Pop singer Justin Bieber has gotten another new haircut and this time he went punk rock. However, his last haircut suited him more, as it had a more grown up look to it. Sometimes when people go through difficulties, they change their hair for a fresh start. Bieber could certainly use one with the legal troubles facing him for alleged assault. New haircut, new man?
