Chris Stokes And Marques Houston Are Harassing Me (Emails)

Chris Stokes

As many of you know, music producer Chris Stokes and one of his main artists, singer/actor Marques Houston of Immature/IMX have been the subject of child molestation allegations for the past few years. The allegations were made by former B2K band member, Raz B and singer Quindon Tarver.

When the alleged (*rolls eyes*) booty raiding tag team duo of Stokes and Houston, were accused of this misconduct against children, the Judiciary Report and many other socially conscious sites online did not keep quiet. Apparently, in Stokes and Houston's eyes, we should have shut up.

A year ago, while I was in London, trying to enjoy my delicious Marks & Spencer cheese and onion sandwiches, Sainsburys fresh fruit salads and Tesco horsemeat in peace (I still love you Tesco) here comes this email from a legal representative stating he is acting on behalf of Chris Stokes. He stated the contents of the Judiciary Report articles on Stokes were defamatory - a first for the site - and he wanted them removed or he will file a lawsuit (a legal case doesn‘t scare me, as I haven‘t done anything wrong).

In the 12 years I’ve been writing articles online, no one has ever accused me of defamation and or asked that an article that is alleged to be defamatory be removed. I don’t do take down requests and I am careful with people‘s reputations. If I wrote something it is with reason.

I responded to the email from Stokes’ rep with a strongly worded missive, indicating I will not remove the items in question from the site, as Stokes needs to address it from the source of the allegations - his former artists alleging he molested them as children.

Raz-B

A whole year passed and nothing from Stokes and company. Then, in May 2013 (last month) I did a follow up on the BBC pedophilia scandal the Judiciary Report broke first in 2009, alleging there are pedophiles at the BBC mixed in with law abiding people at the network (Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal).

Within a few days, Stokes, who clearly got jumpy, had a lawyer send me a new email with basically the same contents, but this time adding Marques Houston’s name, alleging the articles I authored, based on Raz-B and Quindon Tarver’s allegations of molestation, are defamatory and they will sue if they are not removed. Once again, I responded in writing, stating they will not be removed, as Stokes has not disproved the allegations and under established case law, websites and blogs are allowed to re-report items from other published stories.

I did not originate the story/allegations, Raz-B and Tarver did and I have to be frank, at this point in time, I still do not believe Stokes or Houston. I informed them if they wish to sue, they are free to do so. Child molestation allegations are serious. It’s not something to be swept under the rug. It should be investigated by the federal government, who has legal jurisdiction in such matters.

After I read and responded to the aforementioned email, I did a brief Google search and it turns out, Stokes is also targeting rapper/reality star Ray-J, IP617FM.COM also known as IP617RadioTV and the Straight From The A blog. So many websites and blogs carried the same story with the same general response and are not being sued. Even acclaimed Vibe magazine carried the story, with Tarver's account of what transpired. However, the Vibe magazine went out of business due to revenue problems, with the article remaining online to this day, but there’s no money for Stokes to get from them.

Quindon Tarver

Based on published reports of a lawsuit against him, it’s obvious Stokes is having money problems and is looking for some quick cash to finance his next film "Captivity." He’s been going around Hollywood trying to raise money and it’s not going well. Stokes was recently sued for borrowing $10,000 from a woman for his kiddie film "Battlefield America" and never repaid her in one month as promised (as reported by TMZ). In fact, he never repaid her at all. The movie flopped.

I am not helping Stokes finance one of his wack movies, via a potential lawsuit against me that is without merit and flying in the face of established case law. Stokes is not the first accused pedophile that contacted the Judiciary Report requesting an item be removed, after being written about in an article on the site that re-reported allegations from another published piece.

I didn’t remove an article for anyone else, why would I do that for Stokes, someone I have serious doubts about. Society loathes crimes against children. His former artists allegations necessitates a federal inquiry, especially considering the fact Stokes keeps working with young boys ("Battlefield America" is full of little boys).

Here is a copy of the most recent email exchange, where I responded to Stoke's lawyer a few days ago:

Here’s the email Stokes lawyer sent last month:

Lawyer Slammed In BBC Jimmy Savile Sex Scandal For Demanding Age Of Sexual Consent Be Lowered

BBC presenter Stuart Hall has admitted molesting underage girls

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 90 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters]

This is a follow up to a scandal the Judiciary Report broke first regarding problems with pedophilia at the BBC (May 2, 2013 article "Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted WithArrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal" May 5, 2013 article Another Pedophile AtThe BBC Arrested Admits Sex Crimes Against Children and October 7, 2009 article Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors).

