Evelyn Lozada And Chad Johnson Domestic Violence Photos Released And They Are Bad (Photos)

Evelyn Lozada at the hospital

Previously withheld domestic violence photos of "Basketball Wives" reality star Evelyn Lozada, who was head-butted by then husband and former football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, have been released to the public and they are not pretty. Lozada's face shows visible injuries from the unprovoked attack that occurred several months ago.

Lozada's injures include a painful looking gash to the forehead and bruising around the eyes, due to the headbutt Johnson issued, when she angrily questioned him about cheating on her. Her eyes are filled with tears in the hospital photos that a judge described as "horrific" and she is correct.

23-Year-Old HIV Positive Man To Stand Trial For Molesting 13 And 14-Year-Old Boys

Anthony Tafoya

These types of story reminds one that there is evil in the world. 23-year-old, Anthony Tafoya, has been ordered to stand trial for sexually molesting boys, who range in age from 13-14. Tafoya is infected with HIV and is now up on 40 felony charges related to the pedophilic sexual abuse against four boys he met on the internet and lured into terrible sexual situations, knowing his health status.

According to the Costa Mesa Times, Judge Barbara Zuniga stated of Tafoya, "He is a menace. He is a parasite on the community. He is not going anywhere" refusing to grant a reduction in the $3,200,000 bail she issues for the pedophile. One of his victims also stated of Tafoya, "He acted as if age was a number, he didn't really care." Pedophiles tend to blur the lines regarding age, knowing what they are doing is wrong. No child deserves to have their sexual innocence ripped from them and he is eligible for and deserves life in prison.

Posted: 06/11/2013 05:27:26 PM PDT - MARTINEZ -- Characterizing him as a menace who preys on children, a preliminary hearing judge on Tuesday ordered a Concord man to trial on charges that he had sex with boys as young as 13 whom he met on the Internet.

Some of the charges carry special allegations that Tafoya knew he was HIV-positive when he had unprotected sex with three of the boys. If convicted as charged, he faces life in prison.

"He is a menace. He is a parasite on the community. He is not going anywhere," Judge Barbara Zuniga said Tuesday in response to a defense motion to reduce Tafoya's bail from $3.2 million..

"He acted as if age was a number; he didn't really care," the boy said while testifying how he had sexual relations with Tafoya the first night they met, when he was in the eighth grade.

Chad Ochocinco Johnson Thrown In Jail For Contempt Of Court (Video)

Former NFL football player, Chad Ochocinco Johnson, was thrown in jail today for contempt of court, after slapping his lawyer’s butt during a domestic violence hearing. The hearing was held regarding the football player's domestic violence case for head butting his ex-wife, reality star, Evelyn Lozada.

When Johnson slapped his attorney's backside, it caused the court to erupt in laughter, which angered the judge, who stated, "I just saw you slap your attorney on the backside. There is nothing funny about what’s going on here today...this is not a joke. Everybody in the court room was laughing. I’m not accepting his plea." The judge further stated of Johnson that he is to be "remanded into custody" to "serve 30-days in jail." Judge Sides With Cheerleaders In Bible Banner Lawsuit

Student painting Christian banners for football games

A Texas judge has ruled cheerleaders are allowed to display banners with Bible verses at football games. Initially the school district barred the practice and was sued as a result of their decision. However, a ruling by State District Judge Steven Thomas has struck down the district's rule, granting students the ability to display the banners, as it is their constitutional right.

Judge rules for cheerleaders in Bible banner suit

8, 2013 | Updated: May 8, 2013 8:48pm - HOUSTON (AP) — A judge ruled Wednesday that cheerleaders at a Southeast Texas high school can display banners emblazoned with Bible verses at football games. But the ruling might not have settled the issue of whether the banners are protected free speech, according to an attorney for the cheerleaders' school district.

State District Judge Steven Thomas determined the Kountze High School cheerleaders' banners are constitutionally permissible. In the ruling, Thomas determined that no law "prohibits cheerleaders from using religious-themed banners at school sporting events."...

