Teen Rapper Chief Keef Arrested Again This Time For Trespassing As Murder Investigation Lingers

17-year-old Chicago rapper, Chief Keef, has been arrested again. Police in Chicago, Illinois have him under tight surveillance and have arrested him for everything from gun possession to heroin distribution to speeding. Keef even repeatedly pointed a gun at police while running from them on one occasion.

Therefore, police in Illinois have him off for said illegal conduct, which resulted in house arrest, as he is a minor. His latest arrest came hours after he pled guilty to speeding. Keef, real name, Keith Mozart, was detained again by police for trespassing...four blocks from the courthouse his speeding hearing was held in.

The most serious allegations looming over Keef is murder. The mother of slain local rapper, Joseph 'Lil JoJo' Coleman, states Keef paid to have him murdered in an act of gang violence. Keef mocked Coleman's death on Twitter but deleted the tweet shortly after.

Jay-Z Accused Of Faking Record Sales Again (Wall Street Journal)

Scared his next album will be another sales disappointment, rapper Jay-Z has signed a deal with Samsung, who will buy and distribute for free, 1 million copies of his forthcoming CD. Many are criticizing the move as a sales scheme on Jay-Z's end.

Previously, Jay-Z was slammed for a massive sales scandal that discredited well known music industry company Soundscan (Jay-Z turned it into Soundscam). Jay-Z, a one time drug dealer who still brags about said misbehavior in a manner not helpful to impressionable people, rather than denouncing it, bribed retailers to scan the same copy of his CD through the register repeatedly to register higher sales.

It gave him undeserved and unearned number one records on Billboard, also discrediting and tainting their charts, while robbing others of their rightful position and accolades. From day one Jay-Z entered the music industry with drug money, using it to fund his record company Rockafella and engage in illegal payola to guarantee him airplay, which counts towards number one singles on the music charts.

Jay-Z, who has been faced with a string of business failures, has a career that is all smoke and mirrors, to create the illusion of success. It's one thing to take payment for advertising tweets on Twitter, as many have done so as a legitimate business. However, things have gone so far regarding Jay-Z that he pays people to tweet compliments about him, his appearance, daughter, wife and career. That's just sad.

Samsung to Give Away 1 Million Copies of Jay-Z’s New Album

June 16, 2013, 9:26 PM - ...The connection: Samsung has purchased 1 million copies of Jay-Z’s coming album, entitled "Magna Carta Holy Grail," slated for release July 4, and plans to give them to Samsung Galaxy smartphone users for free – 72 hours ahead of the release. The users are to receive the music through an app they’ll receive later this month. (Recipients won’t be able to share it until the official release date.). Samsung paid $5 apiece for the albums, according to a person familiar with the matter. It wasn’t immediately clear if Nielsen SoundScan will count Samsung’s purchases in its sales tallies.

Early yesterday morning, the Judiciary Report (and the blog) wrote about the Twitter beef between actress Amanda Bynes and singer Rihanna. The site stated Rihanna had a nose job and wears European weaves, leading some such as Bynes to think and state she is "trying to be white."

Several hours later, Bynes announced she is having a nose job and is going to become a singer/rapper. Uh oh! Bynes should focus on getting well first. It's one thing for a actress that does mostly pop culture, teen type shows and films to become a singer, but a rapper, that's another story.

The latest development regarding Bynes and Rihanna's Twitter fued is she's denying the whole thing, claiming it was a mock up, but no one believes that. Said Twitter account has posted items in the past that Bynes confirmed.

Bynes went on another rambling Twitter run this afternoon, in which she says, "I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions. I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them!" From there she goes on to say ... well, your guess is as good as ours:

"That's one of the mocked up images, they took photos of me from outside and morphed them onto someone else's body. I am allergic to marijuana and alcohol but I smoke tobacco. Why does Rihanna smoke weed and not get in trouble for it but I smoke tobacco and people think I'm on drugs? I refuse to be treated like someone I'm not, which is why I fought for myself and am suing everyone involved. I don't need to go to rehab. There is never a drug or alcohol in my system! I'm sick of all the lies! What would you do if someone accused you of things you didn't do and yet you still had to be in jail at all over it! Rihanna's having a bad month. First she broke up with Chris Brown, then he reunited with her rival, Karrueche Tran. Despite Rihanna chasing after rapper Drake, he ran off with a big butt stripper. She was then spotted with New York Knick J.R. Smith, who didn't publicly fawn all over her, prompting a hateful tirade on Instragram. Rihanna attacked Smith and his entire team in an unprovoked diss, taking things way too far and during the playoffs.

