Last August, arrest prone 17-year-old Chicago rapper, Chief Keef, was arrested in Miami for marijuana possession. Keef, real name Keith Cozart, told police "I have weed in my right front pocket, I want to be honest with you, officer." Really, Keef.

Keef recently missed a court hearing in connection with the case and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. If he sets foot in Miami, police could arrest him, much like they regularly do in his home state of Illinois.

However, Keef, doesn't seem to care. He's on Twitter and Instagram all the time and getting paid large sums of money for doing shows performing his music some struggle to decipher. He recently bragged on Twitter that he has already made "$6,000,000" in his career.

According to In Touch magazine, mentally ill Hollywood actress, Amanda Bynes, who is in Kabbalah, has been evicted from her New York apartment, after her recent headline grabbing drug arrest in Manhattan. Bynes was spotted behaving erratically in the lobby of her apartment building, prompting staff to call police.

When the cops arrived, Bynes threw a bong filled with marijuana out of the high-rise apartment's window and the drug paraphernalia shattered on the ground below, damaging evidence. Staff and residents are not happy with Bynes' scandals and as such, she is reportedly being evicted from the building.

Just when Amanda Bynes was given three years probation for driving on a suspended license after two hit and runs, the drug addled actress goes out and gets herself into trouble again. Yesterday, Bynes was arrested for weed possession and was seen throwing a marijuana bong out of her apartment window. Subtle way to dispose of the evidence, Amanda (not).

Oh, but it gets worse. Amanda made an appearance in court yesterday wearing a wig that would scare Nicki Minaj. She even joked on Twitter she needs Minaj's wig stylist stat. Amanda, how many poodles are running around butt naked with no hair, so you can wear that wig.

Pop star Justin Bieber continues to take a walk on the wild side as his tour bus was raided in Sweden during his tumultuous European tour. The 19-year-old pop star was not arrested for the legal offense and no one in his camp has claimed responsibility. One has to wonder if Young Money rapper Lil Twist had anything to do with this, as whenever Bieber's name is mentioned in some form of controversy, he is usually attached to it.

Bieber needs to be careful. He does not want to end up arrested, charged and convicted like Young Money rapper Lil Wayne, on gun and drug charges, resulting in 9-months imprisonment at Rikers jail in New York. His tour manager needs to vigilantly monitor what goes in and out of Bieber's bus, because the next time another raid could happen in a jurisdiction where someone could end up in jail.

TMZ has spoken with a rep for the Stockholm PD, who told us ... Around 7:10 PM on Wednesday night, an officer smelled weed coming from Justin's bus, which was parked in front of the Grand Hotel. Cops say ... when the bus left the hotel and headed toward the Globe Arena, the officer contacted a special narcotics unit, which issued a warrant to search Bieber's bus.

We're told cops searched the bus in the parking garage of the Globe Arena -- no one was on the bus at the time. Cops say they found a small amount of narcotics (they won't say which drug, but local papers say it's weed) -- along with a taser. We're told cops have not identified a suspect yet ... and the bus has not been impounded.

Bieber had been seen with his pal Lil Za in the hours before the weed incident ... and FYI, Za is the guy who was seen smoking pot with Bieber at an L.A. home earlier this year. Cops tell us NO ONE WILL BE CHARGED because they have no idea who was in possession of the drug since the bus was empty. They found the narcotic on the floor of the bus so they have no clue who brought it on...

After canceling four concerts over the past few weeks, the most recent being stops in Houston and Dallas, due to an alleged drug overdose, a bleary eyed Rihanna was spotted going into a medical clinic in Beverly Hills, California today, looking worse for wear and completely depressed.

The medical facility Rihanna went to houses doctor’s offices specializing in the treatment of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) infections (she has currently incurable genital herpes, as do most celebrities at the Kabbalah Center from having sex with each other in cult rituals), substance abuse issues (she is a raging cocaine addict, who also uses marijuana) and a drunkard (who often posts and speaks about getting "black out" drunk).

Rihanna’s career is waning and the record company is complaining. Both record and ticket sales are way down, which spells bad news for her. Sponsors have also dropped Rihanna in the wake of her outrageous public conduct and dwindling popularity.

Boyfriend, singer Chris Brown, constantly bedding other women he’s just met, is depressing her as well, leading to more drug abuse. In all her problems, Brown has been noticeably glum when with her and often absent as a result. According to blog posts Brown has been running from her of late.

Rumors surfaced of his cheating and her retaliating by cheating with opening act Rocky. However, Brown took it very far, in cheating with five women in one month (Not to mention, there are other industry women after Brown as well - some of whom claim to be Rihanna's friend). Once again, Brown did what the Judiciary Report stated a couple years ago he has a habit of doing - driving around for attractive women to pick up off the street and take to his house or a hotel for sex (one of these days you're gonna pick up a tranny like Eddie Murphy did).

HIV and AIDS don't discriminate and are difficult to live with for the millions of disease sufferers that struggle with it everyday. The number grows exponential when you look at it on a global scale.

Sexual promiscuity is propagating the disease and you increase your chances of contracting it the more people you have sex with. Condoms have a 36% failure rate, which is relatively high, meaning risks still exist. Therefore, sleeping around is very dangerous. Brown need to value his health and life more than this.

