Chris Stokes And Marques Houston Are Harassing Me (Emails)

As many of you know, music producer Chris Stokes and one of his main artists, singer/actor Marques Houston of Immature/IMX have been the subject of child molestation allegations for the past few years. The allegations were made by former B2K band member, Raz B and singer Quindon Tarver.

When the alleged (*rolls eyes*) booty raiding tag team duo of Stokes and Houston, were accused of this misconduct against children, the Judiciary Report and many other socially conscious sites online did not keep quiet. Apparently, in Stokes and Houston's eyes, we should have shut up.

A year ago, while I was in London, trying to enjoy my delicious Marks & Spencer cheese and onion sandwiches, Sainsburys fresh fruit salads and Tesco horsemeat in peace (I still love you Tesco) here comes this email from a legal representative stating he is acting on behalf of Chris Stokes. He stated the contents of the Judiciary Report articles on Stokes were defamatory - a first for the site - and he wanted them removed or he will file a lawsuit (a legal case doesn‘t scare me, as I haven‘t done anything wrong).

In the 12 years I’ve been writing articles online, no one has ever accused me of defamation and or asked that an article that is alleged to be defamatory be removed. I don’t do take down requests and I am careful with people‘s reputations. If I wrote something it is with reason.

I responded to the email from Stokes’ rep with a strongly worded missive, indicating I will not remove the items in question from the site, as Stokes needs to address it from the source of the allegations - his former artists alleging he molested them as children.

A whole year passed and nothing from Stokes and company. Then, in May 2013 (last month) I did a follow up on the BBC pedophilia scandal the Judiciary Report broke first in 2009, alleging there are pedophiles at the BBC mixed in with law abiding people at the network (Pedophilia At The BBC Comes To Light Just As The Site Predicted With Arrests In Jimmy Savile Scandal).

Within a few days, Stokes, who clearly got jumpy, had a lawyer send me a new email with basically the same contents, but this time adding Marques Houston’s name, alleging the articles I authored, based on Raz-B and Quindon Tarver’s allegations of molestation, are defamatory and they will sue if they are not removed. Once again, I responded in writing, stating they will not be removed, as Stokes has not disproved the allegations and under established case law, websites and blogs are allowed to re-report items from other published stories.

I did not originate the story/allegations, Raz-B and Tarver did and I have to be frank, at this point in time, I still do not believe Stokes or Houston. I informed them if they wish to sue, they are free to do so. Child molestation allegations are serious. It’s not something to be swept under the rug. It should be investigated by the federal government, who has legal jurisdiction in such matters.

After I read and responded to the aforementioned email, I did a brief Google search and it turns out, Stokes is also targeting rapper/reality star Ray-J, IP617FM.COM also known as IP617RadioTV and the Straight From The A blog. So many websites and blogs carried the same story with the same general response and are not being sued. Even acclaimed Vibe magazine carried the story, with Tarver's account of what transpired. However, the Vibe magazine went out of business due to revenue problems, with the article remaining online to this day, but there’s no money for Stokes to get from them.

Based on published reports of a lawsuit against him, it’s obvious Stokes is having money problems and is looking for some quick cash to finance his next film "Captivity." He’s been going around Hollywood trying to raise money and it’s not going well. Stokes was recently sued for borrowing $10,000 from a woman for his kiddie film "Battlefield America" and never repaid her in one month as promised (as reported by TMZ). In fact, he never repaid her at all. The movie flopped.

I am not helping Stokes finance one of his wack movies, via a potential lawsuit against me that is without merit and flying in the face of established case law. Stokes is not the first accused pedophile that contacted the Judiciary Report requesting an item be removed, after being written about in an article on the site that re-reported allegations from another published piece.

I didn’t remove an article for anyone else, why would I do that for Stokes, someone I have serious doubts about. Society loathes crimes against children. His former artists allegations necessitates a federal inquiry, especially considering the fact Stokes keeps working with young boys ("Battlefield America" is full of little boys).

However, some racists did not like the commercial and took to You Tube to post mean racist slurs. That was so unnecessary. There is nothing wrong with mixed race relationships. Let people love who they want to love and leave them be.

Promiscuous Hollywood actor, Michael Douglas, informed the world that he developed a devastating case of throat cancer from performing oral sex on women in Hollywood. Yes, he went there and since he did, let's talk about it. Studies have suggested HPV contracted through oral sex is a contributing cause of throat cancer in men and women.