Judge Tells FBI To Buzz Off Denying Request To Hack Into Person's Computer And Spy On Them Using Their Webcam

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

A Texas judge told the FBI to kick rocks when the agency requested clearance to hack into the computer of an alleged suspect to copy the person's files and take control of their webcam to watch them in their home. I've been warning you for years in this column the FBI has been watching select people in their homes via audio and visual means and in most cases without justification.

Secretly watching people in their homes is perverted and sick beyond redemption. It is an abomination and the worst, most depraved privacy violation in history. Only extremely sick people do nastiness like that. It is not justified under any circumstances.

The judge in Texas stated, "The FBI provided 'little more than vague assurances' to protect privacy" of the alleged suspect. If the FBI was looking for corrupt judicial rubber-stamping maybe they should have tried one of the Miami judges on their payroll (you know, like Jose E. Martinez, Marcia Cooke or Cecilia Altonaga). However, this was a jurisdictional issue, as their target in this case resides in Texas.

The sad part about it is the FBI has been known to abuse its authority granted by Congress to request court orders to get into the computers of law-abiding journalists and bloggers, who write exposés on the agency and select politicians, revealing they are breaking the law. The FBI labels it a "national security" matter, but it is actually a national cover your butt matter, when they are outed for breaking the law. The FBI has even gone so far to state they, "Might arguably not be required to obtain a warrant to remotely install spyware" on people's computers to watch them in their homes and copy their files.

The FBI has also misused their authority to get into the computers and emails of select financial executives, so certain people in the Federal Bureau of Investigation can make quick money on the stock market. While they do that, terrorists plot attacks against America and are allowed to roam around free in the country (see: Boston Marathon Bombers).

Judge denies FBI request to hijack suspect's PC using spyware

By Joshua Kopstein on April 26, 2013 09:45 am 20Comments - A rare public court opinion ruled the request was too vague, and the privacy risks too great. For a long time, the FBI has been refining its ability to get inside your computer whenever it thinks you might be breaking the law. But this week a Texas judge put his foot down, denying the agency a search and seizure warrant that would have allowed them to break into an unknown suspect’s computer system and secretly install malware that steals data and monitors activities.

It’s a rare but not unprecedented situation that casts law enforcement in a light strikingly similar to the hackers it’s normally hell-bent on pursuing. After deploying the payload, the FBI would be able to record keystrokes, read emails, and even take pictures from an attached webcam for a period of 30 days — the last part being somewhat ironic, considering that the FBI has warned about the possibility of criminals using the same tactic. "FBI provided "little more than vague assurances" to protect privacy"

In the Wall Street Journal, Jennifer Valentino-DeVries reports the "offensive" cybersecurity measures were being requested to pursue a case of fraud and identity theft that seemed to originate from a Texas bank account. The computer, according to the court documents, was targeted because it used an email address similar to the one on the account.

But Federal Magistrate judge Steven Smith said the FBI didn’t give any information on exactly how they’d be deploying the spyware, and provided "little more than vague assurances" that it would be able to minimize the amount of data collected from innocent people in the process. And since the identity of the suspect and the location of the computer are both unknown, there also existed the possibility that the FBI might be hacking an innocent stranger whose computer has already been compromised by the culprit.

Law enforcement's use of such tools is not without precedent. First discovered in 2001, a spyware package called Magic Lantern has been used by the FBI for remote monitoring, reportedly delivered as an email attachment. And in Germany, a flawed piece of spyware engineered by the German government that opened remote backdoor access was famously reverse-engineered and exposed in 2011 by the renowned hacker group Chaos Computer Club...

"FBI emails mention that "one might arguably not be required" to obtain a warrant to remotely install spyware"...

Gay Couple Imprisoned For Molesting Adopted Boys

George Harasz and Douglas Wirth

A homosexual couple in Hartford, Connecticut, of George Harasz and Douglas Wirth, who adopted 9 children, have been imprisoned pending trial, detained for molesting the boys that were in their care. The Hartford Currant is reporting, their plea deals admitting guilt on lesser charges regarding damage to children, which would have seen them avoid prison, have been scrapped.

New allegations in the case have surfaced, which has resulted in them being detained indefinitely. The newspaper stated, "A new allegation of sexual assault against Harasz by one of the victims, contained in a pre-sentence investigation of Harasz, helped scrap the plea agreement. The case was further clouded Friday by disclosure in court of new allegations of abuse by three other of the nine children."

