Blogs and feedback posters are stating Jay-Z's wife Beyonce needs to be careful, as the two look a little too friendly and he is known for having sex with the women he works with (Foxy Brown, Blu Cantrell who he named his daughter after, Tierra Mari, Amil, Rihanna, Rita Ora).

Just when I thought this day couldn't get any better. The uncle of singer, Beyonce Knowles, spilled some of her secrets to the press, especially an unflattering one about her husband, rapper, Jay-Z. Beyonce's mother's brother, Larry Beyince let the cat out of the bag and the truth like Jay-Z is not pretty.

Beyonce's uncle stated regarding the singer and husband Jay-Z, "He was after her and she wasn’t. She told me she wasn’t too particularly fond of him. "I would see him with her and pictures of them, I heard rumors they were together and she told me ‘no.’ You know how women get that look like ‘eww.’ I guess she wasn’t attracted to him. "But as long as he treats her well and makes her happy, that’s all I ever wanted. He’s okay with me."

A man doesn't have to be gorgeous for a woman to fall in love with him (being nice goes a very long way). However, when a man is not considered hot and is also mean, thieving and treacherous on top of it, as many of Jay-Z's former associates, business partners and employers have stated about him on record, that's a complete no go. 

Beyonce married Jay-Z due to all the career promises he made her when he started managing her solo career. Her soulmate was a man named Lyndall, who lives in Texas. However, it was stated her family broke up the relationship believing he wasn't going anywhere in life and they wanted her to be famous. He went on to become a chef, which is a good profession. While she is stuck in a marriage to an unfaithful, controlling, spendthrift (spending her money might I add) who many have referred to as abusive and violent.

Family and friends really shouldn't interfere in people's love lives. Giving advice must always have boundaries, lest you mess up someone else's life in the long run, pushing them to or away from someone. People know who they are in love with, but when other people start giving them advice on who they should or should not love, they can inadvertently send them down a path God never intended, riddled with trouble and heartbreak.

Billboard Magazine Outs Singer Beyonce For Repeatedly Stealing Copyrighted Music, Images And Videos

Beyonce stealing from European pop singer Kerli brought on the latest scandal about her unlawful stealing of other artists' protected works

Thieving Sony Music singer, Beyonce, has been slammed and exposed by the music industry's top magazine, Billboard, for stealing other artists copyrighted music, videos and images, in a subtle op-ed piece. Beyonce is known and mocked all over the internet for being a thief, who insists on stealing from others in failed attempts at unlawfully making herself look like an artist who does it all.

Copyright infringement is a crime under U.S. and U.N. laws. Stop for a moment and think about that. When you steal copyrighted works, you are a criminal under domestic and international law (not to mention a fraud and a phony). When you steal someone's copyrights, it is the equivalent of stealing a mansion or luxury car, due to the value of intellectual property.

Shamefully, this happens often in the music industry, especially regarding certain mainstream artists in Hollywood cults such as Kabbalah, who call themselves the Illuminati. Leaked documents have shown, when they see or hear something they like, they simply take it, in criminal violation of the law, as copyright infringement is a federal crime. To applaud Beyonce or any other artist engaging in this felony, is the equivalent of praising a bank robber, burglar or ponzi schemer like Bernard Madoff.

The FBI, under Robert S. Mueller, has failed in their congressional mandate in this regard, operating under the corrupt premise stars are allowed to break the law, which is disgraceful and an embarrassment. These thefts are damaging America's bottom line, as these stolen copyrights are executed incorrectly and devalued in the process, bringing in lower revenues and tax dollars.

Having been a victim of copyright infringement at Beyonce and Jay-Z's hands (see items listed below), the Judiciary Report has covered Beyonce's many thefts in past articles, which were subsequently read by millions online. A noticeable and significant sales decline began for both aforementioned artists shortly after, as no one in good conscience could support such thievery, dishonesty and fraud.

Op-Ed: When Beyonce's Inspiration Turns Into Imitation

May 01, 2013 11:48 AM EDT - They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but what if the person imitating is a polarizing icon that should be doing otherwise -- someone like Beyoncé? On Monday (April 29), pop singer Kerli posted a side-by-side photo on her Facebook page of her and Beyoncé donning the same Amato Haute Couture dress. The photo of Beyoncé comes from the pages of her 2013 "Mrs. Carter Show" tour book.