But that's just it. Rihanna is known for attacking fans and critics on Twitter and Instagram with cruel cutdowns over simple statements that she overreacts to on a regular basis. However, when she is on the receiving end, suddenly she's not the bad girl she claims she is to the public, opting to cower in a corner.

Yesterday, actress Amanda Bynes ripped colorstruck Rihanna a new one on Twitter that left the singer silent after a few tweets. The former friends went at it on Twitter, with Bynes kicking off the fued by harshly stating "You look so ugly tryin to be white."

A few years ago, Rihanna had a nose job on her once full African nose, in a bid to look white (she also had breast implants). She also wears Caucasian weaves and hair extensions. She also makes statements referencing skin tone, such as she's out with her "yella" boyfriend Chris Brown. Bynes picked up on it and let Rihanna have it in a tweet some are calling racist.

Bynes went after Rihanna some more, going for her Achilles heel in stating, "Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough. No one wants to be your lover so you call everyone and their mother that I almost named my new dog Rihanna."

Delusional Rihanna, who like Bynes is in Kabbalah and has a problem with drugs and mental illness responded, "Ya see what happens when they cancel intervention." Intervention is a show about intervening in the lives of people with drug problems, in trying to obtain the assistance they need to gain sobriety.

That's when Bynes went off and went for the jugular. Bynes snapped at her, finishing Rihanna off with the statement, "Unlike ur fugly faced self I don't do drugs. U need the intervention dog! I met ur ugly face in person. U aren't pretty u know it!" It's amazing she didn't mention the forehead. That's what everyone, from Beyonce to Ciara fans, goes for first. Just ignore the obvious, why don't you.

But to recap, the line "no one wants to be your lover" is pretty telling and sounds like a dig at not only Brown choosing Tran over Rihanna again, but more importantly Drake ignoring her online flirting and thirstiness in favor of another woman - a curvy stripper named Syn. Rihanna began following Drake online and kept pressing like and favoriting his photos and comments on Twitter and Instagram, but he did not reciprocate by liking or favoriting anything related to her. Not even on a basic friendship level.

Ironically, weeks prior Bynes made a tweet that stated "I want Drake to murder my vagina" (crime scene tape and all?) indicating she wants to have sex with him. This is an underlying cause of the Twitter fight between the two women.

I'm sorry, but some broads today aren't too bright. Who you guys should be mad at is the voluptuous chocolate skin stripper Drake ran off with. Instead what do we the public see, you two fighting each other online, like cats and dogs, pardon the pun, while the stripper is lounging on Miami Beach laughing at you guys and blowing kisses at Drake.

The thing is Drake clearly doesn't love Rihanna. His actions show it. He had sex with her for bragging rights to say, like half the industry, he had a turn on the village bicycle. There are several high profile women in the industry, such as Rihanna, Rita Ora and Taylor Swift, who are being used in this manner and unwisely interpret it as love or a sign of approval. All it's doing is propagating STDs. 

In closing, Bynes breakdown is reminiscent of Britney Spears' epic mental issues that came to a head a few years ago, which resulted in her being forced into psychiatric hospitals. Rihanna's been having strange outbursts as well. How many more people will this thieving, property stealing Hollywood cult make crazy before the government raids them.

After apologizing to rapper Chief Keef for slamming his song "I Hate Being Sober" copyright infringing pop singer Katy Perry received a "I'm sorry then too" message on Twitter from the Chicago teen. After the rapper read Perry's comments about his song giving her "serious doubt for the world" Keef threatened to "smack the sh** out of her" and write a diss track about her.

Katy Perry has been having a tough time of late with lawsuits for copyright infringement and her religious parents calling her a "devil child" for her debauched behavior in Hollywood.

Perry was so terrified after his comments in response to her statement, she referred to Chief Keef as "Mr. Keef" (LOL). His real name is Keith Cozart. As stated yesterday, the Judiciary Report hoped they could work things out and shortly after they did and buried the hatchet.

Pop singer Katy Perry took to Twitter and dissed 17-year-old rapper Chief Keef over his new track "I Hate Being Sober." I don't know who told her to do that, because someone told Keef about it and he went off.  Keef went on Twitter and threatened to "smack the s*** out of her."

Perry panicked and quickly apologized. Calm down girl. He wouldn't smack you. He'd make his girl Pretty Mesha do it (kidding). Oh, but Perry's problems don't end there. Keef also announced his new song, presumably a diss track, will be titled "Katy Perry." I think he's talking about you.