Brown was spotted with another woman again, who came forward bragging about having sex with him at his house in Los Angeles. She is the fifth woman he has cheated with this month. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) are not happy with rapper Lil Twist, who is one of the close friends of singer, Justin Bieber. Not only did police repeatedly pull Twist over for driving violations in Bieber's cars, one of their main confrontations with the marijuana smoking rapper, resulted in the death of paparazzo Chris Guerra, for which the CHP is now being sued.

The lawsuit is set to cost the CHP upwards of $250,000 as it works its way through the court system, appeals circuit and all. Neighbor's reported seeing weed smoke emanate from the mansion, scantily clad women going in and out of the property and loud music during wild parties. Twist, a member of Hollywood's so-called "Illuminati" has been a bad influence on Bieber, bringing drugs and wild women around the young entertainer. Rapper Lil Wayne, real name, Dwyane Carter, has been released from Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angles, California, after a toxic drug overdose on the narcotic codeine, in the form of what is known on the streets as "sizzurp." The overdose triggered several life threatening seizures, for which he was placed in a coma to relieve the irregular electrical activity in his brain.

It was discovered a tweet on Twitter allegedly by Wayne, did not come from his location at the hospital. This supports what the Judiciary Report stated days ago, regarding the severity of Wayne's condition and it being more serious than his label and management were claiming (Lil Wayne Overdosed On Sizzurp Resulting In Multiple Seizures And Hospitalization and Lil Wayne Is Still In The Hospital Indicating The Severity Of His Overdose And Seizures).

Wayne is now looking to make a recovery at home. For the past year, the rapper has been behaving very erratically. He dishonored the memory of 15-year-old civil rights murder victim Emett Till and got into public altercations at NBA games. Wayne, who became a member of Hollywood's so-called Illuminati, is breaking under the pressure of the sect.

I remember years ago before he formed Young Money and Wayne becoming so famous that Hollywood's Illuminati began pursuing then brainwashing him with that devil worshipping foolishness they promote in songs and videos, I saw him in Bal Harbor Shops in Miami relaxing with his friends, Lebron James, Birdman (the rapper) and Fabulous. If Lil Wayne’s Tweet did not originate from the location Sandler listed, it’s likely that a rep for the rapper or someone else may have instead posted to the rapper’s Twitter account.

Well, maybe Chris the show gave him ideas and he is doing research, as he went to Bermuda in the Caribbean this week with his bodyguard Big Pat in tow. Rihanna better sleep with one eye open, especially if he starts measuring her forehead fivehead for a casket. She should be scared to sleep around Chris who is bitter about what the fight she initiated has done to his life and career. Instead of waking up in the morning to an alarm clock - she'll wake up to a headbutt.

But I digress, according to reports Brown and Big Pat had an "altercation" in Bermuda. According to Hollywood Life, "The airport worker said Big Pat told him that he had gotten into an 'altercation' with Chris. Chris went back through Customs and the plane left at about 2:20pm. The source says that the bodyguard arranged to leave on Jet Blue’s afternoon flight to JFK Airport in NYC and saw him get on the plane."

Brown touched down in Bermuda on his way to Ghana in Africa, for a controversial concert, where he was paid $1,000,000 to perform. A few weeks ago on January 10, 2013, in the Judiciary Report article Justin Bieber To Appear On SNL And Marijuana Is Not Off Limits, the site asked out loud if pop star Justin Bieber would address his scandalous use of marijuana on the skit based show "Saturday Night Live" as his fans were in denial. Bieber made an appearance on the program this past Saturday and during a skit poking fun at singer Miley Cyrus, the teen star appeared to indirectly apologize for smoking marijuana, as he was exposed in a series of snaps published online to his embarrassment.

His fans, known as "Beliebers" initially slammed the pictures as "Photoshopped" but his subsequent apology indicates what bloggers realized - the snaps are real and he has been smoking weed. Bieber said he is sorry, is human, makes mistake and will not smoke weed again. He also needs to say sorry to bloggers who print the truth about him, while he stays silent and his well-meaning fans flood blogs attempting to defend him from the so-called lies, which are actually true. Man up, Justin.

It's difficult to deny any of the rumors by name, when TMZ has published pictures of him smoking marijuana (more photos have been offered to them by someone in the singer's circle selling Bieber out).

The teaching profession is a highly reputable one, but there are a few not doing what they are supposed to. Case in point, 23-year-old Aurora, Colorado high school teacher, Carly McKinney, when buck butt wild on Twitter. McKinney, who was probably high while typing, began sharing too much information on Twitter and got herself into trouble with the Overland High School board.

 McKinney posted such things as, "Watching a drug bust go down in the parking lot. It’s funny cuz I have weed in my car in the staff parking lot," "Naked. Wet. Stoned," "I live a double life. Teacher by day, stoner/raver/rager by night," "Stay high. Stay drunk…Mile High City" and "Instead of being productive, I’ve been on Twitter."

The Twitter teacher admitted to grading papers whilst high. She even responded to a student coming on to her online by stating, "Just got called Ms. McCutie. Points for being clever, however you are still jailbait." McKinney has since been suspended, placed on "administrative leave" by the school board.