Except, it's not just the Furne One designed dress -- which also Nicki Minaj wore in her "Va Va Voom" video -- that's similar in the photo. Both singers can be seen painted in white, from head to toe, and stylistically posed as sculptures. No one owns a look, image, dance move (after all, how many artists have pulled out signature Michael Jackson moves?), or in this case, an experimental costume. They're not copyrighted property, but filed as intellectual property.

Any artist, including Beyoncé, can wear whatever another artist wore, but that multiplicity gets suspicious and easily pegged as stealing. And understandably so, when it's not only the look of the artist that is being traced, but his or her entire idea.

Beyoncé first caught flak for working up a dance similar to Josephine's Baker's iconic banana dance in her "Deja Vu" video, then was seen sporting a skirt with dangling bananas when performing the "B'Day" track. But let's be honest: that wasn't that serious, at least not at that point in her 20-year plus career. She later borrowed from Bob Fosse's routine, "Mexican Breakfast," in the video for her girls anthem, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)." There are also references to "Rich Man's Frug" scene (of Bob Fosse's "Sweet Charity") in Bey's "Get Me Bodied" video.

There's a difference between inspiration and imitation. "Countdown" is a good example of Beyoncé doing both in one piece of work. She references Audrey Hepburn's "Funny Face" dancing and both Hepburn and Peggy Moffitt's late 50's/early 60's fashion, then elaborates with color schemes and pairs the choreography perfectly with the pace of the soundscapes. She also samples Boyz II Men's countdown from their song, "Uhh Ahh."

As the video continues, we see Bey' using the same choreography, cinematography and costumes that Belgian choreographer and dancer, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, used in "Rosas Danst Rosas." It's one thing to be inspired by someone else's work and revamp with one's personal style, but it's another to duplicate exact movements, which is ultimately violating the artist's intellectual property. Context matters.

Before the debut of "Countdown," Beyonce was criticized for nearly replicating Italian singer Lorella Cuccarini's live performance with her performance of "Run the World (Girls)" at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards. She later stated that she had hired the same choreographers that had worked on Cucarini's performance, but it's still puzzling as to why she didn't work with them to create a groundbreaking concept of her own.

The choreography, seen in the performance and the song's accompanying music video, comes from Mozambigue dance troupe Tofo Tofo. Instead of thanking them for the inspiration after the fact, as she's done with Cuccarini and Keersmaeker, Beyoncé brought them to the U.S. and hired them to dance alongside her in the "Run the World (Girls)" video.

The 2011 song, off her fourth studio album "4" swipes the beat from Major Lazer's 2009 "Pon De Floor." According to Diplo, one half of Major Lazer, the making of "Run the World (Girls)" started out as a "joke" (whatever that means).

Beyoncé's "1 + 1" video features scenes similar to the unfinished French film, "Le'Enfer," while her "Love On Top" video has dancing scenes much the same as those in New Edition's "If It Isn't Love" video...

Thieving Sony singer, Beyonce, has been stealing from other artists again, in a nasty habit that has made her the recipient of a number of copyright infringement lawsuits. Her career has solely been based on copyright theft, which is a federal and international crime.

This time Beyonce stole in great detail, the preexisting video performance of European pop artist, Lorella Cuccarini, for her appearance on the Billboard Music Awards show last week. She's being slammed all over the internet for it.

Beyonce performed the infringing song "Run The World Girls" which has flopped on the charts and paired it with a scene by scene rip-off of Cuccarini's performance from last year that was televised in Europe.

Internet users are slamming Beyonce for this unoriginality. This week Beyonce also premiered a new song entitled "1+1" which is already being panned by people online. Ironically, Beyonce's "1+1" is a dead rip off of the 1960's song "Wonderful World" by my dad's favorite singer, Sam Cooke, who he plays often on his radio show.

U.S. President Barack Obama attended the White House Correspondents Dinner this past weekend, making jokes and taking jabs at people, who have offended or upset him. On the list was Rush Limbaugh and rapper Jay-Z, who doesn't know how to keep his big mouth shut.