Chris Brown Probation Violation Hearing Postponed Until June 2013

Chris Brown

The probation violation hearing of singer Chris Brown has been postponed until June 2013. This will give Brown time to promote his current CD "X" and single "Fine China." Brown was called back to court over reports he faked his community service, apart of his probation in the Rihanna domestic violence case.

A California judge will decide whether to void Brown’s community service, forcing him to start all over again or detain him in jail on the alleged violations. His lawyer Mark Geragos is denying the claims. However, authorities are insisting Brown violated his probation.

Lindsay Lohan's Newest Mug Shot Released As She Prepares For Rehab In Lieu Of Jail On A String Of Probation Violations

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan's newest mug shot has the fallen Hollywood actress looking meaner than muck. For once the law flouting former child star, who used to be a multi-millionaire, is not grinning in a mug shot, after a judge wiped the smirk off her face. Lohan looks like someone stole her drugs in the mug shot.

26-year-old Lohan pled no contest to lying to police and reckless driving in her latest arrest, which occurred in Los Angeles, California. In lieu of jail, Lohan will go into rehab for the umpteenth time, which she doesn't take seriously. Past stints in rehab had Lohan sneaking out and hopping fences. Rehab is only successful when participants actually try. Even if they relapse, they learn skills to help them cope with their addiction and beat it. However, one must actually pay attention and not ditch.

Chris Brown Threatens Violence At A Valet Parking Station In California...Over $10 (Video)

$10 Chris?

R&B singer and drug user Chris Brown got himself into more trouble again this week, even as a California judge is reviewing a list of probation violations and allegations he faked his community service, in connection with the Rihanna domestic violence case.

In a video secretly shot last night by a member of the public, a lanky, strung out looking Brown was seen spewing violent threats and profanity directly into a valet's face, for asking the singer to pay the $10 fee (el cheapo Chris). Brown, a multi-millionaire, balked at the fee and threatened to rain down violence on the parking valets, with the assistance of his entourage - a violation of his probation. The valets didn't deserve that.

Brown's outburst betrays a significant level of seething rage, anger and bitterness, which has repeatedly gotten him into trouble. If he does not get his anger in check, he is going to end up in jail. The court has given Brown many chances to get back on his feet whilst on probation, but he is repeatedly blowing it, by losing his cool on a regular basis and engaging in mischief, against his lawyer's advice.

Even some of Brown's fans have written of their disappointment at this latest incident. This comes on the heels of Brown getting into an "altercation" with his bodyguard Big Pat. Prior to that it was fighting singer Frank Ocean and getting into a confrontation with rapper Drake.

Lindsay Lohan's New Lawyer Is A Comedian Says She Can Serve As Role Model

Hahaha!

Failed stage mom Dina Lohan and her train wreck daughter Lindsay Lohan

he new lawyer of actress Lindsay Lohan continues to make missteps in court, in defending her lawbreaking actions on two coasts. Mark Heller has challenged Lohan's latest arrest, stating she was not read her Miranda Rights. Heller has implied prosecutors are out to get poor  defenseless drunk driving, cocaine snorting, punch throwing bar brawling Lindsay.

Heller's latest faux pas is stating Lohan is some type of role model, who can serve as a "motivational speaker" in lieu of jail time for violating her probation for the umpteenth time. Dude you are a comedian. Lindsay? A motivational speaker? On what? How to mess up. He recommends she be engaged as a motivational speaker and sent to places like hospitals (why, so she can steal all the patients drugs to get high).

Bobby Brown Sentenced To 55 Days In Jail On His Latest DUI

Bobby Brown

Bobby Brown, the ex-husband of the late singer, Whitney Houston, has been sentenced to 55 days in jail and 4-years probation on his latest DUI arrest. Brown was arrested in October 2012 on his third DUI violation (one of two that year).

In 1996 he crashed Houston's car in Florida, driving while drunk, breaking his leg. News cameras filmed the totaled car and Brown sitting on the side walk injured. Brown must report to jail by March 20, 2013 to serve his time. Due to overcrowding in California jails, Brown's actual time served will be a mere fraction of the sentence handed down by the judge.

