your money. Be sensible with your cash. Don't spend most or all of your money on partying, trips, expensive clothes, drugs and drinks. Lohan had tens of millions of dollars in the bank at the height of her fame several years ago and now she is resorting to having sex with stars and wealthy businessmen for money, pimping herself to pay the bills and underwrite her expensive drug habit (Lindsay Lohan's Acting Career Hits The Skids And Her Job As An Escort Is In Trouble As Well).

Justin Bieber Calls Actress Lindsay Lohan A Broke Loser

Justin better be careful, Lindsay is a mean drunk, who throws punches like Tyson. Side Bar: boo, why is your shirt matching the plaque (in photo above). That's taking "swaggy" too far (LOL).

Today, 19-year-old pop star Justin Bieber slammed fallen actress Lindsay Lohan by stating on the website Instagram, "And to those comparing me to Lindsey Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements;)." First off, Bieber spelled her name wrong. Well, most people do, but it's Lindsay, not Lindsey. Secondly, Bieber is calling Lindsay broke, for which he was slammed on TMZ.

Thirdly, the Judiciary Report is the site Bieber is referring to when he stated today, "And to those comparing me to Lindsey Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements ;)" as I did so in the January 26, 2013 article "North Carolina Disc Jockey Accuses Justin Bieber Of Spitting In Her Drink And Telling Her To "F*** Off"." In that article two months ago I stated regarding Bieber, "Getting into confrontations, mooning people, taking drugs, getting drunk and bedding numerous women is not the way. You'll end up like every other former child star who crashed and burned. Learn from them and do not repeat their errors anymore. That's how Lindsay Lohan got started."

Bieber slammed Lindsay on Instagram, then deletes it, but TMZ preserved it in screen shot seen above.

However, I was more referring to Bieber avoiding drugs to save his health and finances. Lohan is a former child star, who made a lot of money fast, but has fallen in with the wrong set of people that are basically drug carriers (for further reference Justin see: your friend Lil Twist). At the height of her fame, Lohan had about $60,000,000. Now she has next to nothing. It has happened to many child stars thanks to drugs, which led to other bad decisions that destroyed their wealth.

Drug addiction is no joke Justin and you are genetically predisposed to it due to your parents' struggle with substance abuse. It can start off mild and turn ugly on you really fast via full blown addiction. Therefore, it is in your best interest not to have certain people in your circle of friends or on your payroll.

Lindsay Lohan

Lohan used to be rich, until she started snorting cocaine everyday and popping pills, which led to wild spending via living in hotels, spending a fortune on hair and clothes and purchasing high maintenance luxury homes and cars. The drugs and Kabbalah led to Lohan becoming so strung out and mentally unstable, she started missing days at work on film sets, until it reached the point she was deemed "uninsurable" and unemployable in Hollywood. Drugs got her and many other former child stars to that place.

So don't think it can't happen to you. It's all based on the choices you make. Therefore, you need to avoid that path. That's all people are trying to warn you about. Other child stars who were huge in their prime lost millions due to drugs: Bobby Brown, Frankie Lymon, Dana Plato and Corey Haim.

Lindsay Lohan In More Tax Trouble For Non-Payment

Recently it was announced that trouble prone Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan owes the U.S. Government $235,000 in back taxes she refused to pay, despite earning enough to do so and meet her other financial obligations. After pimping herself out to actor Charlie Sheen, another industry train wreck, but one that managed to hold on to some of his money, Lohan was given $100,000 to pay down her debt.

However, today is has been announced, Lohan is in more tax trouble, as newer taxes she refused to pay, this time to the state of California, in the sum of $57,000, have been added to her tab. When the government sees her renting luxury homes for $10,000 per month, buying designer clothes for tens of thousands of dollars and renting sports cars, but not paying her tax bill, it will infuriate them, causing them to come after her.

It's time for Lohan to live within her means, as no one believes she is as rich as she once was and in trying to keep up appearances rather than meet her actual obligations, such as taxes, she is doing herself more financial injury and turning off potential employers.

Obama And Congress Fighting Over Budget Cuts

Head of the Republican party, John Boehner and President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats in Congress have been sparing with the Republican party on the issue of spending cuts, set to take place on March 1, 2013 if an adequate deal is not reached. President Obama and his party are against the spending cuts.