Obama clowned Jay-Z, mimicking his own lyrics from the 2004 song "99 Problems" in stating, "Some things are beyond my control. For example, this whole controversy about Jay-Z going to Cuba - it's unbelievable. I've got 99 problems and now Jay-Z is one." Ironically, Jay-Z ridiculous lyric states "I got 99 problems but a bit*h ain't one." Is Obama subliminally calling Jay-Z a "bit*h." More like a snitch, as he threw the president under the bus. As written on the site previously, Hollywood "illuminati" member, Jay-Z, penned an ill-advised, ignorant song entitled "Open Letter" about national criticism he received for going to Cuba for his 5th Anniversary, with dimwitted wife, singer, Beyonce Knowles.

I love Cubans, especially Cuban Americans I've grown up with, who have been good to me. So for the life of me I can't fathom why Jay-Z opted to go to Cuba and offend his fellow citizens, rather than wait for a time when democracy reaches the island nation's shores (and I do believe it can happen, as progress is being made).

But Jay-Z and Beyonce took the trip to show they could and when a backlash ensued in America, rather than be adults and own up to it, they tried to pin the blame for everything on Obama, the President of the United States (of all people) stating he gave them "White House clearance."

Obama said at the dinner he is taking a page out of his wife's book to distract from negative press, by getting a new hairstyle (not a good look LOL)

Then to top up the scandal, Jay-Z tried to drag the Office of the Presidency down to his level by stating in the song, Obama told him to "chill" or his behavior is going to get him "impeached." Yes, Jay-Z mentioned the words "Obama" and "impeached" in the same sentence. With friends like these, who needs enemies. For years Jay-Z has possessed an exaggerated sense of importance (keyword being "possessed" - blasted devil worshipper).

I warned two years ago in this column, when photos were released of Jay-Z sitting in the President's chair at the White House, that it was not a good idea and trouble would come from it. Well, there you go. Sorry, but the President broke Jay-Z bad and this is apart of the end result of embracing an egotistical braggart with no discretion.

Jay-Z has no sense of decorum, humility or understanding of protocol and to allow a man with such serious character flaws into your circle was a serious risk and liability (as I have stated all along). Lord only knows what else Jay-Z has seen and heard being around Obama that will come flying out of his indiscreet mouth one day for another round of embarrassment.

Screeching singer Beyonce was slapped up like she stole something and had her weave pulled during a concert in Serbia, while walking in the audience. However, Beyonce is probably used to it from Jay-Z (yea, I said it). The video hit the internet with many comedic comments from the public following it. Bloggers, who are kind, loving, sensitive people, have been cracking up and clowning her over it as well.

Some folks try to emulate the lavish lifestyle of rappers, not realizing many of them are faking it. Years ago rap group the Roots had a music video humorously revealing the fact, most of what rappers flaunt is often rented. Many rappers are pretenders. A recent hacking of financial data revealed both Jay-Z and Diddy, two of the most famous rappers in the industry, have debt problems and items in collections.

However, their public image is that of bragging about their mansions, cars, clothes and jewelry. They are seen partying and sipping expensive champagne that some of them couldn't even pronounce correctly (see: Jay-Z). They insert themselves in political and business circles way above their stations in life, with no sense of decorum or humility regarding their actions (see: Jay-Z).

Jay-Z is a crook and ignoramus stealing people's copyrights and business plans, he does not understand and promptly runs into the ground, while pretending to be an entrepreneur (another word he pronounced incorrectly while bragging about his alleged business accomplishments that are without merit).

Due to his bewildering, inexplicable ties to the President of the United States, Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce, a woman who has been sued repeatedly for copyright infringement, theft, fraud and bad business dealings, believe they can do anything, even if it is illegal. So much so, the couple recently embarrassed President Obama and placed his job in jeopardy, regarding a trip to Cuba they tried to blame him for when the brown stuff hit the fan.

Everything Jay-Z touches turns to garbage. The ex-drug dealer, who still brags about selling drugs, stole business plans for restaurants, a hotel, a management company and a sports company, with all of said ventures hitting the wall shortly after being launched. His so-called hotel failed before the doors even opened. His restaurant in Vegas was involuntarily shuttered. His sports bar in New York was sued by employees he treated like slaves, refusing to pay them and was temporarily shuttered by the health department for gross code violations regarding the food.