What people do in their bedrooms is their own business, but as a general rule, one should not be randomly taking others one does not know  into one’s mouth, via doing sexual favors for strangers or folks one has recently met, increasing one's chances of contract it. People need to value their sexual health. Women and men need to be tested for HPV among other things, as the effects thereof can be deadly. In closing, people should not make fun of people with HPV or throat cancer, making mean oral sex jokes. Sickness is sickness. Disease doesn't mean dirty. It just means the human body is having difficulty and needs help.

Mainstream Journalist Who Is An Outspoken Critic Of The Government Discovers Her Computer Is Hacked By The FBI

This is a follow up to the article New Scandal Erupts Regarding The FBI And Justice Department Monitoring Calls Of AP Reporters Confirming Previous Site Claims regarding the Judiciary Report breaking the scandal on the FBI and DOJ spying on journalists.

The scandal continues, as mainstream journalist, Sharyl Attkisson, revealed this week her computer has been hacked. Attkisson spoke to the Politico website about the matter, which states, "Attkisson believes the possible infiltration of her computer began in Feb. 2011 during her reporting on Fast and Furious." The "Fast And Furious" scandal involves Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is head of the DOJ, which is the parent agency of the FBI. 

The FBI has a computer program known as CIPAV, which is a trojan they surreptitiously and secretly install on select people's computers to spy on and copy the contents of PCs and laptops. It and other FBI trojans have been installed without court permission on select people's computers.

Recently a judge declined the FBI's request to install one of their hidden computer trojans on a man's computer, to copy then contents thereof and take control of his webcam to visually spy on him in his home (Judge Tells FBI To Buzz Off Denying Request To Hack Into Person's Computer And Spy On Them Using Their Webcam). During the case, the FBI showed off that they really don't need a court order to do this anyway and have done so in the past without obtaining one.

News also broke that the FBI and DOJ fought to keep secret the fact it began spying on Fox News journalists, via illegally hacking their emails and unlawfully obtaining their phone communications in conduct that is unconstitutional. The Judiciary Report is no fan of Rupert Murdoch or News Corp, two entities the site broke the phone hacking scandal about online.

However, under the Constitution journalists are entitled to free press and free speech. It's one of the founding principles of America and a very smart one. Therefore, to abuse the law to spy on outspoken critics is completely illegal and represents a dangerous power grab.

The granddaddy of all newsgathering agencies, the Associated Press, was not exempt from its journalists being illegally spied on by the government, which sends a chilling message. If the Associated Press is not exempt from its rights being flagrantly violated, what does that mean for the little newspapers across America struggling to get the truth out to the public.

The administration is testing some terrible legal waters the Constitution says it is not supposed to in conduct that is very unbecoming. When you've got the FBI and DOJ actively hacking journalists computers and emails and passing the contents on to the White House, crimes are being committed and the Constitution trampled. The FBI and DOJ's conduct is making Nixon era tactics against journalists look tame by comparison. 

Bad Lawyer Alert: Sarah Steinbaum Of The Jacoby And Meyers Law Firm (Broadspire And Turnberry Associates)

I found out about attorney Sarah Steinbaum of the law firm of Jacoby and Meyers located at 2541 S.W. 27th Avenue # 300, Miami, Florida 33133, as someone I know retained her to pursue a legal matter where an old lady was seriously injured and could have died.

Kooky Steinbaum took the case...then proceeded to sit on it for almost 2-years, barely lifting a finger, in conduct that has curiously benefited the opposing side (Broadspire Insurance Company representing Aventura Mall and their management Turnberry Associates in Miami, whose negligent and careless conduct directly caused the serious injury of the old lady).

What kind of lawyer sends a "demand letter" that is basically ignored, then several months later, Steinbaum hasn't filed suit in court. There is no offer on the table by Aventura Mall or Turnberry to pay the mounting medical bills or provide compensation to the injured old lady, who can't even have elective surgery to repair the painful damage (broken bone in the leg and extensive ligament tearing in the arm and leg) lest she has a fatal heart attack, due to her age and the fact she is now on nitroglycerin after the incident.

Aventura Mall and Turnberry tried to cover up the incident, initially refusing to call 911 after the injury they caused the old lady, who was in excruciating pain, They stated the old lady was fine. Doctors later confirmed otherwise. As stated above, doctors confirmed the old lady sustained a broken bone in her leg and extensive ligament tearing in the arm and leg due to the incident, which is very painful. No apology was ever given.

Steinbaum has breached accepted legal standards and protocol in how said case has been handled. She has even admitted to dropping the ball in following through on items she promised to regarding the client, which the Bar Association says one must keep in order to maintain their standard of professionalism.

