Chris Brown Probation Violation Hearing Adjourned For A Month While Prosecutors Debate His Fate (Video)

Chris Brown in court in his best "Miami Vice" suit

A probation hearing was held today in Los Angeles, California, for R&B singer, Chris Brown, stemming from the domestic violence assault case, where he got into a fist fight with and and off again girlfriend, singer, Rihanna. Since the time of his arrest, the prosecution has alleged Brown has violated his probation.

Prosecutors state Brown broke the law in faking community service in connection with his probation, left the country under improper circumstances and engaged in acts of violence, via a fight against gay singer, Frank Ocean. Brown denies all of the claims, but the district attorney wants Brown to do his community service hours over and in Los Angeles under their watchful eye.

Chris Brown Probation Violation Hearing Postponed Until June 2013

Chris Brown

The probation violation hearing of singer Chris Brown has been postponed until June 2013. This will give Brown time to promote his current CD "X" and single "Fine China." Brown was called back to court over reports he faked his community service, apart of his probation in the Rihanna domestic violence case.

A California judge will decide whether to void Brown’s community service, forcing him to start all over again or detain him in jail on the alleged violations. His lawyer Mark Geragos is denying the claims. However, authorities are insisting Brown violated his probation.

Rihanna And Chris Brown Slammed On Embarrassing Episode Of 'Law And Order SVU' (Video)

Today, the long running television drama "Law And Order" aired a thinly veiled episode about the Chris Brown and Rihanna domestic violence case from 2009. The episode is entitled "My Funny Valentine." The show is known for lazily taking people's real lives and turning them into story lines, which has resulted in lawsuits.

The character "Caleb Bryant" is Chris Brown (both have the initials C.B.). The character "Misha" is Rihanna. However, couldn't they have chosen a name for the character such as Rita or Hannah, which sounds more like Rihanna, rather than a name, Misha, that is one letter different from mine, Aisha, even sounds like it (names rhyme) especially given Chris Brown's stalker conduct regarding me.

Caleb (Chris Brown) is caught cheating with a blonde haired black woman, upsetting his girlfriend Misha (Rihanna). When Caleb (Chris) is confronted by Misha (Rihanna) a fight ensues in a recording studio and he beats her to a pulp (beating and choking). The police on the show state an abuser who strangles is more likely to kill the person at a later date if they remain together (hint hint).

Misha's (Rihanna) producer/rapper, Brass, who has a wife and child (coincidentally named Chris), is clearly Jay-Z, who is made to look like a father figure (however, in real life, the Jay-Z has been seen going into and out of  hotels with Rihanna, giving many outlets the impression the two have a sexual relationship).

Rihanna's actual assault photo from the LAPD

A lawyer similar to Brown's real attorney, Mark Geragos, is seen pulling the race card against the police when "Caleb" is arrested. "Law And Order" even takes jabs at the couple in the show stating the characters, "Should go on a double date with Chris Brown and Rihanna."

There are other similarities between the show and Rihanna and Brown's real lives. Caleb (Chris) is sentenced to 5-years probation. Misha (Rihanna) has an endorsement deal with a cosmetic company (Cover Girl). Misha (Rihanna) does a duet with Caleb (Chris), which the couple has done in real life. A leaked police picture of Misha (Rihanna) battered face appears in the press (which actually happened thanks to TMZ bribing an LAPD officer). Misha (Rihanna) and Caleb (Chris) go to Bermuda in the Caribbean (Rihanna is from Barbados in the Caribbean and went there several times with Brown).

Caleb (Chris) makes an appearance on TV wearing a sweater and bow tie to apologize for his conduct (Brown actually did that on CNN). Caleb (Chris) violates the restraining order and goes to Misha's (Rihanna) hotel, then leaks photos of it online (actually happened between Rihanna and Brown as well). Misha's (Rihanna) family painted as enablers who "only call when they need something...she pays for all their bills" which is true in real life regarding Rihanna. Misha's (Rihanna) mother's boyfriend is an abuser as well, much like Rihanna's actual father.

Caleb (Chris) gets a tattoo of Misha's (Rihanna) battered face, which is something Brown did in real life. Caleb (Chris) is caught with marijuana, a probation violation. Brown was caught with marijuana in his system.

Chris Brown and Mark Geragos in Court

Towards the end of the show, a fight breaks out in a night club in New York (which actually happened regarding Chris Brown and Rihanna at the now closed club W.i.P.). Glass is strewn all over the club (much like the W.i.P. fight). However, Brass, the character representing Jay-Z, is confronted by Caleb (Chris), called an "old man" and threatened. Caleb (Chris) opens fire, killing Brass (Jay-Z).

At the very end of the episode, they go to Bermuda (Barbados) and spend time on a boat, Caleb (Chris) still cheating on Misha (Rihanna) gets a text from another woman again (which is what allegedly started the first fight). Misha (Rihanna) inquires about the text and Caleb (Chris) loses his cool, killing her and dumping her body overboard.