A few days ago, a barrister (lawyer) in Britain, Barbara Hewson, caused outrage in demanding the age of sexual consent be lowered in the nation from 16 to 13, to benefit pedophilic stars such as Stuart Hall, who has confessed to molesting underage girls as young as 9, in the Jimmy Savile scandal at the BBC.

The Judiciary Report thinks it is a terrible idea lowering the age of consent. Children need the opportunity to be allowed to be kids free of sexual molestation and sexual harassment. Teens need time to mature and develop sound judgment, so others do not take advantage of them.

It's amazing how some, not all men obsess over women's ages and youth, when they aren't getting any younger themselves (no one alive is and it should be self-explanatory, if you are living, you are aging). Certain men could have wrinkles, laugh lines and crow's feet, but decide they are the be all and end all of how women should look and behave, criticizing women for aging, when they themselves are not babies. What if all women thought that way regarding men and age (and sadly some women do). However, this obsession with youth leads some, not all people, to take things to sick extremes, breaking the law via child molestation.

Jimmy Savile

Some men in particular deceive themselves at times. Why should a very young, underage girl or boy have a man two, three, four or more times their age crawling all over them. Boys and girls should be free to be teenagers and experience innocent, age appropriate relationships with their peers. Same goes for certain adult women, who sexually prey on underage boys and there's been a rash of such cases in this regard, especially among teachers. Leave the kids alone. Let them have their youth in peace.

When I was 15-years-old in Miami, a Middle Eastern cab driver in his early thirties told my mom he wanted to buy me from her and he was completely serious. She tried to laugh it off in a nervous way and change the subject until we could walk away, but he was dead serious and kept asking. Neither of us were amused. I was angry and offended. I was more interested in the boys at school my own age and that's how most teenage girls think. No one should take that from them.

Don't get me wrong, some teenage girls are promiscuous, wanting to grow up too fast, getting into relationships with men two or more times their ages, but it is often not sincere and undertaken for money or bragging rights to say they dated an older man. The older and wiser they become, the more they end up feeling used. Hence, the age of consent should not be lowered.

The entertainment industry worldwide has a problem with pedophilia and it needs to stop. World governments need to redouble their efforts in regard to protecting children from people who seek to take advantage of them sexually. There needs to be sting operations and raids of entertainment companies  who have in their employ, people engaging in said sexual criminal misconduct against children. Being in the entertainment industry on radio, TV and the internet is a privilege and not one that should be abused to take advantage of underage children.

Stop persecuting ageing celebrities and lower age of consent: UK barrister Barbara Hewson

May 09, 2013 8:40PM - BRITISH barrister Barbara Hewson wants the age of consent to be lowered to 13 in Britain in a bid to end the "persecution of old men" like disgraced former BBC presenter Stuart Hall. But the legal chambers where she works says it is shocked by her comments and disassociated itself from her views.

In an article for online publication Spiked, Hewson, a barrister at Hardwicke chambers in London, who specialises in reproductive rights, called for the end of anonymity for complainants. And the human rights lawyer labelled crimes committed by Hall, who recently admitted indecently assaulting 13 girls, the youngest aged just nine, as "low-level misdemeanours".

In a statement, Hardwicke said: "We are shocked by the views expressed in Barbara Hewson's article in Spiked. "We did not see or approve the article pre-publication and we completely dissociate ourselves from its content and any related views she may have expressed via social media or any other media outlets."

Her comments come as Scotland Yard continues Operation Yewtree, an investigation split into three inquiries into allegations involving deceased presenter Jimmy Savile, claims involving Savile and others, and those involving just others. A number of high-profile figures have been arrested under Yewtree such as entertainer Rolf Harris, former pop star Gary Glitter, DJ Dave Lee Travis, comedian Jim Davidson and PR guru Max Clifford...

Abducted Cleveland Trio Suffered Repeated Rapes And Miscarriages From Severe Beatings By Pedophile (Video)

Three Cleveland, Ohio girls, Amanda Berry, Georgina "Gina" DeJesus, and Michelle Knight, who were missing for almost a decade, were finally found after one was able to signal for help. The abductions occurred when they were between the ages of 14 and 21.

The trio was abducted by Ariel Castro, who kept them in a basement, bound by rope. They were subsequently raped and repeatedly impregnated. Due to severe beatings, many miscarriages occurred (Knight was beaten so badly she suffered hearing loss). Only one pregnancy was brought to full term, with Berry having given birth to a daughter, who is now six-years of age.