His former record label Rockafella, which he started with drug money, was closed - this after Jay-Z fraudulently inflated the value thereof, only for the public to find out the company and accompanying clothing line were worth very little. His stake in the New Jersey Nets (Brooklyn Nets) was very minor and severely diluted, though he went around like the emperor with no clothes in claiming he owned the team. His stake therein was valued at $350,000 - peanuts, especially in comparison to the real owner's share of stock in the multi-million dollar team Jay-Z has been pushed out of. He didn't even own 1% of the team. At the end of the day that's not an owner - simply an investor. That's like buying a few shares in Apple then going around telling everyone you own the company. Delusions of grandeur.

 

Diddy

At least Diddy went to university for a time and has some understanding of business. His clothing line Sean John was professionally done and maintained a level of quality worthy of a global brand. His label Badboy did sell a lot of records for a time (however, the music was very negative and profane). But Diddy spends too much money and parties to extremes, which would destroy just about anyone's finances. The hack revealed Diddy is millions in debt and had a big foreclosure on one of his properties.

Years ago a friend of mine who is a songwriter, was given Diddy's number and told to give it to me, regarding my songs (I have a copyrighted catalog of over 15,000 songs that I began authoring when I was a kid, as I come from a family of accomplished published writers, playwrights and journalists). My dad, one of Jamaica's top radio disc jockeys and musicologists, whose radio show is broadcast to millions around the world every month, didn't want me to get mixed up with Diddy. I wasn't too keen on the idea either, so I didn't call when my friend gave me his number. I'm not into that wild life Badboy is known for.

Just the other day, I saw one of the mothers of Diddy's kids Kim Porter at a restaurant in passing. Diddy pays her (and others) large sums of money in child support, maintaining very lavish lifestyles for the women he impregnates (and it's helping to bankrupt him).

God never intended for Diddy (or anyone else for that matter) to have all these "baby mothers" necessitating one maintaining so many households. He should have been married and kept it all in one place. However, a number of entertainers and athletes are going bankrupt due to promiscuity and the financial consequences thereof.

At the end of the day, be careful who your role models are. The entertainment industry is often smoke and mirrors. Many like to project an image of wealth and success, but a number of people are nowhere near as rich as they claim and rely on illegal means such as copyright infringement, ponzi schemes, financial theft and drug dealing for ill-gotten gains. However, the FBI allows this criminality, facilitating what is essentially a mafia and monopoly.

In closing, be happy with your life and earn an honest living. Stop trying to be like certain people on TV, who aren't worthy of your respect and admiration.

So much so, President Obama slammed Jay-Z and Beyonce in an interview with the Today Show, regarding the couple's trip to Cuba they tried to pin on him when Cuban Americans became outraged at the violation of the embargo.

Jay-Z had stated in the silly song "Open Letter" that Obama and the White House gave him and Beyonce clearance to go to Cuba violating the embargo, then the president told him to chill lest he get him "impeached" from office via the trip.

However, during the interview, when the president was questioned about his involvement in their trip, Obama told the Today Show, "My understanding is I think they went through a group that organizes these educational trips down to Cuba. You know, this is not something the White House was involved with. We've got better things to do."

Yea, that was a diss. Ignoramus Jay-Z lacks discretion and that's something people in political circles dislike. He and Beyonce really believe their hype and think what they do is the most important thing in the world. They are not on the level of a head of state. Are they insane. Fame is a terrible drug and a great deceiver of those who possess it.

A number of blogs with feedback comments reveal black people are angry with rapper Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce Knowles for bringing scandal on U.S. President Barack Obama, via their trip to Cuba, violating the embargo. Jay-Z and Knowles are being labeled self-centered, egotistical people, who believe their own hype and think they are above the law.

The odd thing is if Jay-Z hadn’t written the unwise, inarticulate song "Open Letter" stating the U.S. President and White House gave him "clearance" to go to "Cuba" with Obama allegedly telling him to "Chill, you’re going to get me impeached" it would not have mushroomed into a scandal.

Once the song was released days ago, public reaction was largely negative, forcing Obama to respond via his rep Jay Carney, denying Jay-Z's over the top claims and brags. Many have written Jay-Z’s conduct in stating such things regarding Obama was disrespectful and selfish. It lacked decorum and class. 

Not to mention, rappers like Jay-Z love to brag in lyrics and interviews about not snitching. If the president did indeed tell big mouth Jay-Z the things stated in the song (which the president denies, by the way) that would mean he snitched on Obama to justify breaking U.S. law, implicating the Commander-in-Chief.