Judge Dismissed Lindsay Lohan's Lawsuit She Filed Against Rapper Pitbull

Lindsay Lohan (Photo Credit: Xposure Photos)

A judge has thrown out a lawsuit brought by actress Lindsay Lohan, against rapper, Pitbull, over his song "Give Me Everything." The lyric in question that enraged jailbird Lohan stated, "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." Like he lied. You've been to jail more than once and are facing it again.

Lohan found the lyric defamatory, exploitative and upsetting. She stated in legal papers it caused her emotional distress. Wow, more emotional distress than when you punched a woman in the face at a New York night club, jeopardizing your probation. Gandhi and Nelson Mandela have nothing on you, Lindsay.

Oscar Pistorius Cries In Court As Charges For Killing His Girlfriend Changed To Premeditated Murder (Video)

Track star, Oscar Pistorius, who has been detained in the killing of his girlfriend, model Reea Steenkamp, broke down crying in court when prosecutors announced the charges would be upgraded to premeditated murder. Steenkamp is believed to have surprised Pistorius at his home in Pretoria, South Africa, a nation struggling with violence, leading to her death, as Pistorius has stated he thought she was an intruder.

There are items working for and against the famous, multi-millionaire double amputee in this case. For example, as stated above, South Africa has been plagued by violence, leading to a gun culture in the country, as citizens have armed themselves for protection, especially the rich like Pistorius.

Oscar Pistorius crying in court, as charges are upgraded to "premeditated murder." The athlete denied the charges and sent his condolences to his girlfriend's family.

In November 2012, Pistorius wrote on Twitter that he returned to his home only to hear noises and as a result rushed for his gun, believing the sounds indicated an intruder. However, it was the clothes dryer. The incident can be used to establish there was precedent for Pistorius' believing his home was being broken into and reaching for his weapon.

While some will refer to it as paranoia, but when living in a nation with a high murder and burglary rate, this can become everyday life. People who live in nations or cities with serious crime problems know when you hear a rumbling in your house you cannot identify, it is cause for concern. One is not paranoid when the threat exists and is real, especially if one has been victim to it before, as seen in other cases.

Pistorius breaks down in court

It needs to be established whether Steenkamp had keys to Pistorius' property, as police indicated no signs of forced entry exist. If she had a key and was planning a big surprise for Pistorius, as has been stated online, she could have innocently let herself into his home on Valentine's Day, not realizing what it could turn into in being misidentified as an intruder and shot four times behind a bathroom door. That very well could have happened.

I've attended surprise parties before for friends, who did not know everyone had gathered to wish them the best on their birthday. So, I can't judge Steenkamp or Pistorius' actions in this regard if that is what occurred. That would be one tragic and very sad accident.

Reeva Steenkamp

One item working against Pistorius is claims by the police regarding having been called out to his mansion on previous occasions over "domestic violence" issues. This is not an indication of guilt in a murder case, but will prejudice a jury in the hands of a skillful prosecutor.

Another item that could work against him is the fact Pisotrious was arrested in 2009 for allegedly hitting a woman, who later dropped the charges. The issue, if successfully entered into the court record, will work against him as well and be labeled a pattern of violence against women. A shrewd prosecutor will know how to mold those police reports to create an impression the next step up would be "premeditated murder."

Reeve Steenkamp recently began filming a reality show in Jamaica

Where some believe this case was a tragic accident via a shooting that occurred due to mistaken identity, the police have labeled it "premeditated murder" due to something they have in their evidence files leading them to believe it is so.

Until more facts are released, this case could go either way. It is the Judiciary Report's hope all the facts will come out in this case and if this was truly a case of mistaken identity, in believing Steenkamp was planning a surprise, Pistorius will not face jail. If the police successfully prove this shooting was something else, justice must be served.

Pistorius' previous post last year revealed he had a fear of intruders and went for his gun when he thought someone had broken into his home in November 2012

Steenkamp was said to be planning a Valentines Day surprise for Pistorius

As the Judiciary Report has written in the past, public conduct will impact sponsorship deals (The Positives And Perils Of Fame and Lindsay Lohan Moves Back In With Her Mom But Now Their Home Has Been Hit With Foreclosure Papers). It is now being reported, sponsors are canceling Pistorius' endorsements.