Perry must be tired of the music industry and want a new life in the Witness Protection Program. You challenged a rapper who just got out of jail on gun charges, over a song about sobriety. Makes me think Perry is the one on drugs. I'm just playing. Hopefully they'll work everything out.

As on and off again girlfriend Rihanna obsesses over everything Brown does, this exchange online has only served to anger her. She's tried to convince herself that Karrueche is "a nobody" as I was previously told she said, but based on her online insults, it is obvious Brown's feelings for Tran is burning Rihanna.

The Virginia native stopped following his on-again, off-again love on Twitter, and started following ex girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, which is probably the last thing Rihanna needs right now. After a few canceled shows due to illness, the "Stay" singer is back on her Diamonds world tour, and opened up about not being able to "understand" love, during a stop in Anaheim, CA, earlier in the month. Asafa shut it down immediately, hilariously stating no, because by the time towering Bolt gets into the bobsled, no one else could fit in it (LOL). I can totally see Blake as "Sanka" from the original film. Yohan has that "long hair don’t care" thing going on like the movie character. I would pay to see that movie. Side Bar: during the interview posted above, the host said they asked his teammates what to ask him. The question they came up with? Ask him if he is the "pumpum king" which is Jamaican slang for "vagina king" as a lot of women like him and he has dated some of Jamaica's most beautiful women. Getting them to ask him that was dead wrong (LOL). Poor thing blushed and couldn't answer.

Why not just say "twins" in the lyrics, to referred to his alleged sexual prowess. Once again, Ray J using famous women for attention and publicity.

After coming under fire for complimenting pretty California Attorney General, Kamala Harris, referring to her as the best looking one in America, U.S. President Barack Obama, via his rep, Jay Carney, has apologized. Feminists on blogs and social networking platforms let rip when Obama paid Harris the innocent compliment. She is a long time friend of President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.

In a freaky way they remind me of each other and people are often fascinated by those remarkably similar to themselves. Their names are even similar. Both lawyers. Both mixed race. Both will get their butts kicked by Mrs. Obama if they even think about taking it there. Yes, I know, I'm wrong for that (LOL).

In the new issue of Teen Vogue, pop singer Justin Bieber slammed people writing critical items about him online. Bieber told Teen Vogue, "I don't read YouTube comments because those can get you sad. I see so much stuff on the Internet. Sometimes I just want to go to Twitter and just go after people. But then I just think twice: If someone is dissing me, I'm going to make this person way more famous by tweeting them. My Twitter is really nice. I have so many fans that I rarely ever see a nasty tweet."

I highly doubt Bieber or anyone else is going to make someone famous by going after them on Twitter. It could get the individual more "followers" on Twitter, but fame, highly unlikely. Sometimes mainstream celebrities take comments way more seriously than the person issuing them. A part of being famous means people will write and talk about you. At the end of the day it's free speech and free press (provided it's not defamation or a threat).  

Bieber also briefly addressed claims he is having a meltdown by stating, "I'm very much in control." However, many people, including some of his fans, are concerned about him regarding the legal and social trouble in his life, keeping his name in the headlines via controversy.

A month ago on Twitter, I wrote of a tip I received stating, Pattie Mallette, the mother of singer Justin Bieber is, "Not taking it well watching what's happening to her boy" regarding the controversy that now surrounds him. One week later, Bieber posted a statement to Instagram stating his family couldn't be prouder of him and all the rumors to the contrary are untrue (Justin Bieber Calls Actress Lindsay Lohan A Broke Loser). It's the same article which details the item where I stated he is in danger of becoming Lindsay Lohan, then a week later he slammed the troubled actress and stated he is not like her.

However, this week when asked about Bieber, via her words and expressions, his mom Pattie revealed she is clearly worried about what's going on regarding him. Bieber's mom stated, "I really don't know what to say. I think moms always worry about their children. The roles have changed now that he's 19. Of course I have talks with him, of course I have conversations with him about all that stuff. I wouldn't say [I'm more hands-off]...it's just different."

Since the time I wrote the initial tweet and article, Bieber has been placed under formal criminal investigation in California for an incident that transpired in his neighborhood, regarding him spitting on and threatening to kill his neighbor. Things have been spiraling out of control in Bieber's camp but instead of helping him via therapy and rehab, his minders are shutting out his family and working him to death. You can't claim to care about someone and do that.

Troubled rapper and drug addict, Lil Wayne, was hospitalized yesterday in Los Angeles, California, after overdosing on the street concoction known as sizzurp (codeine based). Wayne began convulsing via seizures and was rushed to Cedars Sinai Hospital and placed in a coma to relieve the irregular electrical activity in his brain. TMZ reported Wayne was in critical condition and comatose as he was having seizures non-stop.