1. President Obama knew about these two b**ches taking the trip to Cuba. The President need to set these two b***hes straight, Jayz thinks he's above everything even the WH. We finally get into the WH, and all it takes is a ex drug dealer and a p**sy dancer to f*** it up.

2. The fact that the White House even has to address this sh*t is ridiculous!!! You can't believe sh*t that comes out of a rapper's mouth. I bet Jay ass proud that he got the Press Secretary and members of the media quoting his sh*t. Stop giving ni**as shine and they'll eventually fade away.

3. Seems like because Jay-Z has rubbed a few elbows with Barack and Michelle via presidential campaigns and few upscale dinners, he feels as though he can address the president in an unprofessional manner. I fault the president for this. He allowed himself to be too accessible to the Carters.

4. Yada yada yada. Anywho, I see you Ms. Tina looking with your usual wicked witch of the west getup. And Jay-Z's mom got a 10-head showing walking behind him. That's all I got.

5. Jay Z is the reason I did NOT vote for Obama to have a second term. He worked too hard to get caught up in such ignorant bulls**it. Jay Z may be rich but he is nothing more than black trash. Encouraging black youth to engage in dealing drugs, being violent against one another, and even satanism. Young black men AND girls have ruined their lives trying to live up to this coon all while he laughs to the bank. Thats what all these rappers do and I have ZERO respect for the president all because he fucks with coon a*s Jay Z.

6. Truthful lips will be established forever, But a lying tongue is only for a moment...Jay-z this is for you. My mother always say, be careful of what comes out of your mouth, it maybe your tongue you're stepping on.

7. The two elementary school grads think they are on the level with the president, this is shameful. Michelle meanwhile acting like Beyonce's cheerleader. I think their relationship is highly inappropriate. They only went to Cuba for three reasons to show they can do whatever they want, to gain publicity and to rock the boat.

8.  I'd have to agree that this is the president's fault. From his inauguration he and first lady Michelle have put Shawn and Beyonce on a pedestal. Not surprised at all that they are enjoying fringe benefits and an uppity sense of entitlement.

The Cuban American community is angry with singer Beyonce Knowles and her husband, rapper, Jay-Z, over a visit they made to Cuba last week to celebrate their anniversary. Members of Congress are stating the couple broke the Cuban embargo in conduct worthy of jail.

Americans are not allowed to travel to Cuba for vacation purposes. The couple also did not obtain any kind of permit from the U.S. State Department before their trip, putting them in clear violation of the law. Cuban-Americans are vowing to boycott and protest the couple.

The two have received a significant amount of bad publicity this year, regarding several high profile fiascoes, such as Beyonce lip-syncing at President Obama's inauguration, her performance at the Super Bowl blowing out the electricity to the stadium, her song "Bow Down" being widely slammed and criticized and their hacked credit reports leaking revealing Jay-Z is heavily in debt and delinquent on bills.

R&B singer Brandy has gone on record to state she dislikes Beyonce's new offensive song "Bow Down." Brandy defended Beyonce's right to free speech and expression. However, Brandy says she did not like the song at all, which orders other female singers Beyonce calls "bit**es" to "Bow Down."

Brandy stated to the press, "I think art is freedom. You should be able to express yourself the way you choose to express yourself. Of course people are gonna have their own opinion, but opinion is opinion. I don’t love the song. But I love Beyoncé. I just have to be honest."  Previously Keyshia Cole slammed the song as well, as did Britain's top radio station Radio 1, asking on air if the track was "a joke."

At the end of the day, only a handful of people like the song "Bow Down" and those are Beyonce's diehard fans known as "stans" who are dwindling in number. Her career is not what it used to be and it has made her very desperate and so much so she is resorting to degrading tactics for publicity and sales, but it has failed.

First Lady Michelle Obama has referred to copyright thief and "Illuminati" member Beyonce as a role model for her young daughters, but she may want to rethink that, as I'm sure the public do not want the first kids following the example of stealing, promoting the occult or running around the White House singing the lyrics "Bow down bit**es" and "gold a*s rings, gold a*s fangs." The song "Bow Down" is an embarrassment and one of the most ignorant songs ever released. Beyonce is showing her true colors as the masks slips and what's underneath is not pretty.