The trio was freed after a neighbor, Charles Ramsey and Angel Cordero, heard Berry’s cries for help. They kicked a hole in the bottom of the door and rescued Berry. Police were called and they searched the house and freed the other two abducted women, DeJesus and Knight.

Castro was arrested on May 6, 2013 and charged with kidnapping and rape, among other serious charges. His rap sheet has a number of violations from domestic violence to traffic infractions.

My heart goes out to them. Their ordeal was horrific. I hope in time they will be able to heal and find peace and happiness in life.

Another Pedophile At The BBC Arrested Admits Sex Crimes Against Children

BBC presenter Stuart Hall has admitted to molesting underage girls

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 90 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters]

This is a follow up to the article May 2. 2013 Judiciary Report Article "Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal" regarding Jimmy Savile, Rolf Harris and Max Clifford.

BBC television show host Stuart Hall was also arrested and charged with sex crimes against kids, regarding sexually molesting 20 underage girls as young as 9-years of age. Initially, Hall denied the allegations, claiming innocent and outrage, but shortly after admitted he did indeed commit serious sex crimes against children.

In the course of going over the phone hacking case, which I broke first online, thanks to Madonna’s highly questionable behavior, I discovered there are a few pedophiles ensconced at the BBC (Britain), Warner Bros (the BBC's partner and the label and film studio Madonna is affiliated with), Disney and Sony (Hollywood).

On May 5. 2013, the head of the BBC acknowledged the burden and legal liability the case has created on the British taxpayers, due to the criminal misconduct of the pedophiles in the case and select staff who covered up their crimes (see article excerpt below). In the May 2. 2013 Judiciary Report Article "Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal" the site discussed how unfair their conduct is to the British taxpayers.

BBC Execs Controlling The Lives Of Stars And Other Employees

An external news article entitled "Review prompted by Savile scandal reveals 'strong undercurrent of fear' at BBC" has confirmed what I have witnessed firsthand regarding a few select employees of the BBC, who are utilizing Hollywood type tactics in threatening people into silence.

A few, not all, executives at the BBC are controlling the lives of stars and office employees of the network. This is unethical, as the network is a public trust funded by the British taxpayers. The British government has graciously and generously given the BBC enormous sums of money and not for a few executives at the network to do this. Said executives attempt to regulate what said stars do, say and write on social networking, also where they go and with whom.

It is a human rights violation, particularly regarding free speech and working in an environment free of fear, harassment and retaliation. When you start bullying folks, demanding they not speak to or communicate with certain people in any fashion or lose their jobs, you’ve broken the law.

To have a policy of, if you talk to or consort with so-and-so including the police you will be fired, is crossing the line. Once again, the BBC belongs to the taxpayers; it’s not your privately held network. Stop acting like it is. You didn’t put a dime into creating it, nor have you pumped billions of dollars into its upkeep over the years. The British taxpayers did. What’s equally astonishing is a handful of people are tarnishing a storied network’s legacy. It really is not fair, as the BBC has done some great work that is now being overshadowed by scandal.

Two employees in particular at the BBC are promoting an air of fear, hostility and harassment. They should think twice about their conduct, as not only is it unethical, it is without justification or legal basis. Furthermore, have you no thought for the employees of the BBC, stars included, whom you affect with your bullying, as it is producing undesirable side effects in their lives such as depression, distress and stress.

What does that have to do with entertainment? What if your bullying and interference in the lives of BBC employees leads to someone at the network committing suicide, breaking under the distress and peer pressure. Then what (by the way, please, no one do that, as suicide is not the answer to your problems and depression).

To the two aforementioned employees: keep it up and your names may end up in the public domain in a very unflattering light. And no, no one at the network snitched to me, regarding what you’ve been doing. You’ve sufficiently managed to bully them into silence. I found out through credible outside sources.

So, the next time you consent to opening your mouth to bully someone at the network or mention my name to anyone at the BBC or in the industry with any bull attached to it, I want you to remember the scandals I’ve broken on the internet and how I will have absolutely no hesitation in breaking your corrupt secrets online for millions of people to read (and it will never come off the internet).