Side Bar: I know some of my readers are gun owners, but as stated previously, I am not into them. So much can go wrong, as seen in this case. I'd previously written about gun violence and celebrities.

Sponsors rethink links to Oscar Pistorius

February 14 - The sponsors that helped make Oscar Pistorius the highest-profile and highest-paid Paralympic athlete in the world are having to rethink their commitment to the sportsman after he was charged with murder Thursday. The disabled athlete, whose performances at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games made a national hero in South Africa, had links with Nike, sunglass manufacturer Oakley, perfume maker Thierry Mugler and running blade manufacturer Ossur. In total, his sponsorship deals were estimated to be worth about $4.7 million.

Already, the South African satellite TV channel M-Net has pulled its campaign promoting the forthcoming Oscar awards season. "Out of respect and sympathy to the bereaved, M-Net will be pulling its entire Oscar campaign featuring Oscar Pistorius with immediate effect," the channel said.

A Nike spokesperson said: "Nike extends its deepest sympathy and condolences to all families concerned following this tragic incident. As it is a police matter, Nike will not comment further at this time." British Telecom, another sponsor of Pistorius, said it was "shocked by this terrible, tragic news." On Thursday, BT was also shortlisted for an industry award for its sponsorship of Pistorius. No one at Oakley was available for comment...

Gold Medalist Sprinter Oscar Pistorius Arrested And Charged With The Murder Of His Girlfriend Model Reeva Steenkamp (Videos)

26-year-old Paralympic gold medalist, Oscar Pistorius, has been arrested and charged with the death of his beautiful girlfriend, 30-year-old model and law student, Reeva Steenkamp. The tragedy occurred at his home in Pretoria, South Africa. Pistorius is stating he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder. However, police are stating they are "surprised" at his account of events.

Police are currently investigating the matter and hopefully all the evidence and details will come out in the case, to enable the public and court to understand what truly happened that night. Pistorius is being detained in jail overnight and is scheduled to face a judge in the morning for his first hearing in the criminal case. The two have been dating since the time of the wonderful 2012 London Paralympic games, which changed the public's perception of disability in a positive way.

Oscar Pistorius being taken into custody
As with any mainstream case, the press is digging for all the information that can be obtained. Thus far, TMZ is reporting, in 2009 Pistorius was arrested for "assaulting a woman" who later dropped the charges. There are also claims in the public domain that previously police have allegedly been to Pistorius' home regarding "domestic violence" issues.

Reeva Steenkamp and Oscar Pistorius

This story is truly sad and I'm sorry it happened. Pistorius has struggled with so much due to his disabilities, but in spite of it done so well on the track and with his charity. Just a few days ago, I tweeted a video of him outrunning a race horse. I am hoping for the best in this case, but I also know that a person has died, which is tragic and another is facing the consequences thereof and the feelings of guilt that accompany it. Pistorius is going to have to forgive himself for what happened and most of all seek God's forgiveness as well.

Pistorius spoke of difficulties he faced when younger, as people would turn their kids away, when they would stare at his prosthetic legs, "I see a child and he's staring at my prosthetic legs, often the parent turns the kid away," observed Pistorius. "And they develop a mentality of kind of shying away from disability and not being educated about it. And I think that's what creates the difficulty in society."

That kind of public interaction or lack thereof can hurt a person in many ways. However, there are millions of disabled people in the world, many of whom are amputees and it is nothing to be afraid of or ashamed of in any manner. Disabled people lead normal lives just like everyone else.

Pistorius' Nike Ad "I am the bullet in the chamber" was been pulled from his website. Nike stated the ads were pulled by Pistorius.

My mother has worked with disabled people for the past 15-years, many of whom I have gotten to know and they are wonderful people. The fact of the matter is it is very easy to have a disability. Many are born disabled, but some experience disability later in life via disease, war injuries, car accidents, surgeries gone wrong, falling off one's bed and becoming paralyzed or fights (injury).