Rihanna and Chris Brown this month

Talk show host Wendy Williams and blogger Perez Hilton make an appearance on the show as themselves. The two have frequently talked about the case in the press. "Law and Order" made Brown look like an arrogant monster and Rihanna a foolish pushover being used by him. They both need to pay attention as the show represents their public image. It is a close depiction of how many people see them and it is not a flattering one.

Police Chief Resigning In The Chris Brown Probation Violation Case Gives A Certain Impression

Chris Brown and Rihanna (Photo Credit: Wire Image)

Richmond, Virginia Police Chief, Bryan Norwood, has resigned from his post, due to the Chris Brown probation violation case. Los Angeles prosecutors accuse Norwood and Brown's mother, Joyce, of conspiring to falsify probation records, to allow the singer to leave the country in violation of court rules, while claiming to perform community service in Virginia.

This month, prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Brown's probation on the grounds his 180 hours of community service have been falsified and the singer also stands accused of engaging in violent behavior against singer Frank Ocean and other members of the public, as well as property damage and vandalism. Brown, via his lawyer, Mark Geragos, has denied all the allegations and even brought Rihanna, the woman at the center of his felony domestic violence case, to court in an effort to show the judge solidarity.

However, Brown's behavior continues to work against him, as he has been getting into confrontations all over America and it is only a matter of time before another one occurs. If Brown fails to tame his temper and restlessness, trouble will be brewing again and someone could get seriously hurt.

Rihanna And Not Karrueche Tran Appears In Court With Chris Brown Trying To Keep Him Out Of Jail

Tran Couldn't Help Him In His Criminal Case So He Is Using Rihanna

Chris Brown and Rihanna in court today

Chris Brown went to court today in Los Angeles, California on a series of probation violations. Much to the offense of many women's groups, Brown brought singer Rihanna with him for sympathy and support. Brown's probation stems from the 2009 domestic violence case, regarding Rihanna, who initiated a fight with him that he unwisely finished. Many have stated she feels guilty about him being arrested and placed on 5-years probation, as she started the fighting by repeatedly hitting him. While others state he should not have hit her back.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, was very angry outside the courthouse today, claiming Brown is being "tortured." No, torture is getting beaten up. However, Geragos insists the prosecutor is picking on Brown in seeking to violate his probation for falsifying community service hours. One of the main points of contention is the claim Brown was on a private jet to Cancun, when probation reports claimed he was performing community service in Tappahannock, Virginia.

Geragos is seeking sanctions against the prosecutor’s office over the claims, but Brown has repeatedly gotten himself into trouble against the advice of his attorney. There exists grounds to revoke his probation, such as phone theft, fighting and stalking. If the prosecutor can successfully present evidence Brown was in Cancun when he claimed he was doing community service in Virginia, it would constitute a clear probation violation. The fight with gay entertainer Frank Ocean was the last straw for some and has angered homosexuals in Hollywood, who are pushing for Brown to be locked up.

The fact of the matter is the court has given Brown many chances and he has repeatedly played with fire, acting like he can get into confrontations with anyone, snatch phones and throw chairs through windows and nothing will come of it.

Prosecutors Move To Revoke Chris Brown's Probation For Lying, Fraud And Several Violent Violations

Will Chris Tell The Judge "Don't Judge Me" (LOL)

Chris Brown

Prosecutors in Los Angeles, California have filed paperwork to have the 5-year probation of felonious singer Chris Brown revoked. Brown has been on probation for a couple years, in connection with the Rihanna domestic violence case, where the singer's girlfriend began hitting him and he did his best MMA moves on her.

The main contention is  Brown and his mother Joyce, in conjunction with the sheriff in his home town of Tappahannock, Virginia, have been falsifying probation reports, giving the singer credit for community service hours he has not served. Investigations were done by the district attorney's office and it was discovered others did the work and in certain instances, Brown had left the country for concerts when he was allegedly performing community service.  Leaving the country without permission from the court whilst on probation is another probation violation.

While on probation, Brown has been getting into one confrontation after another, formally acknowledged in the prosecutor's motion for revocation. To recap (*takes deep breath before listing them all*) Brown threw a chair threw a window at the Good Morning America studios in New York, snatched a $500 iPhone from a fan in Miami, got into a bottle and glass club fight with rapper Drake at W.i.P. in Manhattan leaving several people with life changing injuries, beat up gay rapper Frank Ocean at Westlake Recording studios in Los Angeles over a parking spot and because he wouldn't shake his hand.

There's a new twist in the Frank Ocean case. On January 29, 2013, in the article "Chris Brown Is In Trouble And Facing Jail On Probation Violation As Frank Ocean Changes His Mind Demanding He Be Prosecuted For Punching Him" the Judiciary Report stated of Brown's fight with Ocean, "It would also be a hate crime, due to the fact Ocean is gay and Brown has a history of using phrases such as "f****t" online and to members of the public, who went to the press with their complaints." Sure enough, the police report released today reveals that during the fight with Chris Brown, gay Ocean was called a "f****t." This makes the assault a hate crime, carrying steeper legal penalties.

Jail will not be easy for Brown, who is considered a heartthrob. If they revoke your probation and put you in jail, for the first time in your life you will wish you looked like Jay-Z. The rapper resents Brown's looks and his hold over Rihanna.