Let me hear back from someone again that you have repeated the aforementioned misconduct and I will not even blink in giving you the Rupert Murdoch treatment that has caused him a world of legal problems, embarrassment and disgrace. The fact of the matter is I meant no one any harm at the BBC, being a fan of the network, but you've greatly offended me regarding your conduct with Madonna (Aisha v. FBI [Freedon Of Information Act case]) and her Kabbalah cohorts at the BBC, Russell Davies (another sick perv who has behaved inappropriately towards minors) and Steven Moffat, engaging in criminal copyright infringement, among other things.

If I were you (BBC) I'd back away from her, because an official is quietly looking into her unlawful conduct that she has roped you into and there exists a clear digital paper trail incriminating you and others, due to her arrogance and overconfidence regarding corruption.

Veteran BBC football commentator Stuart Hall has admitted indecently assaulting 13 girls, the youngest aged nine.

PUBLISHED: 04:55 EST, 2 May 2013 | UPDATED: 06:35 EST, 2 May 2013 - Hall, 83, entered the guilty pleas last month at Preston Crown Court but they can only be revealed today after reporting restrictions were lifted. The sex offences took place between 1967 and 1986.

On BBC 5 Live he was a regular football commentator and summariser and provided colourful analysis of matches, often including literary references and allusions. Guilty: Stuart Hall arrives at Preston Crown Court today, with solicitor Maurice Watkins, where he has admitted historic sex allegations.

Despite previous vociferous public denials of any wrongdoing, Hall calmly and repeatedly answered 'guilty' when the charges were put to him at the hearing on April 16. Sat in front of the dock with his legal representatives, he confirmed his full name of James Stuart Hall to the clerk in the plea hearing. He then stood up as he uttered the single damning word which has now ruined his reputation.

The Recorder of Preston, Judge Anthony Russell QC, told him he would be required to sign the Sex Offenders Register. He was told a notice which he needed to fill in would be sent to his home in Cheshire within days. An additional charge of rape and three more of indecent assault will lie on file after prosecutors decided not to pursue them following the other guilty pleas. Nazir Afzal, chief crown prosecutor for the North West, described the broadcaster as an 'opportunistic predator'.

A brief outline of the abuse suffered by three of his victims, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was outlined at an earlier hearing at Preston Magistrates' Court. In the 1980s Hall molested a nine-year-old girl by putting his hand up her clothing. He also kissed a 13-year-old girl on the lips after he said to her: 'People need to show thanks in other ways.' On another occasion in the 1970s he fondled the breast of a girl aged 16 or 17...

Review prompted by Savile scandal reveals 'strong undercurrent of fear' at BBC

02 May 2013 - The BBC is to review its bullying and harassment policy and remove gagging clauses from future BBC contracts and compromise agreements. The news comes after an in-depth Respect at Work, commissioned in the wake of the Jimmy Savile sex abuse scandal, found "a strong undercurrent of fear" at the corporation.

Current BBC contracts can include "derogatory statement restrictions". New BBC director general Tony Hall, for instance, is barred from making "any derogatory or unfavourable public remark or statement" about the BBC during his time in office or within two years of his departure. BBC trust chairman Chris Patten revealed last week that this clause would be removed from Hall's contract. The review was prepared with the help of Dinah Rose QC and Change Associates.

Hall said: "Parts of this report do however make uncomfortable reading. We need to be honest about our shortcomings and single minded in addressing them. I want zero tolerance of bullying and a culture where people feel able to raise concerns and have the confidence that they will be dealt with appropriately.

"I also want people to be able to speak freely about their experiences of working at the BBC so that we can learn from them. The measures we are taking today, including the removal of so called ‘gagging clauses’, show our commitment to change. This agenda will be a priority for the senior management team going forward."...

BBC bosses 'knew all about Stuart Hall': Abuser 'had special room set aside to entertain lady friends at studios' as Corporation comes under pressure to hold second inquiry

PUBLISHED: 13:09 EST, 2 May 2013 | UPDATED: 08:23 EST, 3 May 2013 - BBC managers turned a blind eye to Stuart Hall’s regular practice of luring young girls into his dressing room, it was claimed last night. In an echo of the Jimmy Savile sex scandal, a former studio worker claimed Hall took a ‘string of girls’ into BBC Manchester, sometimes describing them as his ‘nieces’.

Gerry Clarke said: ‘Of course they [BBC managers] were aware of what was going on ... Stuart could do what Stuart could do.’ A former producer said Hall frequently took over a medical room at the BBC studios to entertain ‘lady friends’.

‘Stuart Hall pushed me up against a wall and tried to force himself on me': It's A Knockout cheerleader recounts horrific moment BBC veteran sexually assaulted her. One of the presenter’s victims, 16 at the time, revealed how she had been lured into his clutches after he invited her to BBC Manchester.