While the Republican party are in favor of it, due to the state of the economy. The newest U.S. economic report reveals jobs losses once again. Americans are also spending less, as people simply do not have the cash to spare. Budget cuts demanded by the Republicans would be helpful. So would the tax increases sought by the Democrats. Things are very uneven in Congress with no workable compromise in sight. Congress can do better than this.

Mary J. Blige's Money Woes Continue As She Is Hit With A $900,000 Tax Lien

Mary J. Blige: I owe how much?

The money problems of R&B songstress, Mary J. Blige, continue to mount in a very noticeable way, as it is being report she has been hit with a $900,000 tax lien. This comes on the heels of lawsuits by two banks stating Blige owes millions of dollars in two loans she has defaulted on.

Mary J. Blige's costly house in New Jersey

The singer's sprawling 8-bedroom mansion in Saddle River, New Jersey, which she purchased for $12,300,000.Blige five years ago, continues to languish on the market with no buyers. Purchasing and maintaining such a large property (mortgage payments, taxes, insurance, cleaning, landscaping) has definitely drained Blige's resources, pushing her to the brink of financial collapse. If Blige can successfully sell her home, many of her money problems would be erased.

Lindsay Lohan Moves Back In With Her Mom But Now Their Home Has Been Hit With Foreclosure Papers

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan's financial woes continue. After selling her body as an escort and living the high life for a couple weeks, actress Lindsay Lohan has crashed back down to earth once again, after moving back in with her mom and their $1,300,000 Merrick, Long Island (New York) family home being placed in foreclosure.

Sorry, I have no pity for Lohan in this manner. I've helped people with financial problems, in assisting them with navigating through the legal system and negotiating with banks to save their homes, but these were hardworking everyday folks doing what they were supposed to, but due to the economy, saw their salaries decrease.

Lohan, however, is a spoiled actress with entitlement issues that blows every dime she gets. Several months ago she was given $300,000 to star in the television film "Liz & Dick." But rather than buy a sensible condo in Los Angeles for $200,000, she opted to blow the money living the high life in a Beverly Hills rental home and at the Château Marmont hotel, where suites run from several hundred to thousands of dollars per night. You're not Bill Gates. Living at the Château Marmont was not a good idea for you.

Not to mention, when the IRS saw her living it up at the Château Marmont and driving around in a $100,000 Porsche (albeit a rented one she wrecked) and not paying her taxes, they froze her bank accounts. This led to her having sex with fellow cocaine addict Charlie Sheen, who gave her $100,000 to help reduce her $250,000 tax bill.

Lindsay Lohan's family home is in foreclosure

In December, Lohan became an escort to a rich Arab man, who paid her $75,000 for her, um, escort services for New Years Eve. He allowed her to stay at his family's hotel for two additional weeks with her drug addled mom, before giving her the boot.

Now Lindsay's back home with her mom. However, that security was short-lived, as she and mom, Dina have been foreclosed on by the bank, who seek to seize her childhood home.

There's a lesson to be learned in her story. I keep writing about it and while some listen, some don't believing they have everything under control. When you receive a check, learn to save some of your money, as you never know what could happen. Don't blow it all living the high life, expecting the money will always pour in. Not to mention, that same high life some are living is destroying their name to the public and in the business world.

Getting drunk and or high and or being sexually ambiguous or promiscuous will destroy many potential endorsement deals and sponsorships, as product makers and services never know what said celebrity will say or do and the impact it could potentially have on their products.

They don't know how to brand someone engaging in said behavior and avoid celebrities attached to it. That wild behavior won't seem like fun when you're saddled with addictions, can't pay your rent or mortgage and lost several hundred thousand to millions of dollars in the long run in work and endorsements, simply because you were cutting loose in public. You need to stop. You're hurting yourself.

Furthermore, to opt for living in a hotel for weeks and months, rather than using that same money to buy even a small condo, is not a good idea. Spending your money on flash cars and clothes, then not being able to pay for where you live is also a bad idea. There's nothing wrong with buying small. There's nothing wrong with getting a one bedroom house or condo. Trying to keep up appearances in a massive mansion or mega hotel suite you can't afford in the long run, will bankrupt you.