Steinbaum failed to take the proper and necessary legal action to produce an amicable outcome in the case in conduct that is bizarre and troubling. Her conduct has been unorthodox and unprofessional. She routinely fails to return calls and on the few occasions she does, it's a slew of broken promises and bull.

Steinbaum routinely fails to keep the client abreast of the case and tries to manipulate and play mind games with the injured old lady, which is a disgusting thing to do. She also routinely fails to send the required legal documents to the client, repeatedly promising to do so and failing to keep her word for months on end. What kind of lawyer does that. Certainly not a good and professional one according to the Florida Bar.

When an old person is seriously injured and suffering in pain through no fault of their own, while THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN MEDICAL BILLS are mounting that said injured party is liable for, as Medicare has refused to cover it blaming Broadspire, Aventura Mall and Turnberry Associates, one would think that would be incentive for Steinbaum to move her backside.

When reputable physical therapists working with the injured old lady are complaining that items related to her treatment and therapy are not covered, flat out blaming "Broadspire" and their unconscionable conduct, then informing the patient she is liable for the medical bills, what does that say about Steinbaum.

But Steinbaum strangely has no worries or sense of urgency while the injured old lady suffers. Steinbaum is just breezing along like she has all the time in the world and not a care, while an injured old lady's health deteriorates and medical bills pile up, through no fault of her own. How is that justice?

One also has to wonder, why Steinbaum is so casual about it all, while Broadspire's opposing counsel, who based on Steinbaum's words, apparently thinks he is God and no one can threaten to sue or sue him, could care less about the well being of the injured elderly. It doesn't look right on either of you. It also gives a certain impression.

I’ve seen other law firms in Florida and California, of various firm sizes and ethnic backgrounds, pursue similar cases for other victims and successfully achieve a positive outcome via the proper legal channels (and in a timely fashion). So for the life of me, looking at these legal docs and what I have been told about the case, I don’t know what Sarah Steinbaum is doing, as it has deviated from established legal standards. Two years and no movement on a case is inexcusable and pure bull. Meanwhile the statute of limitations is running out...

And rather than getting her backside off a case, which she has shown via her conduct, she has no intention of properly pursuing, Steinbaum has been digging in creating even more damage. If it were up to the Judiciary Report, Steinbaum would be investigated and disbarred, prohibited from practicing law ever again. It's a mystery why Jacoby and Meyers employs such a loose cannon, who is going to end up costing them revenues. One can only deduce they agree with her poor standards. She's a slick bull talker, who can't be trusted and isn't worth injured litigants' time. Avoid her like the plague, lest she screw up your case and life waiting on empty promises that do not materialize.

Formal questions need to be asked about Broadspire as well. Clients such as Aventura and Turnberry Associates, pay them insurance premiums, yet Broadspire refuses to pay medical bills and compensation when one of their clients engages in gross and wanton negligence that could have left an old lady dead, saddling her with painful injuries, which are well documented by three medical offices. Explain that to me. What is the purpose of insurance then. What kind of game are you playing. The State of Florida needs to look into Broadspire, because something is not right there. 

I would advise corporations to think twice about hiring Broadspire. They'll end up getting you sued in a court of law and generate more bad publicity for your company and brand than 10 public relations firms can fix. 
I've seen different insurance companies in action on various cases. Many of them drag their feet to try to avoid paying claims, but for the most part they come around after a while and honor their commitments. But not Broadspire. I've never seen anything like it, based on the few letters I've read between Steinbaum and their company and what I was informed they arrogantly stated. I've seen insurance companies in a variety of legal cases stall for up to 6-months, then honor their policies and commitments - BUT NEVER 2-YEARS AS BROADSPIRE HAS DONE.

For Steinbaum of Jacoby and Meyers, Broadspire and Turnberry’s lack of professionalism, conscience and compassion for a sick, injured old lady, they deserve to be exposed to the Judiciary Report’s millions of readers domestically and worldwide. Buyer beware.

I've been informed by one of my credible sources familiar with singer Chris Brown that he and Karrueche have been having sex since they got back together and Rihanna can't stand it, going around the industry moping and complaining. According to my source, Brown is acting like Tran is his "wifey" and Rihanna is worried he is going to propose to her.

As stated previously, Brown turned down Rihanna's offer to move in with her at the house she recently purchased in Pacific Palisades (Los Angeles). Seeing him move Tran back into his house in the Hollywood Hills has upset her, as she has voiced her displeasure that it will lead to marriage and kids. She wanted to be the one to marry Brown and have his babies. With Tran back in the picture, things don't look well for Rihanna in that regard.