It also emerged yesterday that at least one of his offences had taken place on a day when he was filming It’s A Knockout for the BBC. Former colleague Linda McDougall said Hall had a reputation as a 'ladies man.' The similarities to the Savile scandal, where the Jim’ll Fix It presenter used his position at the corporation to groom and then abuse youngsters, are striking...

Today it's a TV host. Rock stars with 14-year-old groupies may be next. What we need to stop vile abusers like Hall is a hotline for whistleblowers, says Esther Rantzen

PUBLISHED: 19:45 EST, 4 May 2013 | UPDATED: 19:45 EST, 4 May 2013 - I am as sick of this as you are. Sick, revolted and angry. Once again the familiar grinning mask of a buffoon has been stripped away, to reveal the leering face of a monster.

Stuart Hall, of all people. Hall, aged 83, honoured (as Jimmy Savile was) for services to broadcasting and charity. Hall, who owed his career (as Savile did) to the BBC. And Hall, who used his fame (as Savile did) to get closer to the children he preyed upon.

I never knew Stuart Hall. The only moment in recent years I had even thought about him was when I heard that he had been arrested, and that he had roundly proclaimed his innocence, that the charges against him were ‘pernicious, callous, cruel and, above all spurious’ and that, as a result of them, he had suffered ‘a living nightmare’.

And when, in spite of all that righteous indignation, this week he pleaded guilty to a string of sexual attacks on children, I could hardly bring myself to read the details. So much of my life as President of ChildLine and as a Trustee of the NSPCC entails working with abused children and their families, trying to find better ways to protect them.

The thought that once again we had failed was infinitely depressing. But when I read the heart-breaking letter from one of his victims that prompted the police investigation, even I was profoundly shocked. She wrote that when she was a young teenager Hall had been invited by her school to present their prizes. That he had asked to meet her afterwards, and invited her to the television studios. Then having impressed her, fed her champagne, he had sex with her. The letter ends: ‘It disgusts me that he has the OBE, and that his friend gave him a place to hide, a platform for aggrandisement. It disgusts me to see him on television, to hear him on the radio...

Stuart Hall's teen victims demand BBC probe into 'Savile-style' abuse

PUBLISHED: 16:03 EST, 3 May 2013 | UPDATED: 19:58 EST, 3 May 2013 - Victims of Stuart Hall last night led calls for an urgent inquiry into how he was able to abuse girls on BBC premises. The demand came after one of the disgraced presenter’s teenage victims gave a graphic account of how he plied her with champagne then had sex with her in his dressing room at BBC studios in Manchester. The woman told how Hall, now 83, invited her to the BBC after meeting her at a school prize giving ceremony in the 1970s...

Knockout for licence payers: Chairman admits taxpayers face bill for Stuart Hall crimes at BBC

5 May 2013 20:52 - But Lord Patten insisted the BBC will not open a new inquiry to run alongside its Jimmy Savile investigation. Compensation claims: Stuart Hall Compensation claims: Stuart Hall. BBC Trust Chairman Chris Patten has admitted licence payers face a compensation bill after Stuart Hall’s admission of paedophilia. The former It’s A Knockout and BBC Radio 5 Live presenter, 83, confessed to abusing children as young as nine.

He now faces civil damages claims from his victims, many of whom are also planning to sue the corporation for failing to stop abuse on its premises. But Lord Patten insisted the BBC will not open a new inquiry to run alongside its Jimmy Savile investigation. Speaking on the BBC’s Andrew Marr Show yesterday, he said: "I think to set up a new inquiry, when there is already one which is extremely well-resourced operating, would probably delay arriving at the truth." Asked by guest presenter Jeremy Vine if the BBC would be liable for compensation, Lord Patten added: "I imagine so, but that will be a matter for the lawyers and conceivably the courts." But he refused to estimate the cost to the taxpayer...

BBC manager accused of procuring girls for Stuart Hall

Published: 17:24 May 5, 2013 - Victims were allegedly lured to studios and filmed having sex with former TV presenter. London: A BBC manager nicknamed ‘The Pimp’ helped to procure women for Stuart Hall and filmed the TV star having sex with them in his dressing room, it was claimed last night.

A former studio worker has told ‘The Mail on Sunday’ that floor manager Peter Barlow had them brought to the BBC’s Manchester studios for fake auditions. The source claims that the women were lured to a room where Barlow filmed them having sex with the ‘It’s A Knockout’ host.

