Actress Reese Witherspoon is probably wishing she was Elle Woods right now, the character she played in the movie "Legally Blonde" after being arrested for disorderly conduct. Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, were in Atlanta for her latest film, when he was pulled over for drunk driving.

Witherspoon kept interrupting the arresting officer asking if he knows who she is and that there will be consequences for her husband's arrest ("You're about to be on national news"). The cop got tired of it and arrested them both. How embarrassing.

Bobby Brown Sentenced To 55 Days In Jail On His Latest DUI

Bobby Brown, the ex-husband of the late singer, Whitney Houston, has been sentenced to 55 days in jail and 4-years probation on his latest DUI arrest. Brown was arrested in October 2012 on his third DUI violation (one of two that year).

In 1996 he crashed Houston's car in Florida, driving while drunk, breaking his leg. News cameras filmed the totaled car and Brown sitting on the side walk injured. Brown must report to jail by March 20, 2013 to serve his time. Due to overcrowding in California jails, Brown's actual time served will be a mere fraction of the sentence handed down by the judge.