Chris Brown And Drake Sue Each Other Over Costly Rihanna Fight At Night Club

Drake and Chris Brown

Singer, Chris Brown and rapper, Drake, have filed dueling lawsuits regarding a night club fight that occurred last year at the now defunct club W.i.P. A number of club goers experienced life changing injuries, in a fight that began when troublemaker Rihanna, who previously bragged in an interview about smashing a bottle across her own little brother's face, initiated a bottle fight between the two entourages.

Rihanna

Brown and Drake have both slept with Rihanna, making the two former friends rivals. This set the stage for the fight that left club W.i.P. covered in glass and people bleeding from their injuries. Both Brown and Drake denied responsibility for the fight, while another rapper Rihanna had sex with, Meek Mill, stated a woman started the fight.

The dueling lawsuits by the entertainers have been filed in an attempt to get the judge presiding over the case to declare who is at fault in the incident, thus averting and squashing legal actions by injured club goers, who are seeking justice in court.

Police Chief Resigning In The Chris Brown Probation Violation Case Gives A Certain Impression

Chris Brown and Rihanna (Photo Credit: Wire Image)

Richmond, Virginia Police Chief, Bryan Norwood, has resigned from his post, due to the Chris Brown probation violation case. Los Angeles prosecutors accuse Norwood and Brown's mother, Joyce, of conspiring to falsify probation records, to allow the singer to leave the country in violation of court rules, while claiming to perform community service in Virginia.

This month, prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Brown's probation on the grounds his 180 hours of community service have been falsified and the singer also stands accused of engaging in violent behavior against singer Frank Ocean and other members of the public, as well as property damage and vandalism. Brown, via his lawyer, Mark Geragos, has denied all the allegations and even brought Rihanna, the woman at the center of his felony domestic violence case, to court in an effort to show the judge solidarity.

Bryan Norwood

However, Brown's behavior continues to work against him, as he has been getting into confrontations all over America and it is only a matter of time before another one occurs. If Brown fails to tame his temper and restlessness, trouble will be brewing again and someone could get seriously hurt.

Chris Brown Has Been Crying This Month (Photos)

Chris Brown with tears in his eyes after seeing Karrueche Tran with another man

Chris Brown’s legal woes have taken a toll on him, as this month he was pictured crying on two separate occasions. The first time was outside Greystone Manor night club in Los Angeles, after his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran was there with another guy, while he was there with his side chick Rihanna, who stormed out witnessing the display.

Karrueche Tran with another man

The second time was this week in court during a probation violation hearing, with Brown clearly fearing jail. If his 5-year probation is revoked, Brown will have to redo his entire community service order of 180 hours and potentially face jail. It is at the court’s discretion. You know what would really make him cry - going to jail with a cell mate that looks like Jay-Z and if said inmate had a crush on him.

This week Holley is dumping Lohan and formally asked the judge to release her from the train wreck's criminal case. Lohan keeps acquiring probation violations and her case has been transferred to a new judge.

U.S. Court Rules President Obama's Appointments Are Illegal And Unconstitutional

Barack Obama

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has ruled President Barack Obama's recess appointments were "unconstitutional" and illegal, due to the Senate having been in session at the time they occurred. The Obama Administration is not in agreement with the court's decision, slamming it as "novel and unprecedented."

Obama, via his Department of Justice, headed up by controversial and disgraced Attorney General, Eric Holder, have vowed to appeal the ruling. At the end of the day, it is best to err on the side of caution. The Constitution must be observed and upheld by the White House. The law demands uniformity. The legal errors rendered by the administration must be corrected.

Court: Obama appointments are unconstitutional

Jan. 25 3:16 PM EST - WASHINGTON (AP) — In a setback for President Barack Obama, a federal appeals court ruled Friday that he violated the Constitution in making recess appointments last year, a decision that could severely curtail the president's ability to bypass the Senate to fill administration vacancies.

The three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said Obama did not have the power to make three recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board because the Senate was officially in session — and not in recess — at the time. If the decision stands, it could invalidate hundreds of board decisions made over the past year...

GOP House Speaker John Boehner welcomed the ruling as "a victory for accountability in government."...If the ruling stands, it means that hundreds of decisions issued by the board over more than a year would be invalid. It also would leave the five-member labor board with just one validly appointed member, effectively shutting it down. The board is allowed to issue decisions only when it has at least three sitting members.