The new accusations increase pressure for an inquiry, similar to the Jimmy Savile investigation, into how bosses turned a blind eye while Hall molested girls at BBC studios. The latest incidents were said to have happened in Hall’s dressing room, next to the office of news editor Tom German and regional manager Ray Colley.

It was alleged during the trial that Mr Hall, then 56, fondled the girl in his office in Chelmsford and on another occasion while her mother, with whom he was having an affair, sat unaware in the same car. The girl alleged that Hall tried to kiss her up to 20 times between July 1989 and February 1990...

Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal

Max Clifford

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 90 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters]

Beginning in 2009, the Judiciary Report began making claims that there is a problem at the BBC regarding select people and pedophilia (Top BBC Executive Charged As Pedophile, Another BBC Exec Busted, Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors and Aisha v. FBI).

Since that time, the Jimmy Savile scandal has hit the press this year, where it was discovered in 2013, the former BBC TV star molested hundreds of boys, some of them while they were sick in hospital. These claims surfaced after the stars death and have been confirmed by police.

Jimmy Savile

This year, BBC actor Rolf Harris was also arrested in the Jimmy Savile pedophile scandal, as also having molested underage children. A third high profile arrest has stemmed from the Savile case over the past two weeks, as high profile publicist, Max Clifford, who also works with the BBC on projects, was arrested for molesting underage girls as young as 14.

I have been a fan of the BBC since I was a child. My dad, one of the top musicologists and DJs in world and my aunt, a world renowned, award winning poet and author, have been interviewed by BBC on different occasions over the years, regarding entertainment.

A number of my favorite shows since childhood have been produced and released by the BBC. The network is funded by the British taxpayers and has produced some great television, which is why I took particular offense at a few people in the network damaging its legacy. Let's be clear, not everyone at the BBC is doing this. It is just a select number of stars and executives, who have and they need to be permanently booted out the network.

Jimmy Savile

Sadly, pedophilia is a problem in the entertainment industry worldwide. The BBC's American partner and counterpart, Warner Bros, has a few pedophiles as well. There are other pedophiles in Hollywood as well. One notorious, known pedophile executive was even pursuing Justin Bieber when he was underage. A few of your favorite Disney stars were subjected to terrible harassment and sexual assault while they were minors.

The FBI is doing a poor job investigating pedophilia in Hollywood, because if they did they would have to go against the current director's corrupt guidelines against arresting celebrities (not to mention wealthy executives).

Much of it stems from celebrity cults' sick, twisted and misguided belief that engaging in sex with children makes them younger and renews their vitality, as youth is a commodity in the entertainment industry. Pedophilia is an exceptionally cruel crime that needs to be wiped-out wherever it is found.

Police: Celebrity publicist Max Clifford charged in Savile sex abuse investigation

By CNN Staff - Updated 10:10 AM EDT, Sat April 27, 2013 - Publicist Max Clifford has been charged with indecent assault. Max Clifford has been ordered to appear in court on May 28, police say. The allegations against Clifford date between 1966 and 1985, they say. The case is part of the ongoing investigation in sex abuse allegations against Jimmy Savile

(CNN) -- Celebrity publicist Max Clifford was charged Friday with 11 counts of indecent assault against a girl under the age of 16 as part of an investigation into sex abuse allegations against the late British TV presenter Jimmy Savile, according to the Metropolitan Police Service.

Clifford was arrested in December on suspicion of sex offenses in connection with the investigation -- dubbed Operation Yewtree -- into numerous allegations made against Savile and others following a documentary that aired in October.

In the documentary, several people came forward alleging Savile abused them. The charges against Clifford, who has previously said the claims were "totally untrue," include allegations of sex abuse that date between 1966 and 1985, the police said in a statement. Clifford has been ordered to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on May 28 to answer the charges.

Police set up Operation Yewtree to investigate sexual abuse claims after a documentary by broadcaster ITV in October unleashed a flood of allegations against the star, who before that was seen primarily as an eccentric but charismatic man who raised millions of pounds for charity.

The investigation has three strands, one involving claims against just Savile, another involving "Savile and others," and the third involving only "others." The earliest claim against Savile dates back to 1955 and the latest from 2009, when he was in his 80s.

Savile, a popular BBC television personality with his trademark white-blonde hair, was the face of the shows "Top of the Pops" and "Jim'll Fix It." He died in 2011.