However, some of the members of Wayne's music collective Young Money, who followed me on Twitter, are angry at TMZ's claims. Why? Anyone who has back-to-back tonic-clonic seizures that refuses to desist is in danger of death. Furthermore, with the number of high profile friends who visited him at the hospital, one would think he is on death's door.

Wayne has had seizures before due to drug addiction and his dependence on illegal narcotics, but this recent incident was the worst. What you guys need to be telling him is to take anti-seizure medication everyday and stop taking sizzurp, cocaine and getting drunk (bad interaction between the aforementioned chemicals all around). Trying to pretty it up for the public at the expense of his health is not a good idea.

Medical science has made pharmaceutical drugs available to Wayne to help him with his situation. It's now up to Wayne to care about himself enough to follow through. Leave the illegal drugs alone. Wayne's got too many yes people on his staff telling him everything he does is right, even if it kills him and it could have yesterday via a grand mal seizure.

The Oscar Pistorius criminal case, regarding the shooting death of the double amputee Olympian and Paralympian's girlfriend, model and law graduate, Reeva Steenkamp, has taken some very serious and sad turns, as leaks in the press reveal explosive claims. Last week, on February 16, 2013, in the article "Oscar Pistorius Cries In Court As Charges For Killing His Girlfriend Changed To Premeditated Murder (Video)" the Judiciary Report stated, "The police have labeled it 'premeditated murder' due to something they have in their evidence files leading them to believe it is so."

It appears the smoking gun in their evidence files has arrived, as the following day it was stated in the press, a cricket bat with blood on it was found at the crime scene, the track star's mansion in Pretoria, South Africa and the victim, Steenkamp, was found with a crushed skull and four gunshot wounds (to the head, hip, hand and chest). It is going to be very difficult to explain a crushed skull in a court of law.

In a previous interview, prior to the shooting, Pistorius stated he keeps a cricket bat behind his bedroom door, an AK-47 machine gun by the window and a pistol by his bed, in crime plagued South Africa, where the rich have experienced a higher than usual amount of home invasion robberies.

What also complicates this tragic case is an allegation in the press today that late night texts and tweets between Skeenkamp and  ex-boyfriend, South Africa rugby player, Francios Hougaard, enraged Pistorius. Some are attempting to label her death a crime of passion on Valentine's Day. Steenkamp's iPad is being held as evidence regarding the claim.

To any man, especially a disabled man, often discriminated against by society, due to closed minded people, who would make a person with said medical condition feel like less of a man, being cheated on is devastating. However, one must always control one's response to such situations, keeping things in perspective and knowing you are just as good as anyone else.

The trouble does not end there for Pistorius, as it is also being reported the sprinter's home contained steroids and police ordered be tested for its use. If this is in fact the case and these allegations of cheating prove true, Pistorius could be stripped of the medals he has won in competition. 

Another report exists that excessive amounts of alcohol were found in Pistorius' home - a property police repeatedly were called to during "domestic violence" incidents. Three people have come forward in two separate allegations, stating Pistorius was drunk and threatened them. In a case involving two women at a Kings of Leon concert, they stated he was drunk, verbally abusive, called them lesbians and pushed them.

Crime scene inside Pistorius' Pretoria mansion in South Africa

In another incident, a friend of Pistorius' ex-girlfriend stated the athlete threatened to break his legs, believing something was going on between the two of them. He stated he was called to a meeting with police "colonels" where Pistorius showed up with a black eye, from getting into a fight with a friend the night before.

If all of the aforementioned points are entered into court record, Pistorius will be in serious legal trouble and could lose his freedom. The picture it paints is one of an angry athlete, using steroids, getting drunk, having violent confrontations with female members of the public and harboring suspicions of girlfriends cheating on him. The irony is, prior to Steenkamp's death, Pistorius was repeatedly referred to in the press as a womanizer.

Some On Social Networking Are Angry That Cop Killer Christopher Dorner Was Burned To Death

Christopher Dorner's confrontation with his former co-workers, the Los Angeles Police Department in California was an incendiary one. Not only did the cop killer murder another police officer as the authorities tried to apprehend the disgruntled former cop and Navy reservist, he barricaded himself in a cabin in Big Bear and engaged in a full on shoot out with police, leading to the home going up in flames during the conflict.

Many are relieved his murder spree has been stopped. However, some on social networking sites are angry at the manner in which is was done. Dorner burned to death, with his charred remains being pulled from the home that had burned to the ground, under a blitzkrieg from the LAPD. In essence, people are saying he was burned to death by the police.
